英語四級考試學習計劃

俗話說：“不打無準備之仗”，“知己知彼，方能百戰百勝”。因此制定一個切合自身實際，可行的計劃顯得尤為重要。說實話英語并不是我的強項，在高考中吃過英語的虧，當時就是從來沒有過的緊張，手一直在顫抖基本上已經沒有辦法寫字了，這歸根到底可能還是自身的基礎不夠扎實導致的。什么是基礎不牢的表現，就是你拿到一句話或者一篇文章單詞看不懂，句子看不懂，感覺如讀天書。我當時在巨微英語四級真題逐句精解一書的幫助下學習的詞匯和語法。效果還不錯，從如讀天書到了津津有味的地步?？上攵?，我進步了多少吧！

自從進入大學以后，由于大學的學習和高中的天壤之別，對于英語的學習反而沒有高中那么認真了。大學英語四級總分是710分，結合自身實際，我英語四級的目標分數是520分左右，上下浮動不超過5分，當然超過的是多多益善。希望可以通過自己接下來五十多天的計劃實施和努力奮斗可以實現預期的目標。

為什么要制定這一計劃和目標？第一點，大學英語四級證書是將來拿到學校所頒發的畢業證書和學位證書的基礎之一，沒有它只能拿到結業證書，換句話說就是大學四年白上了。所以這是一個很現實的問題，必須要拿到英語四級證書，沒有商量的余地。第二點，作為學商科類的學生多學一點英語大有裨益，對于以后的發展也都是有好處的?？梢哉f英語四級是我們將來企業應聘的敲門磚，一個擁有英語四級和一個沒有英語四級的人相比顯然前者的優勢更大一些。第三點，是時代的要求，是自己不斷進步的要求，這是一種大的趨勢或是規律暫時還沒有人可以去打破。第四點，就是要證明自己的能力，始終相信自己是最棒的。即便在今年的兩會上有些代表建議取消大學的英語四六級考試，但是我覺得完全沒有必要，英語學習已經深入人心了，就好像一日三餐，成為了必需品。在今天這個全球化的的國際社會里，不存在大學英語四級考試無用論的說辭。我想有總比沒有要好得多的多。

我的學習計劃將采取學與練相結合的方式。英語四級的題型有作文，閱讀理解，聽力，完形填空和翻譯：

一、單詞

所有這些題型的基礎當然就是單詞了，因此首先應從單詞著手。四級詞匯一共是4750個，由于之前已經大致看過一遍，發現并不是很好記憶。后來我就選擇用專研真題的方法來學習詞匯，巨微英語的閱讀真題中對每一個句子中的陌生單詞都有詳細的解析，什么詞性、詞義、近反義詞、相關詞組呀什么的都有，不查字典就能看懂文章。而我發現既然如此，那就把單詞放在閱讀真題里面來記憶吧！反正純單詞我是背不過的，就這樣不久之后，我發現我能讀通英語句子了。

二、語法

英語最讓我頭疼的是語法，大學里不再教授語法知識，而語法對于英語學習很重要。所以需要把高中學過的語法知識重新回過頭再過一遍，名詞性從句，定語從句，狀語從句三大從句。冠詞，名詞（短語），動詞（短語）等熟練掌握，能夠運用語法知識正確分析句子結構，造句，翻譯之類。這要求也太高了吧？我發現不能純粹那么去搞，簡直太浪費時間了。后來我覺得真題具有權威性，所以我就專研巨微英語四級真題逐句精解里面的語法講解。它對于長難句用的是句子圖解，結構清晰明了地展現了出來；對于簡單句用的是句子講解，講解的也挺細致。一段時間之后，我發現基本的句子我也能看懂了，慢慢的也會分析語法了。

三、聽力 聽力是我的薄弱環節，這點主要通過多聽來強化。之所以把聽力放在第三步就是在掌握了一定的基礎之后，讀懂聽力就不是問題了，這種情況下聽懂聽力翻譯原文就不是問題了。計劃每兩天一份四級真題聽力限時練習，在聽的時候盡量不要嫌麻煩將其翻譯成漢語。我把巨微英語一書的真題MP3格式、以及贈送的三套聽力模擬MP3下載到手機上，以方便自己隨時進行聽力練習。除此以外，還要多聽一些如美國之音，學校發放的聽力材料。當然平時在娛樂的同時可以通過看美劇，英語新聞來加強聽力。在聽的同時能夠加強寫的能力。相信如此下去，聽力將不會阻礙你的四級通關之路。

五、閱讀理解，完形填空

之前已經掌握了一定的詞匯量和語法了，接下來主要通過做真題練習來得到提高。建議你每兩天一份真題。可能此時你會存在這樣的問題，句子文章可以讀懂，題目卻做不對。建議用巨微英語四級真題逐句精解贈送的解題技巧小冊子學習一下技巧。也可以對照一下真題解析的答案，它后面有干擾項分析和那道題的大綱考點，可以幫助你更好地把握真題。如此一來，閱讀就搞定了。

