桑干家老師的這一堂課是一堂清晰實在，扎實系統，動靜結合的英語課。教師以新的課程理念為指導，充分考慮了學生這一年齡階段的特點，在本課的教學設計和組織上注重了以下幾個方面。
1、游戲導入，充分調動起學生興趣。良好的開頭對一堂課的成功與否，起著關鍵的作用。本堂課一開始，教師就用tpr活動導入新課，使學生的注意力在最短的時間里，被激活。接著教師利用游戲引出新詞教學，自然有效。
2、關注教學方法，體現了一個活字。
教師的教學方法靈活，新單詞呈現形式多樣。應該說整堂課中，教師在引入新詞時，都是比較新穎而又自然，而且具有生活化的。教師還注意利用實物，圖片，卡片，身體語言，表情動作等作為教學資源，創設講解，操練和運用英語的情景。桑老師能貫徹以學生為中心的原則，關注教學過程，盡可能發揮學生的主體作用，讓學生真實的去感受知識，體驗知識，積極參與，努力實踐，在活動中學會用語言表達交流，較好的體現了從不懂到懂，從不會到會，從不熟練到熟練的過程。

教師為了鞏固本課的內容，精心設計了多個活動:有歌曲，謎語，游戲，內容非常豐富不但使單詞、句型的操練面廣，練習次數多，而且還調動了每一個學生的參與熱情。將熱鬧的形式與有效的語言實踐有機結合。

本課中值得探討的地方:
1、本堂課中，老師在布置任務前或句型操練前，未能起到很好的示范作用，導致學生操練時場面有些混亂。
2、教師語言不是很豐富。其實這也是我們較多老師的一個毛病。我們說當我們老師有足夠多的input（輸入）的時候，學生才能有output（輸入）。這可能就需要我們老師平時多多進行閱讀,豐富自己的課外知識。

1.俞老師的教學基本功扎實，課堂設計獨特新穎，教學目標明確，重點突出，課堂氣氛活躍，學生積極參與，圓滿的完成了教學任務 2.俞老師非常關注學生讀音標的能力，每個單詞都一個個音節地教，非常扎實，學生的讀音也比較好，朗讀課文很流暢。本節課從三大城市的基本信息入手，由淺入深地解析城市的方位，人口，習俗等。學生學習的積極性很高，課堂氣氛活躍，師生配合默契。

1.她先帶領學生復習了三大城市上海，曼谷和東京的方位，人口，習俗等信息，引出洛杉磯進入新課時學習。此環節不僅復習了已授內容，而且新課時的導出也較自然。課內，俞老師采取不同的形式如回答問題，對話等，學生學習的積極性很高漲。本節課內容充分，形式多樣，學生很有收獲。
2.俞老師在教學過程中，不過早地出現結論，肯花時間讓學生對新語法知識進行深入的探討，保證學生有足夠的探究時間和體驗的機會。
評高微微老師的課（俞月紅、俞春娟）
1、高老師和藹可親，基本功扎實，教學嚴謹，教學目的明確，課堂環節設計合理，兼顧到各個層次學生的能力。

汪治雅：本節課教學重點突出，面向全體學生。她通過課件的制作，給學生提供了一個生動，鮮活的語境，使學生們在自然的狀態下掌握了詞匯，包括新詞的學習與舊詞的復習，作為整整一單元的復習課，陳老師在設計本課時，考慮采取體驗，實踐、參與、合作與交流的學習方式和任務型的教學模式，使語言學習的過程成為學生形成積極的情感態度，主動思維和大膽實踐的過程。本課通過課件圖片等一系列課堂活動，讓學生們在交際中應用剛剛學會的語法，自然地運用了短語和時態，學生充分領略到語言獲得的成就感，教學效果好。

