尊敬的胡錦濤主席和夫人，女士們、先生們：

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the city of Shenzhen, China, home of the 26th edition of the Summer Universiade for the next 11 days.The FISU Family, the athletes, the coaches and the administrators standing here before you tonight are honoured and proud to be with you in Shenzhen, and they look forward to performing their very best for you during this Universiade that is the biggest event ever organised in FISU's history.Thank you all for being here tonight to share this historic moment.我非常高興地歡迎各位來到中國深圳，在此參加為期11天的深圳第26屆世界大學(xué)生夏季運動會。今晚，國際大學(xué)生體育聯(lián)合會大家庭成員、運動員、教練員和官員們十分榮幸和驕傲能與大家一起相聚深圳。他們期待著在國際 大體聯(lián)史上規(guī)模最大的一屆大運會上向大家展示出自己的最佳風(fēng)采。感謝諸位今晚在此與我們共享這一歷史時刻。

Dear participants, I wish to thank you for coming from all around the world to compete in this Universiade, and I hope that you will enjoy the venues that have been prepared for you.I would like to compliment especially the authorities of the City of Shenzhen and of the Guangdong Province for preparing such quality venues.Some of the venues have been newly built, so we believe that the legacy will be important for the city and for the students that use them.親愛的參賽者們，感謝你們從世 界各地前來參加本屆大運會，希望你們對為你們精心準(zhǔn)備的場館感到滿意。我要特別感謝深圳市政府和廣東省政府為大家準(zhǔn)備了如此高質(zhì)量的場館。其中有些場館是新建的，我們相信，這作為大運會留下的遺產(chǎn)，對這座城市和今后使用這些場館的學(xué)生們而言都是非常重要的。

I would like to thank the Federations of University Sports of China, the Chinese authorities and all of my colleagues of the FISU Family who contributed to the preparation of this unique Universiade.我還要感謝中國大學(xué)生體育協(xié)會、中國政府和國際大體聯(lián)大家庭的全體同仁，感謝他們?yōu)楸緦谩安灰粯拥木省钡拇筮\會所作出的貢獻(xiàn)。

I expect that, regardless of the duties and titles, you will have the opportunity to meet new people.We all know that you are here to compete, but international sport is also about gathering people from different regions and cultures.So do not miss out on this unique opportunity.As you are all housed in the Athletes Village, it is my hope that each day you make a new friend and therefore better understand the world we are living in.不論各位身居何職，我希望你們都有機(jī)會結(jié)識新朋友。雖然大家來到這里是為了比賽，但是舉辦國際大學(xué)生體育運動會也是為了讓來自不同地區(qū)和不同文化背景的人 能 齊聚一堂，因此希望你們不要錯過這個獨特的機(jī)會。大家都住在運動員村，希望你們每天都能夠結(jié)識一位新朋友，從而更好地了解我們所生活的這個世界。

I hope that each of you enjoy your stay in Shenzhen, and that you will return to your homeland with many pleasant memories from your experiences here at the 26th Summer Universiade.我希望諸位在深圳過得愉快，在比賽結(jié)束后帶著對深圳第26屆世界大學(xué)生夏季運動會的美好記憶重返家園。

尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，各位來賓、朋友們、同志們：

今天，我們歡聚在深圳體育館，共同見證深圳第２６屆世界大學(xué)生運動會倒計時一周年。我謹(jǐn)代表中共深圳市委、市政府，向出席這次慶祝活動的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和嘉賓表示熱烈的歡迎！向為籌辦深圳大運會付出辛勞與汗水的同志們、朋友們表示衷心的感謝！

深圳是一座年輕的城市，大學(xué)生運動會是全世界年輕人的盛會。

籌辦大運３年來，在中央和省的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，在國際大體聯(lián)、國際單項體育組織和國家教育部、體育總局的悉心指導(dǎo)下，在熱情的深圳市民廣泛參與下，各項籌備工作進(jìn)展順利，相關(guān)場館和城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)如期推進(jìn)，為大運會的成功舉辦打下了扎實的基礎(chǔ)。

