一、英文簡歷的種類
英語簡歷是用英語來介紹自己的個人資料、學歷、工作經歷、能力、業績、性格、業余愛好等情況的書面報告,這是求職就業時相當關鍵的資料。英語簡歷有好幾個詞可以用來表達,譬如Resume、Curriculum Vitae、Personal History等。
在英國中,英語簡歷多用Curriculum Vitae(通常縮寫為CV)來表示。在美國英語中,以前一般用Personal History,偶爾也用Data Sheet,不過現在則通用Resume這個單詞。由于美國英語在世界的影響力,所以友求職最好用Resume。另外,Resume一詞來源于法語,因此你應聘由法國人投資的公司時也可以適用。
1、中式英文簡歷
如果中英文簡歷一起遞交,建議中文不寫政治面貌,因為如果去外企工作,背景中的政治色彩越少越好,起碼沒必要讓老外知道。身高、體重等因為屬于特別隱私性的內容在向外資求職時,就不必寫了,寫了顯得不了解國外文化。
2.港式英文簡歷
香港出版的簡歷書寫技巧書籍中都要求寫年齡、婚否,報紙的招聘廣告中還要求求職者寫上工資現狀及預期工資,這些都屬于隱私問題,美式簡歷則不要求提供這些信息。
3.英式英文簡歷
很接近港式,但個人資料沒有港式說得那么多,篇幅長但不詳細,我們這里不做過多評論。
4.美式英文簡歷
國際大公司中比較流行,一頁紙,是我們重點參考的樣式。美式簡歷書寫格式也有很多種,本站為大家所介紹的英文簡歷式樣都是美國大公司中比較流行的,如華爾街的投資銀行、大的咨詢公司、工業公司、制造業公司、營銷業公司等都采用這種式樣;同時還參考了三個名牌學校哈佛商學院、沃頓商學院和哥倫比亞商學院的簡歷樣本,式樣大同小異,這里主要以哈佛商學院的為主。
二、英文簡歷的格式
英文簡歷的格式結構一般包括頁眉部分、教育背景、工作經歷和個人資料四部分。如果已經有全職工作了,一定把工作經歷放在第二;如果您目前還是在校學生,應該把教育背景放在第二。
1、英文簡歷頁眉部分
1)、求職人名字 對于求職人名字有很多種寫法,不過采用國際通用的寫法比較妥當,即“名在前姓在后”。譬如求職人的名字為杜軍軍,用“Junjun DU”就比用“Du Junjun”要好,這樣也很方便招聘人員,尤其是人事部經理為人。另外,在平時中發現有少部分人國人采用外國人的姓,如Mary Smith,本人覺得非常不可取的。因為如果你用外國人的姓,別人會認為你是外國人,或者你父親是外國人,或者你嫁給了外國人。
2)、英文簡歷地址 很多人覺得寫地址時在“北京”再寫“”顯得多余,他們認為“誰不知道北京是的呀!”但一個完整的地址、全球暢通的郵址應該是加國名的,但“”英文最好別用“PRC”,因為用“China”簡單清楚。另外,郵編的標準寫法應該是放在省名與國名之間,即放在“China”之前。
3)、電話 寫法很有講究,人名片中的電話經常寫得不清楚、不專業,有以下五點提醒大家注意。
A、電話號碼前一定要加地區號,如(8610)。因為您是在向外國公司求職,您的簡歷很可能被傳真到倫敦、紐約,大家不知道您的地區號,也沒有時間去查,如果另一位求職者的電話有地區號,招聘者很可能先和這個人溝通。
B、8個號碼之間最好加一個“”,如65052266,便于撥號。
C、區號后的括號和號碼間加空格,如(8610)65052266。這是英文寫作格式的規定,很多人忽略了,甚至不知道。
D、寫手機或者向別人通報手機時,也有一定的規范,要用“344原則”,如“***”。
E、傳真號千萬不要留辦公室的,免得辦公室的同事都知道你想跳槽,最好留家里的傳真號。
2、教育背景
1)、時間要倒序,最近的學歷情況要放在最前面。
2)、學校名要大寫并加粗,這樣便于招聘者迅速識別您的學歷。
3)、地名右對齊,全部大寫并加粗。
