學生自主學習計劃

電大學校是一個相對自由的環境，擺脫了高中學習中“以教為主”的教學模式，而是以自我發揮學習潛能為主。許多過慣了“牢籠”里被動學習的同學，也許在大學學習中迷失了方向，不知道該怎樣來面對大量的時間和資源，從而荒廢了大學光陰，實在可惜。以下針對電大教育模式開展我的自主學習計劃：

一、培養自學能力

自學能力是人們獲取知識并促進成才的最基本、最重要的一種能力。

在當今的大學生學習中，自學較之于課堂學習而言，顯得更為重要。

1．制定切合實際的學習計劃和目標。古人云：“凡事預則立，不預則廢。”

（1）人生規劃，大學屬于半個社會，是我們即將步入社會的黃金時段，我們有必要對未來、對人生做出長遠的規劃和打算。如果學生在學習中都有自己的人生規劃和目標，那么在學習中，就不會迷失方向，就會沿著自己的目標付諸實踐，為自己的未來而努力奮斗。

（2）階段計劃，階段計劃是指我們對一定時間階段學習的大體安排。我必須對自己當前一段時間內的時間作出打算，才不至于茫然。我在第一年學期學好各專業課的基礎上，要安排時間過計算機等級、英語等級、普通話等級等等；第二年就應該加強自己的專業課知識儲備，為自己的長遠打算奠定良好基礎。最后就應該多加強課外實踐活動，為自己以后走向工作崗位奠定堅實的基石。

（3）短期計劃，短期計劃是指周計劃或月計化，短期計劃中，我們應該具體地落實時間安排，精細地計劃學習內容、學習目標，這是一個很精確的操作性很強的過程，必須認真的制定和實施，才能落實到學習目標上去。在短期計劃中，應該明白自己在本周或本月內應該做的具體事情，并且要認真切實的落實到任務上去。

（4）即時計劃，即是當日計劃。即時計劃必須根據實際情況來制定，如當日的課程多少，作業多少等等情況。所以，我們必須要充實自己大學生活，合理安排時間，有效的實施計劃，朝著自己的目標靠近，更重要的是要從即日做起。

總之，在學習中，最重要的是要制定切合實際的目標和計劃，只有對自己的時間有了明確的計劃和打算，并且付諸行動，才不會在學習中迷失方向。

2．發散思維，博覽而有專攻

作為電大學生，僅僅吸收課堂上的知識是遠遠不夠的，我們還必須發散思維，多博覽一些相關書籍，而且在眾多領域和范疇里，還必須發揮自身的特長，博覽而有專攻。一個能夠開拓進取并業績突出的人才，必定是善于創新思維的人，從思維學和心理學的角度分析，創新思維是一種高級的思維形態，它既是一種能動的思維發展過程，又是一種積極的自我激勵過程。因此，發散思維在我們自學的過程中起著重要作用，無論是精讀還是泛讀，我們都不能過于呆板，完全相信書中的內容，所謂“盡信書不如無書”，在讀書的過程中，我們應該給自己的大腦一個無限拓展思維的空間，在吸收前人精華的同時，也創造一些新的見解、新的觀念，形成自己的觀點，這是我們自學要達到的目的。古人云：“術業有專攻”，我們學習也必須重視專業，以專業為主導，在學習專業的同時，也必須要博覽群書，開闊自己的視野和眼界，增長自己的見識，使自己成為一個博學多識的佼佼者。

3．理論結合實踐，勤能補拙

理論學習可以提高我們的理論知識，理論結合實踐，有利于進一步提高我們的理論水平和實踐操作能力。理論結合實踐，是我們學習中不可或缺的好的學習方式。大學學習中不同的專業有不同的特征，我們可以根據專業的實際情況來進行學習。勤工儉學活動等多種方式去參加實踐，在實踐中得到能力的提高。

總之，在各個專業中，可以選擇不同特色的方式去實踐體驗，增強見解。除此之外，我們還必須勤于學習，天才是靠百分之九十九的汗水和百分之一的靈感，要想掌握好的學習方法，就必須勤奮學習，在學習的過程中不斷的積累經驗和總結教訓，形成一套自己的好的學習方法。“勤能補拙”“笨鳥先飛”就是靠勤奮換來的成功。因此，要想掌握好的學習方法，就必須勤奮學習。

