Ask students to talk about the housework they do at home.StepⅡ

1a This activity reviews earlier vocabulary and introduces some new words.1．Point to the items under the heading Chores in the chart.Ask students what the word chores means.2．Point to the items again and read each one to the class.Ask students to explain each chore in their own words and say if they do it or not

For example, a student might say, After we eat breakfast the dishes are dirty.We have to do the dishes.Do the dishes is the same as wash the dishes.3．Then read the instructions.Point out the You column and say.Write Y for yes or N for no about yourself here.Point out the Your Partner column and say, Write Y for yes or N for no about your partner here.4．Ask students to find a partner.As they work, move around the room and answer any questions.5．Find out which two chores most students do at home.Ask different students to write the name of each chore on the board.Then read the name of each chore to the class and say, Raise your hand if you do this chore.Write on the board the number of students who raise their hands after each chore.Step Ⅲ Listening.This activity gives students practice in understanding the target language in spoken conversation.1．Read the instructions.2．Point to the chart in activity 1a.Show students the last column with the heading.Peter’s chore or Mom’s chore? 第一課時(shí)：Part A Let’s learn

1、使學(xué)生能聽、說、讀、寫有關(guān)比較級的單詞taller、shorter、older、younger、stronger。

2、使學(xué)生知道形容詞比較級變化的一般規(guī)律。

3、使學(xué)生知道than是比較的意思，than前要用形容詞的比較級。

4、使學(xué)生了解cm、kg分別表示長度和重量單位，并學(xué)會它們的讀音，并會回答句子How tall are you? How heave are you?

5、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生分析與仔細(xì)觀察的能力。

6、通過游戲，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。

7、學(xué)生能聽懂會唱歌曲《My Pets》 MATERIALS（教學(xué)用具）錄音機(jī)、磁帶、圖片，拉力器 PROCEDURE（教學(xué)過程）

1、熱身導(dǎo)入。

T: How are you, boys and girls? Today, first let’s chant, ok? 然后教師播放Book 2中的一首歌謠：Tall, tall, tall, make yourself tall.Short, short, short, make yourself short.Big, big, big, make your eyes big, small, small, small, make your eyes small.Long, long, long, make your arms long, Short, short, short, make your arms short.請學(xué)生跟著節(jié)奏一起邊唱歌謠，邊做動作。

2、學(xué)習(xí)taller、shorter，了解表示長度單位的單詞。

教師出示姚明與教師本人的照片，讓學(xué)生先觀察照片并用英語自由地說一兩句話，然后教師出示姚明的身高223cm，并教學(xué)表示長度單位的單詞的完整寫法centimeter和縮寫cm及朗讀方法，然后教學(xué)句子Yao Ming is 223cm tall。之后教師請學(xué)生用句子… is …cm tall.來說一說自己及同學(xué)的身高。最后教師請學(xué)生來猜猜教師有多高，并和姚明比較，引出單詞taller、shorter及句子“… is taller than…” “… is shorter than…”的教學(xué)。

3、游戲操練。

教師出示一系列的對比圖片，請學(xué)生同桌合作用句子“… is taller than…” “… is shorter than…”來說說圖片中的人和物。

4、學(xué)習(xí)單詞older、younger。

教師出示一大、一小giraffe長頸鹿的圖片 T: The mother giraffe is taller, and the baby giraffe is shorter.The mother giraffe is older, and the baby giraffe is younger.引出單詞教學(xué)。

5、游戲操練。

教師首先示范游戲規(guī)則，T：Now let’s play a game.Guess: How old am I ? If your number is more than my age, I will tell you younger.If your number is less than my age, I will tell you older.教師先請學(xué)生猜猜自己的年齡，假如學(xué)生猜出的年齡比老師的實(shí)際年齡大了，老師就說younger, younger，假如比實(shí)際年齡小了，老師就說older, older。然后教師出示一些人物的照片，按照上述方法請學(xué)生們來猜猜他們的年齡。

6、學(xué)習(xí)單詞stronger，了解表示重量單位的單詞。

教師出示舉重運(yùn)動員占旭剛的照片，T: Look, he is strong.I’m strong, too.然后教師拿出拉力器用力拉開，T: I can do it, can you? 然后請兩個(gè)學(xué)生來試試，從而引出單詞stronger。接著教師詢問力氣較大的同學(xué)How heavy are you?來讓學(xué)生掌握重量單位單詞Kilograms(kg)的表達(dá)法，然后教師請學(xué)生們用句子I’m…kg.來說說自己的體重大約是多少。

7、游戲。

請學(xué)生用句子I’m…kg.去告訴同學(xué)自己的體重，然后找到與自己體重在一個(gè)范圍內(nèi)的同學(xué)（20kg—29kg、30kg—39kg…）之后相互比賽扳手腕，勝利的同學(xué)可以說I’m stronger.8、Let’s do 教師對Book 2中的歌謠進(jìn)行改編，Taller, taller, taller, make yourself taller.Shorter, shorter, shorter, make yourself shorter.Older, older, older, make yourself older, younger, younger, younger, make yourself younger.Stronger, stronger, stronger, make yourself stronger.9、Let’s play: 游戲可以4-8小組為單位，展開活動。先比身高，教師請小組中的每個(gè)成員說出自己的身高I’m…cm tall.其他同學(xué)聽清楚，然后教師口令Line up from shorter to taller!或Line up from taller to shorter.請學(xué)生迅速按照要求排好隊(duì)伍。