4)、關于學歷。如果正在學習,用Candidate for開頭比較嚴謹;如果已經畢業,可以把學歷名稱放在最前。
5)、社會工作擔任班干部,只寫職務就可以了,不必寫年月和工作詳情。
6)、獎學金。一般用一句話概括。如果有多個,也爭取用一句話概括。但如果是學生簡歷,則可以多寫一點。
7)、成績。如果不是前十名,建議不寫。因為如果排在十名之外,感覺您不是一個優秀的學生。一旦寫上,有些人會窮追不舍地猛問,讓你尷尬。
3、工作經歷
首先要再次強調一下,對于正在工作的人,Experience應寫在Education的前面,而對于在校生Education則應放在Experience之前。寫時間時應注意:
1)、目前的工作要最先寫,左側寫時間,如寫成1997present。此外更要注意拼寫,不要把“present”寫成“president”,這種拼寫錯誤要避免。
2)、以前的工作,只寫年份,如19931995。這樣的寫法主要適于以下三種情況:一是工作時間較早;二是工作時間在兩年以上;三是旨在巧妙地拉長工作時間。例如,如果您曾于1997年12月到1998年1月就職于某家公司,雖然只有短短兩個月,但寫成19971998就顯得工作時間較長,同時也沒撒謊。
4、個人資料 可以介紹個人業余愛好等內容。

在人力資源測評課的模擬面試中,我們組面試的是中學心理咨詢老師,這職位與我的職業規劃是差不多的,我有打算畢業去考小學的心理咨詢老師的,為此已經做了一點準備,去考了教師資格證。經過這次模擬面試,我感受到,如果想要做一名合格的學校心理咨詢老師,除了要有扎實的專業知識,還有很重要的一點就是要學會如何和學生相處,如何從他們的視角幫他們解決心理方面的問題。
模擬面試對應聘者的考查主要是圍繞了人際溝通、業務能力、邏輯思維、人格素養、儀表氣質五個方面。人際溝通考查點包括主動溝通、情景洞察、表達反饋;業務能力考查點包括掌握心理咨詢的專業理論、積極參加心理咨詢的實踐活動、心理反應敏感;邏輯思維考查點包括原因分析、演繹推理、歸納總結;人格素養考查點包括情緒穩定、親切、和藹、平易近人、真誠地關心來訪者;儀表氣質考查點包括形象氣質、儀容儀表、肢體語言。
我認為,應聘一名中學心理咨詢老師不僅應該了解中學生的身心發展變化帶來的心理變化的特征,還應具備敏銳的觀察力,能夠及時發現學生的異常情況,以便及時進行介入輔導。第三點是應該對于中學生普遍和特殊的各類心理問題有很全面的了解和有效的解決方法。
中學心理咨詢老師是具有雙重身份特點的職業,不僅是咨詢師的身份,更是教師的身份。作為咨詢師身份,只需要幫助來訪者找到問題的根源,協助來訪者解決心理方面的問題,讓來訪者學會自助方法便可。但作為教師身份,不僅需要幫助學生解決心理方面的問題,還需要有更多的關心和愛心,來幫助學生完善人格,樹立正確的三觀,引導學生走正確的道路。
個人面試過后反思面試過程的不足點有:自我介紹過于簡單;聲音不夠洪亮;在回答面試官問題時考慮不周到,急于回答;表達磕絆,對自己不夠自信。面試過程中,面試官問了我一個問題,就是如果我遇到調皮搗蛋的學生怎么辦?當時我沒想到合適的答案,事后我一直在思考這個問題,因為這問題在教師職業中是很常見的,我覺得當遇到這種類型的學生,需要從兩方面入手,一方面是在交談中尋找他所擅長的地方,并在這方面做到比他更出色讓他對你形成崇敬心理;另一方面就是感化了,通過細節的事件來感化學生。雖然這個回答還不夠完美,但是我認為是 比較可行的。
模擬面試在一定程度上讓我發現了自身的不足與缺點,除了在專業知識上還
需要多學習,在與孩子交往方面是我比較不擅長的,還需要多了解孩子的心理發展的特點。作為心理咨詢老師需要比普通教師對學生有更多的耐心、細心、關心和愛心,這樣才能更好的幫助學生解決心理問題。
