在2014年暑假,我很幸運(yùn)地被我們學(xué)校錄取為產(chǎn)學(xué)合作協(xié)調(diào)員,主要負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督,協(xié)調(diào),走訪所帶學(xué)生的產(chǎn)學(xué)合作的具體情況,并根據(jù)學(xué)生的表現(xiàn)對(duì)其工作情況進(jìn)行評(píng)分。

在暑期到來之前,學(xué)校對(duì)于我們進(jìn)行了兩次的仔細(xì)培訓(xùn),給我們?cè)敿?xì)介紹了我們學(xué)校的產(chǎn)學(xué)合作的來源,實(shí)質(zhì),以及要求等等,并給我們介紹了關(guān)于我們協(xié)調(diào)員暑期的工作任務(wù)和職責(zé),以及一些注意事項(xiàng)等等。

在參加培訓(xùn)之后,過了沒幾天,就開始步入了工作的第一個(gè)階段,與所帶教的學(xué)生進(jìn)行第一次聯(lián)系,跟他們介紹產(chǎn)學(xué)合作的要求的一些具體事宜。由于當(dāng)時(shí)聯(lián)系時(shí),部分專業(yè)已經(jīng)放假,所以沒有機(jī)會(huì)和他們面對(duì)面地交談,我只好給他們挨個(gè)挨個(gè)打電話。沒想到,在剛剛開始的時(shí)候,就遇到了一個(gè)大大的挫折。有一個(gè)外蒙古的學(xué)生,由于已經(jīng)回到了境外,所以,上海號(hào)碼怎么也打不通,向她同學(xué)要了她的家庭號(hào)碼,心想豁出去了,不管電話費(fèi)了,打了才知道,我的手機(jī)沒有開通業(yè)務(wù),無法打過去,沒辦法,不過,好在還是拿到了那個(gè)外蒙同學(xué)的微信號(hào)碼,開始用微信跟她聯(lián)系。還有,好幾個(gè)同學(xué)的號(hào)碼也是沒辦法打通的,我只能接著跟那些學(xué)號(hào)相連的同學(xué)以及他們班的班長聯(lián)系,來獲得他們最新的聯(lián)系號(hào)碼。

快到六月底的時(shí)候,開始提醒并督促學(xué)生的產(chǎn)學(xué)合作安置信息的填寫,于是,再次打電話,發(fā)短信給還沒有填好安置信息的同學(xué),催促他們填寫雇主單位安置信息,如果沒有及時(shí)填寫,就會(huì)在本學(xué)期產(chǎn)學(xué)合作中被掛掉,而且由于產(chǎn)學(xué)合作只能在大四的時(shí)候補(bǔ)修,很麻煩。所以,我很負(fù)責(zé)地一個(gè)一個(gè)地催那些沒有填寫安置信息的同學(xué)。但是,有一個(gè)學(xué)生一直到很晚才確定雇主單位,然后,在快到填寫安置截止日期的時(shí)候,他跟我說登陸不進(jìn)去,然后,我趕緊給我的老師聯(lián)系,;老師讓他打?qū)W院電話,重置密碼,結(jié)果,恰逢禮拜五下午,學(xué)院老師放假了,沒辦法,只能等到禮拜打電話,當(dāng)時(shí),我也和他一樣著急緊張死了。不過,終于還是在截止日給填好了,不然,他就得掛掉了,好險(xiǎn),最可怕的就是,必須得等到大四的時(shí)候才能重修,可能會(huì)影響的畢業(yè)。

打電話給所有的雇主單位,確認(rèn)學(xué)生是否在崗工作并詳細(xì)了解學(xué)生的工作狀況和工作態(tài)度是我們第二個(gè)工作階段的任務(wù)。在同學(xué)們填寫好了雇主單位安置信息之后,我登陸了協(xié)調(diào)員系統(tǒng),逐個(gè)地打電話給學(xué)生工作的公司,確認(rèn)該同學(xué)是否在該公司上班,并考察學(xué)生的工作認(rèn)真情況。記得以前在培訓(xùn)的時(shí)候,培訓(xùn)人說在打電話的過程中,一定要態(tài)度謙和友好,本著認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度,不作假,不徇私,一切以事實(shí)說話。所以打電話的時(shí)候,我一方面注意自己態(tài)度的溫和,另一方面,詢問清楚該同學(xué)的工作情況。大多數(shù)電話的聯(lián)系,還是蠻順利的。不過,還有,很多電話或是停機(jī),或是沒人接,或是說該同學(xué)沒有在該地方工作。接著,我開始與學(xué)生聯(lián)系,詢問具體情況。然后,一遍一遍繼續(xù)給同學(xué)們的雇主打電話,有時(shí)候,電話一直沒人接,我會(huì)隔幾個(gè)小時(shí)打一次,一直打,有時(shí)候我自己都覺得我很煩,不過沒辦法,直到確認(rèn)到學(xué)生的工作為止。工作二,最終也還是順利的完成了。