陳海英：劉老師的課親切，活潑，有激情。課堂活動多，師生互動自然，收到很好的效果。劉老師的整堂可得授課過程和對課堂的整堂調控可見年輕教師的雄厚專業知識和能力。
李潔晶：劉老師上的是一堂引入課。通過從網上下載的錄像，引出課題“水”，非常好。然后再到水的特征，水的循環，都挺好。但是最后一個討論好像為時過早。這堂課的重點水的特征和水的循環可以再進行操練。
孫漢創：劉老師的課條理比較清楚，但是重點的內容還應加以鞏固，操練。課題：Water 評課：
劉玥：陳老師的課是新課導入，通過一張卡通，與學生張開對話，自然引出本單元主題-----Water。師生互動多，學生積極而且反映良好。在電腦出故障不能使用課件的情況下，陳老師不慌不忙，沉著應付。可見平時常態課的英語教學扎扎實實。

評課：1:：李老師的課的開始時對上堂課的詞匯復習，重視對學生的基礎，學生反映較好。
2：文章內容較多，篇幅較長，建議分課時來上。
3：因內容集中在一起，學生不能理解消化，所以回答問題，甚至復述課文顯得難。效果不好。

1：孫老師的課也是新課導入。雖然內容不多，但老師補充的材料包括詞匯補充量較多，讓學有余力的學生有 很大的收獲。

3：板書清晰，把水的流程和水的三態在黑板上列的清清楚楚，學生一看就知道本課時的重點。

蔣老師這堂課執教的內容是仁愛版七年級英語下冊Lesson 89.從執 教老師的說課中可以得知本堂課的性質是一堂復習課。學生在之前的學習中已經識記了一般現在時的結構以及“可數名詞、不可數名詞”的概念。本堂課的總體目標是通過創設各種情景，引導學生在交際中運用，使其理解以及盡可能掌握已學知識。
教學目標與教學內容方面，蔣老師通過對課標、教材以及學情的認真分析確定了本堂課的三維目標。教學目標完整、準確且無科學性錯誤。在課前，老師將上堂課的知識要點（即本堂課所要運用的句型）通過板書的形式寫在黑板上。這樣做不僅彌補了上節課可能由于時間問題導致的學生對所學知識層次感認識模糊的不足，同時也為本堂課節約了時間。在對學生語言能力的培養方面，老師堅持傳授知識與能力培養相結合，通過創設不同的情景，讓學生在真實的語境中去運用目標語言。尤其是從學生英語對話的銜接度、流暢度以及語速方面可以看出老師平時對學生口語能力的訓練是嚴格而且有效的。情感目標方面：“通過了解同學的生活方式來增進友誼，樹立健康觀念。”是一個很好的設置。不過，老師在引導學生評價他人生活“好/不好”方面挖掘還有不足。事實上，除開對某些特定食物以及行為的基本是非觀念，我們倡導的“健康觀”的內涵更多是指向“適合每個個體的生活方式。”作為教育者，理應引導學生了解這一點，及時糾正學生認識上的偏差。在跨文化意識方面，某些學生“中國式”英語的表達反應出老師在平時的教學中對中西方文化差異的知識點涉及不足。

