我打算面試一個高中的英語教師,試講十分鐘,不過沒有學生,現在也不知道試講哪課、哪個部分,講課要中英結合,因為評委不是全部都是英語專業的,有校長、教育局那些人,請問講什么內容比較好?沒有教材,評委也不一定聽得懂英語,我覺得講閱讀不太好,但是講語法的話又會很枯燥。

我打算準備兩種課型,閱讀課和語法課,請問我該如何準備?

2012-06-06 21:48 應該是面試的時候會給你一篇文章,一般來說是高中課本隨機的課文,給你一段時間準備,然后讓你根據課文實時上課,你以前有哪個英語老師上課方式你比較欣賞的,你可以模仿他的來做準備,高中上課基本都是閱讀與語法同時講,很少只講閱讀(評委會覺得你只是在做精讀),或者只講語法(如你所說,十分枯燥,而且很難講),切記不要慌,講課時要面向評委,板書時注意不要讓身體擋住黑板,如果你的基本功扎實,十分鐘都不夠你講,如果你基本功有所欠缺,放慢語速是不錯的選擇,將重點放在你擅長的知識面,多舉幾個例句,說的詳細一點,應該沒什么問題,祝你好運!

試講分為兩種,一種是將面試的人當做學生,就像你真的是在上課一樣,只是面試官當然不會與你互動,所以這一點一定要自己把握好,可以在自己家里做一下練習,雖然把面試官當學生,但你不要指望他們會回答你的問題,所以停頓時間的把握與自問自答的銜接很重要,否則的話一定尷尬的想死掉;第二種面試是將自己的講課思路做一下闡述,不涉及到知識點,也就是說你只要告訴評委你打算怎么來上這節課,這個看上去簡單一點,但往往四五分鐘就說完了,然后就是你和評委大眼瞪小眼,所以可以在準備的時候盡量分的細一點,寧愿十分鐘不夠(會讓評委覺得你有料,只是沒有經驗沒安排好),也不要多出時間不知道怎么辦。

到時候面試的人會告訴你是哪一種,萬一他們沒說,自己先問一下,省得你想按第一種說他們打斷你說是第二種,這樣會讓你變得有一點緊張

你不可以只按照自己的想法去做準備,就像我說的,雖然是試講,但是也分很多種,而且每個地方每個學校的要求都不一定相同,所以要按照試講評委的要求來,而不是你自顧自準備好了,結果到時候他們的要求與你準備的并不一樣。

最常見的是給你課本指定第幾課要你試講,沒有別的要求,給一點時間做準備就開始。你可以結合閱讀與詞匯,語法講課,也就是英語精讀與語法的結合,將重點放在你擅長的地方,盡量使講課流暢,有內容。如果你不喜歡這樣的方式,退一步的選擇是只講詞匯和語法,這個要你把握好時間,另外對你的基本功要求非常高;但是千萬不要只講閱讀,分數一定會很低。還有很重要的一點,千萬不要以為評委不懂英語就不知道你講課的好壞。最好的建議是:找上一屆應聘同一所學校的老師問一下,當初他們是怎么試講的,有的放矢才能增加勝算,祝你成功。

這就是說課,當然是閱讀好上了,只有十分鐘,只講一下教學步驟,教學設計就行,網上很多的,高中英語新課程一般是warming-up reading一個課時上,語言點一個課時,后邊聽力,learning about language, using-language是另外的課時,但惟獨第一個課時的最好上,你可網上隨便下個課件,語法一般不愿上公開課,但也有涉及特別新穎的,就會的高分

我同意::最好的建議是:找上一屆應聘同一所學校的老師問一下,當初他們是怎么試講的,有的放矢才能增加勝算,祝你成功。

一般都會只定內容。講語法詞匯是下下策。記住一個優秀的課堂不是老師的滿堂灌!不是你的流利的表演。只有在閱讀課堂中你預設問題,假定和學生的的互動才是新課改的一學生為主題的理念。雖然要看你的表演,但千萬別只顧自己表演。

我也同意:: 就算無生授課也要環節完整,而且各個環節之間要注意銜接和連貫性。各環節內部可以通過設置問題來激發課堂氣氛也能調動聽課評委的興趣。十分鐘試講應該也是完整的一堂課!只是去掉學生的活動部分后你的整個課堂語言壓縮在一起的。

高中英語閱讀課不是挨著講句子翻譯喲,我們指的是通過課文提高學生的閱讀能力,一般,先有預測,在略讀找出大意,在查讀找信息(像考試樣的,考試技能)略讀和查讀包括預測能力的培養是新課程英語所必須的。還有細讀弄清楚更細節的信息,再還有總結summary或討論一個深層次問題,一般是情感目標的實現環節。不要像大學精讀老師樣逐句地翻譯分析句子喲!所以十分鐘足夠完整的講完你的課堂指令。

那么,究竟應該怎樣來完成本節課的任務呢?下面說一下本節課的教法和學法。教法:

1、范例、結合引導探索的方法,激發學生的學習興趣。

2、教師精講、學生多練,體現了以學生為主體、教師為主導的教學原則。

3、采用類比法,引導學生發現問題,自主學習,從而體驗到獨立獲取知識的喜悅感。

4、通過“教”“學”“放”“收”突破重點和難點。

(根據需要任意選取教法。2-3個就行。根據時間自行安排。)

教學相長,本節課我所采用的學法主要有兩個。

學法:

1、主動學習法:舉出例子,提出問題,讓學生在獲得感性認識的同時,教師層層深入,啟發學生積極思維,主動探索知識,培養學生思維想象的綜合能力。

2、反饋補救法:在練習中,注意觀察學生對學習的反饋情況,以實現“培優扶差,滿足不同。” 最后我們說一下本節課的教學過程。

教學過程:

本節課在多媒體教室進行,所需教具是教師機---學生機、投影儀、黑板、等。我將本節課分為三個部分。

用約5分鐘時間進行導入部分,主要是復習和引入新課。

用約20分鐘時間進行正體部分。主要是通過講練結合的方式完成對_____、______、______、________幾部分的學習。

最后,用約5分鐘的時間進行尾聲部分,主要是小結和作業。

或者說是,對本節課進行總結以及布置作業。

(1、關于講練結合,如果是理論課,練就表示做習題,如果是操作課,就表示上機實際操作

(2、我是按一節課40分鐘分配,待考證。

(3、大概模式是這樣的,你根據時間要求自行取舍吧。

(4、聲音一定要大,語速不能太快。對于教學目標、重點、難點等表示你說課流程的詞匯要突出。但是,不要板書,浪費時間。

(5、注意,偶爾要看一下評委,眼神交流。

最后要說“說課完畢”

對于試講,引出這節課,之后順手把本節課的題目寫黑板上。要用力寫清楚。如果覺得整節課講不完,你可以說我今天主要講____幾部分。因為沒有學生,所以講的不要太散,要有思路.如果能顯出你跟學生交流的過程就顯一次,不然的話,就直接講自己的。

試講完畢

答辯如果是評委直接提問,簡單想想回答即可。

如果是給你紙條自己看,你就不要讀題了,普通話一般,呵呵`思考半分鐘,說首先我來回答第一題。

答辯完畢,請老師多多指導。(鞠躬)說課的整體思路,按這個,就是記不住,也能順著說出來點東西。