緊接著,開始了了最重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。就是走訪在上海實(shí)習(xí)的學(xué)生,我在協(xié)調(diào)員系統(tǒng)確定并標(biāo)記在上海參加工作的學(xué)生的工作時(shí)間,以便后續(xù)對(duì)他們工作的跟進(jìn)和走訪。然后,在七月中旬的時(shí)候,我開始與在上海實(shí)習(xí)的學(xué)生約定時(shí)間,方便我去走訪他們。

在走訪學(xué)生我的陳宛晴同學(xué)之前,我提前給她打電話,詢問其具體工作時(shí)間,工作地點(diǎn),并和她約定好走訪日期。

然后,在七月二十三日上午,我到達(dá)了上海市寶山區(qū)顧新路21號(hào)。陳宛晴同學(xué)帶著我參觀了她的工作環(huán)境,拜訪了她的上司和同事,并給我介紹了她的工作內(nèi)容以及她的職責(zé)。陳宛晴實(shí)習(xí)的公司主要是銷售五金等產(chǎn)品,而她從事的工作是會(huì)計(jì)出納,負(fù)責(zé)管理現(xiàn)金和記日記賬等一系列工作。

隨后,我詢問了陳宛晴的上司關(guān)于陳宛晴同學(xué)的工作情況。“這個(gè)小姑娘比較勤勞踏實(shí),做事也比較認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),挺上進(jìn)的。”其同事也稱贊其性格活潑開朗,容易相處,勤快善良,比較乖巧能干。她的老板也表示以后還愿意讓這個(gè)學(xué)生去他們公司實(shí)習(xí)和工作,聽她的老板在夸她,我感覺也特別的自豪,感覺陳同學(xué)為學(xué)校掙光了一樣。隨后,我和陳宛晴同學(xué)在她的辦公室以及公司門前各拍了一張照片,就回去了。

在產(chǎn)學(xué)合作快接近尾聲的時(shí)候,還有一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),就是給所帶教學(xué)生在工作中的表現(xiàn),以及之前打電話聯(lián)系他們時(shí),走訪時(shí)他們工作的情況給他們批注,以及他們同事及老板的評(píng)價(jià),他們自己寫的產(chǎn)學(xué)合作業(yè)務(wù)報(bào)告的情況進(jìn)行綜合地評(píng)分,對(duì)于這個(gè)光榮的任務(wù),我本著認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度,嚴(yán)格按照學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況,該得多少分就給多少分,不徇私,不舞弊,無偏見,謹(jǐn)慎的按照程序客觀公正地評(píng)分。還是很開心,有這樣一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì),可以體驗(yàn)一次當(dāng)老師的感覺,很榮耀,很滿足。

在擔(dān)任產(chǎn)學(xué)合作協(xié)調(diào)員工作的期間,我學(xué)到了很多東西。首先,學(xué)會(huì)不管遇到什么狀況,都要冷靜,都要踏實(shí)地工作,著急是沒有用的,事情還是要一步一步地完成的。比如,在第一個(gè)階段,聯(lián)系不上那個(gè)外蒙古同學(xué)時(shí),要循序漸進(jìn)地,通過電話,扣扣,微信等各種軟件,各種方式聯(lián)系她。再比如,在那個(gè)同學(xué),在臨近截止日期,仍然登陸不上學(xué)工系統(tǒng)時(shí),這時(shí)候,也只能耐心地等待,等到了禮拜一,趕緊給學(xué)院打電話重置。所以,事情,不能急,要慢慢來,這次,好好磨了我的急躁的性格。在當(dāng)協(xié)調(diào)員這個(gè)過程中,我還學(xué)到很多其他的東西,比如,要有耐心,要堅(jiān)持,盡管遇到很多困難,我還是要坦然面對(duì),盡管很多同學(xué)聯(lián)系不上或者不接電話,不回短信時(shí),我還是得堅(jiān)持的打過去,知道聯(lián)系到通知到他們?yōu)橹埂?/p>