未來的１年，是大運籌備工作的最后沖刺階段。

我們將履行好莊嚴(yán)的辦會承諾，進(jìn)一步全力以赴做好場館和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、賽事組織、志愿者服務(wù)、宣傳、安保等各項籌辦工作；

我們將按照“辦賽事、辦城市，新大運、新深圳”的辦會理念，進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)力推進(jìn)市容環(huán)境提升行動，以煥然一新的城市面貌迎接大運會的到來；

我們將進(jìn)一步組織發(fā)動廣大市民，積極投身到公共文明提升行動中來，共同創(chuàng)造更為和諧、更為文明的城市氛圍；

我們將通過全市上下的共同努力，以一流的設(shè)施、一流的環(huán)境、一流的服務(wù)、一流的形象，辦成一屆更成功、更精彩、更具影響力的大運會！

明年的今天，大運的圣火將在深圳點燃。我們期待著那一天，與世界各地的大學(xué)生運動員和青年朋友在深圳相聚，共同分享２０１１年大運會所帶來的歡樂與友誼！

世界各國、各地區(qū)的大學(xué)生運動員和朋友們：

再過365天，第26屆世界大學(xué)生夏季運動會將在中國南方美麗的海濱城市深圳隆重開幕，世界各國大學(xué)生運動員將在這里競技拼搏，各國朋友也將在這里相互交流、加深了解，盡情享受體育帶來的歡樂和友誼！

成功申辦大運3年來，在國際大體聯(lián)的精心指導(dǎo)下，在大運會組委會的有力領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，深圳大運各項籌辦工作進(jìn)展順利。如今，66座大運場館和設(shè)施已經(jīng)拔地而起，城市面貌煥然一新，大運的口號和標(biāo)志深入人心，廣大市民參與大運、奉獻(xiàn)大運、服務(wù)大運蔚然成風(fēng)，數(shù)萬受過專業(yè)培訓(xùn)的志愿者正翹首以待，準(zhǔn)備迎接世界各國朋友。

未來一年，我們將再接再厲，全力以赴做好場館建設(shè)、安全保衛(wèi)、志愿服務(wù)、城市環(huán)境提升等各項籌辦工作，力爭為世界奉獻(xiàn)一屆“更精彩、更成功、更具影響力”的體育盛會。

朋友們，“深圳與世界沒有距離”。在深圳第26屆世界大學(xué)生夏季運動會倒計時一周年之際，我們誠摯地邀請世界各國的大學(xué)生運動員和朋友們來參加深圳大運會，相聚在這里，從這里開始，讓我們共同體驗快樂與激情，收獲夢想和希望！

第四篇：畢業(yè)典禮致辭中英文

首先感謝曾校長給我發(fā)言的機(jī)會，同時也非常感謝現(xiàn)場的你們，2010級的全體學(xué)生。我非常高興能參加2013年的畢業(yè)典禮，對我來說，它是我人生的一大榮譽(yù)。此前我一直在考慮我應(yīng)該跟你們說些什么，作為這里2000屆的畢業(yè)生，現(xiàn)在作為北京大學(xué)的校長，我要談?wù)摰脑掝}有很多可能性。

First of all, Thank you President Zeng for inviting me to speak, and thank you to the Class of 2010 for not protesting…seriously.I am extiaordinarily happy to have witnessed this graduation ceremony of 2013 today because it represents, for me, exactly the best honor of my life.As for a graduate of 2000 here and now a presidet of Peking

University, I was wondering what I should say to you-there are so many possibilities you know?