4．堅定信念，培養良好的學習習慣

（1）信念是石，可敲出星星之火；信念是火，可點燃光明之燈；信念是路，可引向成功之門。擁有堅定的信念，才擁有了成功的基石。作為一名大學生，我應該有堅定的信念，堅忍不拔的意志，頑強的毅力，去挑戰學習中遇到的困難。讀書貴在堅持，只要我們堅持下去了，就會得到豁然開朗的藍天。

（2）良好的學習習慣是掌握學習方法的基本因素。首先必須要保持充足的睡眠，保證充足的睡眠時間，對我們的學習很重要。只有有了這個前提條件，我們才能學好，才能掌握好的學習方法。其次，我們更要抓住早晨的學習時光，早晨的時間是我們一天中最有利于學習的時間段，我們要合理利用時間，利用早晨的美好時光看一些該看的書，記一些該記的東西，使我們整天的學習有一個好的開始，保持清醒的頭腦，在學習中更有激情和精力。良好的學習習慣還包括學會記讀書筆記，讀書筆記可以是摘抄引文，也可以是自己讀書之后的心得體會，還可以記一本書的內容梗概。只有多讀書，多記讀書筆記，你的知識才會有所增長，你的見解才會越來越豐富。在讀書的過程中，通過你的大腦把所有的知識融會貫通，去粗取精，去偽存真，由此及彼，由表及里，將這些知識上升為新的高度，形成你自己的知識系統，那么，學習就會有顯著的成效，學習方法也會越來越精煉。

5．圖書館資源不可忽視

學校是教書育人的地方，圖書館是一個學校的知識寶庫。大學生不僅要學好課堂知識，還要多看一些有價值的課外書籍，以書為友，以圖書館為友，把泡圖書館看成是現代社會的時尚。圖書館是知識的集中營，我們可以博覽群書，飽享眼福，開拓視野，增長見識。因此，我們要努力抓住在校的大好時光，利用圖書館的有限資源去無限的拓展我們的知識，更多的吸取書中的精華和精髓。

二、利用網絡資源學習

網絡學習是學習者利用網絡學習知識，掌握知識技能，獲得身心發展，而進行的學習活動的方法。隨著科學技術的發展，網絡技術也不斷更新換代，網絡資源已經成為了當今時代的一個大資源庫，網絡學習不僅成為了一種時尚，更是大學生自主學習的一種快捷而有效的好方法。

1．合理利用網絡資源，取長補短

網絡資源豐富多彩，在我們的學習中扮演著重要的角色。網絡資源知識面廣，既有專家指點迷津，又有普通平凡的一般性見解，還有一些垃圾資源，我們在學習中應當注意取長補短，取其精華，棄其糟粕。在學校情境的學習資源中，教材中的學習內容被視為權威，而其他學習資源只是對教材內容的解釋、補充和說明。因此，學生學習的目的大都集中在“學教材”上，極大的制約了學生的學習范疇。網絡技術的發展，網絡資源的豐富多樣，使我們的學習資源信息化，提高了知識獲取，選擇的效率；也使我們學習資源的廣度和深度大大加強，為我們的自主學習提供了廣闊的平臺；還可以將課堂教學形式變得趣味無窮，激發了我們的學習興趣；幫助我們提高探究知識的能力以及處理交流知識的能力，使我們成為真正的掌握知識的主體。因此，合理利用網絡資源，取長補短，是我們大學生學習的有效途徑。

2．獨立自主與探討學習

網絡學習是一種主動而非被動的學習方法。在網絡學習中，應當從內心上樹立起一種積極獨立的學習動機，成為一種自我需求，在網絡環境中，獨立思考，探索和構建自己的知識倉庫。而不是通過盲目地聽從別人的意旨或一味的追求專家的見解，自己卻坐享其成，盜竊別人的學習成果。當然，在網絡學習中，當我們遇到了無法解決的問題時，可以與一些著名的學者進行探討，也可以與自己的老師交流溝通，從而得到正確的指導；也可以與同學互相討論，從而提高我們的學習效率，增長見識。