總而言之，這是一堂非常成功的語言實踐課。

第二次評課作業
吳老師這堂課執教的內容是全日制普通高級中學教科書高一年級 Module 1 Dying to be thin.從執教老師的說課中可以得知本堂課的性質是一堂閱讀新課。該堂課的重點是通過對學生閱讀能力的訓練進一步提高其表達能力，提升“健康觀”。學生通過初中階段的學習，已經樹立了基本的健康觀念。而本堂課的目標正是通過引導學生閱讀活動，具體分析三篇與“減肥”有關的E-mail,從學生對文章中心思想的歸納得出對“健康”的正確認識。
教學目標與教學內容方面，吳老師通過對課標、教材以及學情的認真分析確定了本課的三維目標。教學目標完整、準確且科學性強。在讀前，老師用PPT展示圖片（即4個身材勻稱，笑容燦爛的明星）并詢問學生這些明星是否Looking Good.學生豪不猶豫的給出了肯定的回答，但其實他們已經暴露了大眾“以瘦為美”的審美偏差。當然此時老師并沒有指明這種偏差。而是繼續深入，從“人為什么會變胖？”和“如何減肥”方面啟發學生進行討論。此時，學生已經能大致了解到本堂課的主題。但并沒有發現老師已經在為后面揭示正確的審美觀及健康觀做了鋪墊。單是一個導入，已經能夠看出老師設計的縝密心思。到了讀中，老師啟發學生猜測題意，知道學法。第一封E-mail從指導讀法，到引導歸納填表，再到幫助學生復述。期間通過結構式PPT圖片設計拉出知識層次，幫助學生大膽開口表達，樹立信心。第二篇E-mail采用精讀教學，著重細節閱讀，從更細的方面進行歸納總結，提升對學生能力的要求。第三篇E-mail采用問答法，通過老師提問推動閱讀。此時學生回答已經不再有任何幫助，他們必須通過閱讀前兩篇E-mail學到的方法組織自己的語言進行回答。能力要求再次拔高，學生進行口頭作文的訓練。三篇閱讀完成后，老師用練習進行鞏固，題型直指高考，實用性強。最后，老師的教學由書本回歸生活，再次展示一組與“讀前”的“身材勻稱，笑容燦爛”的明星完全不同的“身材肥胖，但笑容依然燦爛”的明星。首尾呼應，揭示“Feeling Good”比 “Looking Good”更重要的主題。學生的審美觀和健康觀在此時得到了升華。由此這堂課達到高潮，可謂非常精彩。
教學結構與教學方法方面，老師主要采用“鏈條式”的教學結構，層次分明，環環相扣，有始有終。以問答法和任務型教學法穿插教學。注重智能培養。不過，這樣單一“鏈條式”的教學必須以學生精準的回答為前提。聽課中我們不難發現，吳老師執教的這個班級中，語言能力較強的同學往往能近乎完美的命中目標答案，即使語言能力較弱的男同學，命中率也相當的高，這些都成為了老師順利推動課堂進程的條件。所以，如果在更大的班級，或是學生語言能力水平差異較明顯的班級。當學生說出的答案并非正確答案或靠近正確答案時。這種“鏈條式”結構如何發展下去就成了一個問題。在這一方面，執教老師并沒有給出一個滿意的回答。事實上，當有學生說出其他不一致的答案時，老師也只是一味強調標準答案，忽略不計。有時候還自己進行搶答。

As we known, our ancestors have made great miracles on this fertile land, and we are still making miracles. Who can ignore the facts, that we have established ourselves as a great nation in the world, that we have devised our own nuclear weapons, that we have successfully sent our satellite into space, that our GNP ranks NO. 7 in the world, that the 29th Olympic games will be held in 20xx? It is true that we have experienced plunders by other nations, we have experienced wars. But based on such ruins, there still stand our nation China, unyielding and unconquerable.
An American tourist said:“ China has a long history of 5,000 years, but the US just has a history of 200 years. 5,000 years ago, China took the first lead in the world, but now it is the US that is leading. ”My heart was deeply touched by these words. Yes it is true that we are still a developing nation, but it does not mean we can despise ourselves. We have such a long standing history, we have such abundant resources, we have such intelligent and diligent people, we have enough to be proud of. I think we have enough reasons to say proudly: we are sure to take the first lead in the world in the future again, for the problem is big, but our ambition is even bigger; our challenge is great, but our will is even greater.

在我接的一個班里，從前一年他們英語老師那兒了解到：班上有個叫Star的男生，性格非常地內向。英語學習一直以來都比較困難，成績長期處于班級中下水平。他上課從不舉手，有時被老師請到發言時，也是站在座位上一聲不吭。時間久了，老師和同學們仿佛漸漸淡忘了他的存在，一堂課除了“開小火車”的練習，幾乎聽不到Star的聲音。