直到今天，我已畢業(yè)工作十余年，我知道你們都很想了解我畢業(yè)后的經(jīng)歷，因為二十幾歲是你們?nèi)松姓J(rèn)識自己熟悉自我的時期。這不是個容易的過程，但是也不算艱難。在此時期你們可能會不確定未來應(yīng)該要走的路，因為二十歲的時候你總會遇到很多個十字路口。

Until now, I have been work for more than a decade, you wanted to know about my experiences after graduating and I understand that

because the twenties are that time in your life when you’re finding out yourself and really getting acquainted with your own.It’s not supposed to be easy, but it doesn’t have to be torture.You’re supposed to have moments of uncertainty about which path to take because the 20’s are full of crossroads.同學(xué)們，你們很快就要離開這片曾經(jīng)留下無數(shù)汗水與憧憬的校園，離別朝夕相處的老師和同學(xué)，即將開始新的征程，它既充滿希望與挑戰(zhàn)，更有無數(shù)的困難和誘惑。作為你們的大師姐，在臨別之際，我提出幾點希望與大家共勉：

You will leave our campus soon where you left numerous sweat and imagination.You will say goodbye to your teachers and students who accompanied you days and nights.Moreover, you will start your new journal, full of hope and challenge, also countless hardship and temptation.I would like to give your some suggestions as your upperclassman when you leave.一要堅定回報和服務(wù)社會信念，勤勞苦干豐富人生?！皠趧觿?chuàng)造財富，勤奮改變?nèi)松薄o論大家踏上怎樣的人生道路，選擇什么樣的職業(yè)，都要堅定理想信念，以良好的心態(tài)面對現(xiàn)實，以積極的態(tài)度面對人生。無論在什么崗位上都要勇挑重?fù)?dān)、攻堅克難，敢于在最困難、最艱苦的地方大顯身手。成功永遠(yuǎn)屬于有崇高理想、堅定信念和艱苦奮斗的人們。希望大家在人生的舞臺上，期待降低一點，贏得一個目標(biāo)；根基扎深一點，贏得一片天地；享受推遲一點，贏得一份事業(yè)。

Firstly, be determined to return to and serve for society, and diligent to enrich lives.“Work creates wealth and diligence changes lives.” Whatever life path is and whatever careers you choose, we need to stick to your dream, face up to the fact with healthy mind and confront lives with positive attitude.We have to brave enough to take on heavy

responsibilities, overcome difficulties and dare to show ourselves in the hardest places.Hope we can lower our prospect to get an object, deepen our foundation to obtain a space, and postpone our enjoyment to achieve a career.二要志存高遠(yuǎn)，努力成才。“天高任鳥飛，海闊憑魚躍”。社會更是一所經(jīng)久耐讀的大學(xué)，需要大家認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)，不斷實踐和努力探索。只要大家樹立遠(yuǎn)大的志向，勤于實踐，銳意進(jìn)取，勇于創(chuàng)新，團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作，就能抓住千載難逢的歷史機(jī)遇，在工作中開創(chuàng)出自己的一片天地。

Secondly, set up a profound ideal and try to be a talent.“The bird can fly freely in the soaring sky and the fish can jump freely in the broad sea”.The society is an everlasting university, and we have to learn diligently, practice constantly and explore hard.Only if we set up profound ideals, diligent to practice, determine to move forward, dare to innovate and cooperate with others can we catch the invaluable historic opportunities and explore a space for ourselves in work.三要勇對競爭，迎接挑戰(zhàn)?！拔锔偺鞚?、適者生存”。未來會有很多艱辛和不如意，只有充滿勇氣和信心，敢于面對挑戰(zhàn)，勇往直前的人，才是生活的強(qiáng)者，才能是自己命運的主宰。

Thirdly, be brave to face the competition and welcome the challenge.“Survival of the fittest”。There are lots of hardships and unsatisfactory in the future.The one who is brave and confident, dare to confront challenges and move forward bravely is the superman of lives and can control his or her lives by himself or herself.同學(xué)們，無論你們走的多遠(yuǎn)、飛的多高，我相信和期待你們事業(yè)有成、生活幸福，人生精彩。衷心的祝愿同學(xué)們一路順風(fēng)、前程似錦。

However far you walk and however high you fly, I consistently believe and expect that you can be successful in your job, live happily and have a colorful life.Sincerely hope that you can have a nice trip and have a beautiful and awesome future.Thank you!
