《中等職業學校收費管理暫行辦法》：學費由學校財務部門統一收取，到指定的物價部門申領收費許可證，并使用省級財政部門統一印制的行政事業性收費專用票據。第十二條中等職業學校除收取學費和住宿費以外，未經財政部、國家計委、國家教委聯合批準或省級人民政府批準，不得再向學生收取任何費用。

《中國民辦教育促進法》：

第三十七條民辦學校對接受學歷教育的受教育者收取費用的項目和標準由學校制定，報有關部門批準并公示;對其它受教育者收取費用的項目和標準由學校制定，報有關部門備案并公示。

至今，我們從沒看到過我們學校的收費許可證，也沒有把收費細則公布給我們學生看，我們懷疑我們學校存在違法收費的行為，故向貴局舉報投訴，希望貴局：

1、依法調查““**市國防學校”和“長征職業學校”是否在貴局進行依法申請收費許可申請?是否存在違法收費的情形。
