小學生的年齡一般是六至十二歲,屬于童年期,正處于心理發(fā)展變化的關鍵時期。在這一時期,兒童的心理變化和大腦思維最活躍。根據兒童時期的特點,我認為在小學英語課上應該做好以下幾點:
1.重視持續(xù)培養(yǎng)和激發(fā)學生學習英語的濃厚興趣。
在英語教學過程中,要把握好小學生的初步興趣,這種初步興趣就是學生在開始學習英語時有一種很強的好奇心,而這種初步興趣是極不穩(wěn)定的。作為教師要使學生對學習英語的興趣持續(xù)下去,并升華為熱情和愛好,就要在教學活動中下工夫,要懂得童年期的心理特征,要懂得小學生對學習英語的興趣主要不是來源于英語語言本身,更多的則是來自于英語教學活動的形式。如果教師所設計的教學形式不符合小學生的認知規(guī)律和心理特征,那么,學生對英語學習的初步興趣就會喪失殆盡,更談不上對英語的熱情和愛好了。
2.在教學活動中,要有和諧的語言教學氛圍。
在課堂上,教師態(tài)度和藹,平易近人,語言里要流露出安慰和鼓勵,這樣才能提高學生的學習熱情和樹立學好英語的信心。任何訓斥、譏笑和諷刺都不利于雙邊活動的開展,還將削弱學生學習英語的積極性。在教學活動中,教師還應該積極地關心、幫助學生,積極引導他們參加集體活動。對有困難的學生更要耐心幫助,同時鼓勵他們要互相關心和幫助,使教學活動得以順利進行。
3.要重視學生基本技能和學習習慣的培養(yǎng)。
在培養(yǎng)技能方面,教師在教學活動中不能灌輸大量的語言知識,要充分利用圖片、掛圖、實物、幻燈、錄音、錄像等開展多種形式的英語游戲、學唱英語競賽、表演、學唱英語歌曲等活動,做到寓教于樂,使學生置身于情境之中,使學生的聽力、英語的口頭表達能力及實際運用英語的能力得到鞏固和提高。要重視英語的基礎訓練,從而使學生獲得一些運用英語的基本技能。
在培養(yǎng)習慣方面,教師在開展靈活多樣的教學活動的同時,要多為學生創(chuàng)造一些運用英語的語言環(huán)境,讓學生多聽、多說、敢于大膽開口,要體現(xiàn)出學生的主體作用,使學生養(yǎng)成良好的語言習慣。書寫也是小學英語教學的主要內容和目的之一,從小學起教師就應當狠抓學生的書寫教學,并常抓不懈。為了培養(yǎng)學生良好的書寫習慣,教師要起到示范和身教的作用,教師自己的書寫首先要做到工整和規(guī)范,這樣才能做到言傳身教。

應聘學校應注意三點:
1、讓自己的簡歷學術氣濃一些。
企業(yè)看重應用能力、社會活動能力,而學校更看重你的學業(yè)成就,包括學習成績、項目經驗、科研能力和教學能力。
2、盡量爭取試講的機會
試講可以全面展示自己的教學潛能。試講講的好,可以彌補其它方面的不足。
具體來講,試講要注意以下三點:
A 內容
有的學校指定試講的內容,有的學校則不指定內容。當不指定內容時,一定要根據應聘學校的水平來選擇難易適中的試講內容。千萬不要以為講的內容越難越好,因為招聘方并不是要看你對所講的內容掌握有多好,而是看你是否具備做老師的潛質。
B 表達
表達包括板書和口頭表達。板書要工整,有條理,開頭有內容介紹,結尾有內容總結。不要急于擦黑板,試想下邊坐的是學生,要給學生留出足夠的記筆記的時間。
口頭表達要注意聲音洪亮,語速適中,抑揚頓挫。要注意與臺下學生的交流,講課突出重點,突破難點。
C 形象著裝要正式、莊重,給人一副為人師表的感覺。
3、做好心理準備和長遠職業(yè)規(guī)劃 =求職定位:
求職定位要做到“知己知彼”。“知己”是要清楚自已喜歡做什么?能做什么?擅長做什么?“知彼”是要清楚市場需求,了解行業(yè)狀況。
“知己”和“知彼”是相輔相承,缺一不可的。當我們喜歡做的事情,我們適合做的事情、我們擅長做的事情和社會的需求相吻合的時候,我們離成功不遠了。