10、教師播放歌曲錄音，要求學(xué)生欣賞歌曲，并看歌詞，然后教唱。

11、布置回家作業(yè)：抄寫單詞并背誦。

1、布置各班周二晚自習(xí)召開以“青少年學(xué)生如何預(yù)防違法犯罪”為主題的班會；

2、籌備開展楓嶺頭中學(xué)“舞動青春”廣播操比賽活動；

3、配合值周組加大對寢室抽查力度。

這是我來校工作的第一周，也是不斷學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)的一周，現(xiàn)就一周工作學(xué)習(xí)中幾點(diǎn)感受總結(jié)如下:

一、工作總體的感受

一周的工作總體感覺是很充實(shí)的，由于剛進(jìn)文泰有很多專業(yè)知

識和工作流程要學(xué)習(xí)。在學(xué)習(xí)和一些工作中，我明白了耐心、細(xì)心、熱情、專業(yè)對于SSC工作的重要性。SSC工作中有很多環(huán)節(jié)是要大家互幫互助共同完成的，因此要有強(qiáng)烈的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識。一周工作中我每天都會遇到新的問題，要向同事、主管請教，大家都很熱情耐心的給予幫助，讓我體會到了這個(gè)大團(tuán)隊(duì)的友愛溫暖。

二、工作氛圍的感受

我非常喜歡學(xué)校的工作氛圍和工作環(huán)境，從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)到員工都很年輕、熱情、自信有活力，這是個(gè)有著歷史，卻流淌著年輕血液的學(xué)校。學(xué)校各類書籍，最新最全的大牌雜志供你隨意閱讀，此外還有電腦供你隨時(shí)查閱各類、各方面的知識和信息，免費(fèi)的點(diǎn)心、水果、飲料、咖啡、口香糖隨心品嘗。這是個(gè)怎樣的環(huán)境？我想大凡來過的人都會喜歡這個(gè)充滿了知識，卻又輕松愉悅的工作環(huán)境吧！

三、工作崗位的認(rèn)識

SSC工作總體來所比較繁瑣忙碌，事無大小每一項(xiàng)都很重要，任何一個(gè)小細(xì)節(jié)都不能放過，要求工作中必須專業(yè)、謹(jǐn)慎、細(xì)心、及時(shí)、熱情周到。在繁瑣的工作中需要自己不斷摸索歸納最簡便、最實(shí)

用的工作流程以提高服務(wù)效率和服務(wù)質(zhì)量。作為一名班主任，自己的專業(yè)服務(wù)效率、服務(wù)態(tài)度與文泰整體形象息息相關(guān)。

四、自己在工作中的不足

一周的工作，也發(fā)現(xiàn)自己自身的一些問題，由于Excel之前在工作中很少用到，導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)在運(yùn)用不熟練，在最開始幾天使得工作速度緩慢，情緒急躁等。在以后的工作中自己將針對這些問題不斷改進(jìn)，多與同事交流，多向同事請教，多學(xué)習(xí)爭取用最短的時(shí)間熟練掌握運(yùn)用。

五、接下來工作打算

經(jīng)過一周的工作實(shí)踐，自己慢慢熟悉和適應(yīng)了學(xué)校的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，為了更好的做好SSC的各項(xiàng)工作，在接下來的時(shí)間里我將加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，熟知學(xué)校現(xiàn)有的招生院校及專業(yè)、課程設(shè)置和學(xué)習(xí)流程等詳細(xì)情況，做好教學(xué)服務(wù)，高效率的完成各項(xiàng)教務(wù)工作。

上述為我一周工作的總結(jié)，因到校工作時(shí)間較短，工作中還存在許多不足之處，敬請領(lǐng)導(dǎo)批評指正！

第十六周工作總結(jié)

本周工作主要針對高三文科全日制學(xué)生開展！本周數(shù)學(xué)科主要對空間立體幾何以及三角函數(shù)進(jìn)行復(fù)習(xí)，通過這一周的講解以及強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練，全日制學(xué)生對于用向量方法解空間立體幾何題有了更深刻的理解，但對于三角函數(shù)題型的理解和解題方法還不太熟悉。通過本周的測試可以發(fā)現(xiàn)諸多問題，比如學(xué)生做題時(shí)比較粗心，對于平時(shí)講過的題，在課后的復(fù)習(xí)總結(jié)工作做得不夠，以至于在考試過程中，做題速度很慢，時(shí)間不夠，導(dǎo)致所得的分?jǐn)?shù)也相應(yīng)提不高！當(dāng)然，從總體來說，本周學(xué)習(xí)取得效果還是非常好的，特別是對于立體幾何的學(xué)習(xí)孩子們都能很容易的上手和理解！本周考試內(nèi)容是：三角函數(shù)62分，立體幾何88分，總分為150分，其中：李奕霖

99分； 王莎莎

82分；蒲泓江87分。學(xué)生主要失分部分在于選擇題，主要原因在于平時(shí)練習(xí)的主要題型都放在大題上，以及對于知識點(diǎn)還不是非常熟悉！

下周工作安排：

下周主要針對不等式、直線與圓進(jìn)行復(fù)習(xí)，同時(shí)也鞏固立體幾何與三角函數(shù)的知識點(diǎn)！