六、作文和翻譯

寫作：一方面通過詞匯短語的積累，另一方面要掌握格式。加強背誦，比如背誦逐句精講答案部分的參考模板，之前我還試著每周抄一篇四級真題作文。我覺得這當然還不夠，抄僅僅是表層的，沒有實質進步。需要加強練習。后來我就改變計劃每周一篇作文，主題自己挑選，盡量聯系當前熱點問題，展開合理的想象。寫好后可以請老師、同學或網絡幫助自己批改，然后再加以進一步修改，使之完善。翻譯的出題是無法預測的，所以我就只能琢磨真題的翻譯了，再加上之前基礎得到了夯實，所以基本上就不是很擔心了，反正分值也不高，我只能盡力而為了。

在以上的計劃實施結束時，在考試前兩周把重心轉向做四級真題和模擬試題模仿考試場景，熟悉考試環境和考試流程安排。以上計劃的實施者是我，期間可以尋求老師和同學的相關幫助，計劃實施的時間比如背單詞和短語安排在早上7:00—7-50和下午16:30-17：30，聽力的練習安排在早上8:00—8:30（沒兩天一次，有早課除外），語法的復習可以安排在中午12:30—13:00（一周一個語法知識點），作文的摘抄和自己寫的作文放在每周五晚上。四級真題練習和模擬安排在周二和周四的晚自習時段。閱讀和了解熱點可以放在平時的娛樂中，比如上網、看電視的時候。以上計劃從制定之日起開始執行，到四級考試結束止。計劃實施的地點主要包括教室、自習室、圖書館和宿舍，同時可以運用網絡這個虛擬空間進行英語的學習。

“路漫漫其修遠兮，吾將上下而求索?！庇媱澮呀浿贫ê昧?，關鍵在于實施。希望通過真正地貫徹和落實此計劃實現預期目標。切不可三天打魚，兩天曬網，忌三分鐘熱度，戒躁，靜心，盡力，成功就在彼岸。

第二篇：四級英語學習計劃

四級課程所需的必備圖書包括：

·新東方大學英語四級教材（包括四本分冊和10盤磁帶）

·大學英語四級考試最新真題（附贈1盤磁帶）

準備階段 至少背完一遍四級詞匯，嘗試做2－3套真題

第1－8周 聽課內容 詞匯1課時/每周 聽力1課時/每周 閱讀1課時/每周 作文1課時/每周

備注 充分做好課前預習和課后復習，記好課堂筆記，題最好做2遍。并且堅持每天半小時到1小時背單詞、1小時進行閱讀訓練，半小時進行寫作訓練，1小時以上進行聽力訓練。

第9－12周 聽課內容 聽力1課時/每周 詞匯1課時/每周 閱讀2課時/每周

備注 充分做好課前預習和課后復習，記好課堂筆記，題最好做2遍。并且堅持每天半小時背單詞、1小時進行課外閱讀訓練。加大聽力訓練，按教學要求，筆記內容和教材進行范文寫作訓練。

13周 復習聽課筆記，標記遺漏和重點；

進入大量體會方法、思路和真題練習階段，進入范文習作的背誦。

第14-15周 請自己限時進行三套最新真題（2004.6，2005.1，2006.6）的模擬考試，并認真的聽老師的講解，進行復習和歸納總結。

第16周 復習詞匯和聽課筆記標記的遺漏和重點，調整考試狀態，準備迎接考試。

一、聽力，有三種題型，dialogue(十個對話)，passage(三個短文)，compound dictation(復合式聽寫，也就是傳說中的段子題)，第一種每年必考，后兩種逐年交替，其中考passage的次數相對較多。

二、閱讀，這是我們應考的重點，閱讀題得分的高低直接影響到你是否能過，在這里我針對每種題型談一談:

㈠ 事實細節題，據偶的觀察，每年必考地方是列舉處，即有first，sceond，in addition……的地方，還有舉例與打比方的地方，即有as，such，for instance等出現的地方，有幾個應考規律，大家記住:

1)選項中照抄或似乎照抄原文的一般不是答案，而同義詞替換的是正確答案，2)選項中表達意義較具體，也就是句子較長的一般不是答案而概括性的，抽象的是答案，3)選項中有絕對語氣詞的比如must，never，merely等不是答案而有不十分肯定語氣詞的是正確答案，比如could，might，possible等。

㈡ 詞義及語義判斷題，常考有指代上下問語義功能的名詞和一詞多義的詞組，另外復雜句由于其句子之間的關系復雜，也常成為考查理解能力的一種手段，大家只要記住一個規律即可，那就是選項含義與被考單詞在含義上膚淺相近的一般不是答案

㈢ 推理判斷題，有如下幾個技巧:

1)若要求對某段內容進行推論，那么就只看題干要求作答的那一段，2)選項中采用試探性，不十分絕對語氣詞的比如tend to，offten等一般是答案，3)符合常識邏輯的一般是答案，比方說為什么中國比較窮，是因為人口眾多，為什么美國人很胖，是因為他們吃的肯德基，麥當勞太多了。

㈣ 主旨大意題和觀點態度題，這兩種相對都比較難，大家的得分都不是很高，所以即使你做的不好也別太介意。這兩道題，偶當時是在十分緊迫的情況下，只讀了首尾段，然后迅速選擇的，其實最后效果還不錯，閱讀考了二百多分！

三、詞匯

對于這種題，當你看到偶的博客以后，回去趕緊扔掉那些什么詞匯串聯記憶，星火記憶，黑白記憶，什么家譜式記憶，連環記憶……之類的書吧，或者送人，或者保存好，來年賣給不懂事的大一新生們，要不就拿去墊桌角，方方正正的多好啊！偶認為背單詞是一種投入和產出極不成比例的做法，極其愚昧和迷信！偶當年是這樣做的，考前兩天(一定不要太早，否則還會忘掉)，瀏覽了一下課本后面的四級詞組，考試時，只要選項里有出現課本上的單詞或詞組，那么不要猶豫，選定她！偶還想提醒大家，千萬不要在30個詞匯題上浪費太多的時間，要知道每個題才0。5分啊，而閱讀呢，一個2分，把時間節省出來做閱讀吧！偶當時用偶的方法再加上1/4蒙題的概率，最后綜合項(包括完形填空)考了一百多分。

四、完形填空題和簡短回答題

這兩個題也是逐年交替，其中前者出現的機會遠遠大于后者，如果你遇到的是完形填空題，你應該慶幸，整個四級考試中，數她最簡單了，偶當時壓根兒就沒有看題目一眼，直到考試結束鈴響了，偶才開始拿著機讀卡瞎蒙，偶當時坐在最后一排，當收卷子的女老師走到偶跟前時，偶還有五道題沒有涂卡，偶深情地對她說，天氣很熱，您也很累了吧，她笑著對偶說，謝謝，還行。在這一瞬間，偶把所有的題都涂完了。大家參加過高考的人都知道，做一個完形填空題花的時間可能超過兩道閱讀題，但是得分呢？相信大家都心中有數。幸虧四級考試中此題每個才0。5分，即使真正的高手在這個題上也不會超過你五分的，但是花的時間卻是你的30倍左右(偶當時做這個題前后大概只用了18秒)。偶一直認為，對于完形填空，命題者的真正意圖不是考查你的知識水平，而是考查你是否會合理安排時間！

如果你不幸遇到了簡短回答題，說實話，偶也沒有好辦法，這種題雖說千年難遇一次，但是偶認為這是四級考試中最有水平，最不好應對的題，出題人一定來自天外星球！遇到這種題，如果你有興趣，那就試一下，如果實在不會做，那么你就認倒霉吧！在大學里有一句話說的好：一生中，誰沒有幾次踩到大便的時候！

五、寫作

偶認為這是最容易應對而且也是最容得分的題！

只需考前花9秒種，即有可能取得9分(滿分100分制)以上的好成績。偶當時只是在開考前熟記了兩個比較有難度的經典句型，考試時想辦法在在首句和結尾處各用了一個，然后剩余部分，或者自由發揮，或者寫幾段偶喜歡的英文歌詞(注意不是漢語拼音的)，或者寫一下李陽瘋狂英語里的搞笑句子。

你不要懷疑偶的做法，現在偶給大家分析一下此法可行的原因：判卷時，每個老師桌子上都會有一大疊卷子，遠遠超過你高考時的復習資料，你想，只要是個人，誰會有耐心仔細看那么多的英語文章，再加上一般判卷發生在大夏天，天氣悶熱，心情煩躁，每天關在小屋里看偶們這些無聊低級的文章，不許上網，不許QQ，不讓開MSN，更不可能寫博客，好人也會被折磨瘋的。所以他們判卷時，一般只看開頭和收尾句，再大體看一下字數夠不夠，有的正在談戀愛的老師，心情比較好，還會看有沒有錯誤的單詞，為了防止這種情況，我提醒大家，我們的目標不是寫一篇驚世駭俗的文章，而是盡量在三十分種內不說一句錯話，不寫一個錯單詞。一句話，我們的目標就是——沒有蛀牙！再有，寫短文時，最好用黑色鋼筆，而不要用其他顏色的，特別是圓珠筆，另外，千萬要注意書面整齊，據說，判卷老師大都是近世眼，對于黑色他們更為敏感，更習慣。書寫也是，越整潔，他看得越清晰，心情就越好，偶們的分也就越高！偶當時做完此題，共用了八分鐘，但是偶的寫作成績卻是八十分(滿分
