帶領外商參觀工廠注意事項

選擇工廠，做好接待準備。

1.多搜集工廠資料，選擇信得過的工廠報價。參觀前先獲取營業執照、稅務登記證、組織機構代碼證復印件，注意要通過了最新的年審。

2.事先與工廠溝通好，說明外商為自己的老客戶，盡量打消工廠私下結交外商的心思。

3.比外商提前到工廠。提前與工廠交流，驗證正本營業執照、稅務登記證、組織機構代碼證及年審情況，復印并蓋公章，然后參觀熟悉工廠環境，獲得工廠聯系人名片，這樣接待外商時就不會再派發名片給自己，為后面接待的外商造成工廠與自己就是一體的假象做準備。

二、如何避免工廠單獨與外商接觸

1、單獨接待外商，然后自己帶去工廠。這樣可以事先與外商面對面交流，先熟悉一下。同時，由于自己已經事先熟悉了一下工廠及聯系人，見面時可以給雙方介紹，以便于給工廠造成自己與外商合作很密切的假象。

2、參觀時盡量跟進客戶。外商到哪里，自己就跟到哪里，不給工廠和外商任何可趁之機。

如果工廠與外商獲得了雙方的聯系方式，要想辦法挽救或者破壞。比如：

A． 針對工廠，一方面可告知對方外商采購的產品種類繁多，復雜到任何一

家工廠都無法單獨生產，卻要求一家供應商能統一供貨；其次可告知工廠外商的付款條件非常苛刻，比如收貨驗貨后30天甚至更長時間付款，讓工廠知難而退。另外，也要讓工廠感覺到我們的付款條件更有優勢，而且更容易追溯。

B． 針對外商，可告知對方工廠要求100%付款后才開始生產，與外商給我們的付款方式相差甚遠；其次還可告知外商該工廠的產品種類比較單一，其他產品都需要外購，因此與我們都處于中間商地位，讓外商無法把控與工廠直接交易的風險。另外，還要讓外商感受到我們的專業、服務和真誠。

第五篇：客戶來參觀工廠

客戶來參觀工廠是很正常的事情, 無論是中間商還是工廠, 做好接待工作也是比較關鍵的.但由于風俗,習慣等各方面的不同, 會造成很多麻煩, 所以作個標準流程還是必要的,俺先拋磚引玉:

1.敲定客戶訪問時間, 航班, 訪問人員名單,職位, 手機號碼等信息,以便安排相應接待.2.同客戶商討參觀訪問行程表, 同工廠(公司接待部門)溝通, 一切敲定之后, 發送郵件貨傳真讓客戶確認, 同時讓工廠做好接待準備.3.安排酒店: 和客戶敲定酒店星級,房間(一人一間,還是share room, 樓層,吸煙區和非吸煙區等等細節,酒店挑選上要注意, 很多酒店號稱5星, 結果連3星的水平都沒有,客戶住一個晚上就受不了吵著要換房.一般比較保險是選擇外資管理的酒店,也可以參考攜程等網站的評價決定.)然后就近安排(距離工廠近的地方或者距離機場近的酒店), 安排妥當以后, 告知客戶具體飯店地址電話.4.打印訪問行程表, 準備工廠資料和產品資料, 客戶所要求的資料等文件, 裝訂.5.根據客戶的國籍, 宗教信仰準備飲食和話題(多做功課, 以免犯給穆斯林吃豬肉這樣的低級錯誤).6.安排接機車輛(根據客戶人數,行李多少確定安排車輛, 5座,7座還是bus,上次有位朋友在北京接待客戶, 碰到車牌單雙號限制, 工廠的幾輛小車都是單號, 結果只好安排了一個19座的金龍bus接待兩個客戶, 暈),制作接機牌, 客戶到達當日,安排專人負責接機, 原則是宜早不宜晚, 省的一邊客戶在機場干等, 一邊你在機場高速路上換輪胎.車上可以隨便聊聊: 對方對中國的了解程度, 他們的禁忌等等,他們此次中國行還有什么其他安排等, 刺探一些情報.7.一般是先接送至酒店后, 將訪問時行程和工廠資料等文件交給客戶, 敲定第二天參觀訪問事項, 也有客戶直接先去工廠參觀, 務必提前讓工廠準備.8.第二天準時至酒店接客戶(不同國家的客戶對時間的觀念會有不同, 我方一般提早10分鐘在酒店大堂等候)

9.接到工廠或者辦公室之后, 根據行程表進行參觀訪問和會談, 安排專人記錄會議內容,(如果第一次接觸, 應安排多媒體會議室, 雙方可以用投影幻燈對各自的企業進行介紹).10.訪問結束后, 準備一份小禮品送給客戶, 一般挑有中國特色的, 比如茶葉, 工藝品等(最牛比是一次去東北,工廠送客戶人參, 看起來價值不菲).如果你是中間商, 最好自己準備禮品, 隨機應變, 以免客戶贈送禮品而工廠未準備禮品而找成尷尬.11.訪問以后, 根據客戶的意見, 適當安排娛樂購物等活動, 很多不發達國家的客戶往往要求去購物, 特別是電子產品, 服裝等, 且對價格比較敏感.有些客戶則希望去采購中國特色的商品, 如絲綢, 茶葉, 瓷器等等.另外有客戶想去酒吧等場所, 因此在接待之前務必做好功課, 了解附近的餐館, 酒吧, 購物,娛樂場所等.有些客戶比較隨意, 可以安排一些中國特色的活動, 比如喝茶, 看戲, 參觀景點等等.12.送客戶, 一般送到機場.有些客戶不喜歡麻煩人, 自己搞定, 這樣送至酒店即可.在飛機起飛前,應給客戶打電話道別.13.收尾: 這個工作務必做好.客戶走后, 及時發郵件給客戶, 一是問候, 二是將本次訪問雙方達成的共識, 或者會議記錄, 備忘錄發給客戶, 敦促這個項目的執行.幾個小點:

1.著裝: 接機和會議時一般用正裝, 帶客戶娛樂購物時便裝.2.參觀: 嚴格按照工廠的參觀制度, 特別是一些醫藥生產企業, 涉及到安全,衛生, 不讓進去的地方就是不能進去, 不然隨隨便便, 人家會對工廠的管理等產生疑問.3.飲食, 一般來說, 不用太隆重, 接待穆斯林, 最好是魚, 雖然他們也吃牛羊肉, 但是對加工的方法很講究.如果時間緊,一般麥當勞的魚香漢堡解決, 時間充裕, 就可以推薦一些中國菜, 海鮮什么的.印度人不吃牛肉.西方人最保險是西餐, 大酒店自助餐一般不錯.韓國日本就比較好弄了.