當(dāng)然,也遇到了很多困難和意料之外的事情,比如剛剛開始,給同學(xué)發(fā)短信,詢問或者通知一些問題的時(shí)候,很多同學(xué)都不回短信。為了確認(rèn)通知到信息,我就只好不停地給他們發(fā)短信確認(rèn)。實(shí)在不行,就打電話。感覺挺氣餒的,被他們給無視了。不過,想想當(dāng)初協(xié)調(diào)員培訓(xùn)時(shí),老師的教誨時(shí),以及本著對(duì)他們負(fù)責(zé)任的態(tài)度,所以,我只好若無其事地繼續(xù)該發(fā)短信就發(fā)短信詢問,就像一個(gè)打不死的小強(qiáng),盡量態(tài)度和善溫柔一些,慢慢的,大概跟同學(xué)熟了,他們回短信積極多了。我收集資料也就得心應(yīng)手地多了。在接下來的督查工作中,我一直好好和同學(xué)相處,盡量幫他們處理他們遇到的問題,準(zhǔn)確傳達(dá)無誤的信息,確認(rèn)他們暑期工作的順利完成。還有一點(diǎn)想說的是,和這些同學(xué)接觸,又使我認(rèn)識(shí)了好多以前不可能接觸到的別的專業(yè)的校友,擴(kuò)充了我的人脈,我很興奮,認(rèn)識(shí)到這么多新的的朋友。這些都是因?yàn)樽鰠f(xié)調(diào)員,才能學(xué)到和得到的。

我所協(xié)調(diào)的學(xué)生當(dāng)中,有兩個(gè)外蒙古的學(xué)生,還有好多個(gè)學(xué)生是港澳臺(tái)的學(xué)生也是一個(gè)很讓我頭痛的事情是,剛剛開始的時(shí)候,部分的手機(jī)還是能打的通的,但是后來,想聯(lián)系他們的時(shí)候,屢屢短信不回的時(shí)候,我開始警惕起來,就打電話過去,才發(fā)現(xiàn)已經(jīng)打不通了,意識(shí)到他們已經(jīng)回臺(tái)灣了,所以在大陸的手機(jī)就停用了。然后,沒辦法,只能重新搜集他們的新的聯(lián)系方式,微信,扣扣等,但是很不方便的是,很多時(shí)候,有緊急事宜通知他們的時(shí)候,總是沒有電話方便,他們可能不登陸就收不到信息,導(dǎo)致信息延遲,挺苦惱的。不過,好在,在整個(gè)過程中,還是耽誤什么重要的事情。所以,協(xié)調(diào)員工作還是很順利地結(jié)束了。

我很開心,在擔(dān)任協(xié)調(diào)員的過程當(dāng)中,我更好地了解了學(xué)校的產(chǎn)學(xué)合作的由來,產(chǎn)學(xué)合作的性質(zhì)和特色以及其具體運(yùn)作情況,所以,我更加覺得我們學(xué)校的產(chǎn)學(xué)合作的意義的重要性,我覺得學(xué)校實(shí)行產(chǎn)學(xué)合作教育,是非常有必要的,對(duì)于我們學(xué)生的適應(yīng)社會(huì)的能力是有很大的幫助的,同時(shí),通過暑期的辛勤工作,更讓同學(xué)知道為工作求生存的不易,體會(huì)到讀書的樂趣,從而珍惜大學(xué)時(shí)光,奮發(fā)努力,同時(shí)更為日后走上工作崗位積累經(jīng)驗(yàn),增加學(xué)校就業(yè)率,提高學(xué)校的威望,吸引更多的學(xué)者來為我校的繁榮昌盛喝彩。另外,我校是國內(nèi)唯一一個(gè)實(shí)行產(chǎn)學(xué)合作的學(xué)校,因此,我們更應(yīng)該搞好產(chǎn)學(xué)合作之一教學(xué)項(xiàng)目,使之成為我校的一大特色,亦可以吸引更多的學(xué)校向我們學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí),以我們學(xué)校為榜樣,跟我們一起搞產(chǎn)學(xué)合作這一教學(xué)項(xiàng)目,使產(chǎn)學(xué)合作成為大學(xué)的必需功課。

我堅(jiān)決擁護(hù)我們學(xué)校的產(chǎn)學(xué)合作,并且認(rèn)真實(shí)施我在產(chǎn)學(xué)合作工作中的任務(wù)和職責(zé),也就是做好我的協(xié)調(diào)員的工作,認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)地協(xié)調(diào)我的學(xué)生,指導(dǎo)他們的工作,負(fù)責(zé)并客觀地給他們?cè)u(píng)分。
