關于MBA考研的那些事

最近時值母校MBA提前面試之際，很多準師弟師妹都想咨詢有關MBA考研的事宜，想獲取一些考試的經驗和方法。作為去年經歷過這場戰爭的過來人來說，我個人覺得，他山之石，確實可以攻玉，但是別人的經驗不一定完全適合自己。你不能完全生搬硬套別人的方法，而是需要吸收別人有用的經驗，再結合自己的情況，總結出適用于自身情況的方法，這才是取勝之道。下面就以下幾個問題進行討論：

１、讀MBA的目的？

一千個人心中有一千個哈姆雷特。同樣，一千個考MBA的同學中，有一千個理由。但是其實歸根結底無外乎以下幾種：想轉行的；想提高學歷水平的；非名門出身（本科專科學校不出名）想鍍金的；從其它省市往廣州發展的；想系統學習管理知識的；想混文憑的；想擴展交際圈的；想換工作的；甚至于有些想單純消磨時光的。。。對于自己，首先想明確自己讀MBA是為了什么。如果連這個都搞不清，那在以后的復習中就會失去目標和動力。這里我想說兩點個人觀點：一是很多人覺得讀了MBA，立馬前途一片光明，五百強企業向我招手，或者升官加薪，或者覺得自己成了牛人，但是真實情況是，現在即使讀了MBA，對你未來的幫助遠沒有想象中那么大。未來的成功不是取決于你的文憑，而是取決于你的能力和努力，與文憑無關；二是現在MBA越來越年輕化，很多剛畢業或者畢業一兩年的同學就想讀MBA了。個人覺得，MBA的學習最好要有一定的工作經驗和一定的管理年限，否則你的學習只能是空中樓閣，死記硬背理論知識而不能聯系實際，學習的效果就會大打折扣，這樣既浪費了錢，也浪費了時間。

２、是否要報培訓班？哪個培訓班好？

是否要報班，還是要看自身情況（我一直都在強調根據自身情況）。有人裸考也能高分，有人考了幾年都考不過。這個沒有絕對的規律。如果你基礎好，時間充裕，不想花錢，那你可以自己復習；反之，基礎不好，時間不充裕的則可以考慮報班，畢竟有老師幫你拉知識點，你會事倍功半。或者可以采取折中的方法，報某一階段的班，比如報個提高班、沖刺班。都可以。至于哪個培訓班好，我不是托，但是我覺得口碑比較好的就是太奇和華章。每年這兩間上200分的都挺多的，如果打算報暨大，可以選擇華章，畢竟華章的教學點在暨大醫學院里面，可以提前感受校園氣氛，僅供參考。

３、暨大提前面試怎么準備？

暨大的面試還算比較好，淘汰率不高，競爭不是很激烈。面試分為無領導小組討論、綜合面試和英語。其中重點在于無領導小組討論，這個你表現好了，問題就不大。很多人怕英語，其實在暨大，英語占比應該是三者之中最小的，而且分差也拉不開，對于英語差的同學來說這應該是好消息。所以這里重點說下無領導小組討論的Tips。以下是某位老師當時給出的一些提示，很有幫助：

『個人發言主要看你的表達能力。你和小組同學之間的討論，我們看你的團隊合作、影響力和組織力。例如，別人發言時，你是否在傾聽？還是只顧自己在寫？你是否有體勢語？例如，以前有位考生，在別人發言時，就說：你不要翹二郎腿！放下！老師在記錄你的表現。一開始，每個人的發言，是否能夠用簡明的語言將問題說清楚？這是看你的溝通表達能力。第二，大家一起討論時，有的同學會主動出來組織大家討論或提出一些問題，有的同學會積極參與到討論中，發表自己的觀點等。這些都是團隊合作或組織能力的具體表現。但是，有些同學做得比較假，有點像在演戲。例如，以前，我見到一位考生，放一個鬧鐘在桌子上，鬧鐘一響就打斷別人的講話。以為這樣可以控制局面，其實一看就知道是裝的。試想你在單位開會時，作為領導，你會這樣做嗎？ 一些細節一定要注意，例如，有的同學在別人發言時，到處張望或玩手機；或發呆；或沉思等等，都不是太好。若換做你發言時，大家都這樣對待你，你會有什么想法呢？

還有些學生喜歡發言，一講就跑題，經常聯系實際，不看案例素材，海闊天空地發言。這時，誰能主動將話題引回來，而且不是生硬地打斷別人的發言，那他在組織能力方面的得分會和別人不一樣。

影響力，就是你在陳述自己觀點時，如何有理有據地讓別人接受你的觀點，而不是說時間到了，我們就這樣決定吧。其實，無領導小組討論是考察你的領導潛質 當然，對于案例素材也需要你有一定的專業知識。

也不能這樣評價自己，你們既然選擇讀MBA，一定會自覺不自覺地表現出領導者的潛質，這些不是你們能夠準備出來的。是你的舉止和言語中反映的，也許你自己沒有注意到而已。作為老師，他們一看就知道了，因為我們接觸了太多的學生，這是職業敏感。』

對于綜合面試，主要是考察你在短時間內對某個社會問題的看法。難度在于你需要在毫無準備的情況下有條不紊的把你的思維觀點說出來。其實這個不是很容易，特別是在自己不熟的領域。如果你抽中的題目剛好熟悉，那恭喜你；如果不是，則真的需要你平時有很好的積累了。所以考試前可以先把近半年來發生的社會熱點都找出來，看看媒體報紙的評論，吸收他們的觀點，然后再自己模擬一下，要是老師問到這道題，我該怎么答？這樣鍛煉幾次后，我覺得應該會有很大的幫助。（可惜我當時啥都不懂，沒有前輩指點，所以這部分考得很差，經驗教訓）

對于英語，其實很簡單，你先把自己的自我介紹背熟了，然后再讀一段英語，最后問答一個老師的問題。老師一般會就著你的介紹來發問，但是都不難。口語部分最好提前能鍛煉，可以去參加外語角，熟悉一下。這里還有個我以前考托業口語的Tips，考前二十分鐘可以跟partner即時練口語，聊什么都行，這主要是建立一個口語的語感。練完后再參加考試你有一種慣性的感覺，說英語也會順暢很多。就跟運動員熱身一樣的道理。我當時就是這樣托業口語拿了最高級別，而當我把這個經驗告訴同事后，我同事也一樣取得了成功，她非常感謝我這個方法。

４、筆試怎么準備？

筆試部分主要分數學、邏輯、中文寫作、英語。還是那句話，不同人應該有不同的備考方法。有人本來就外語專業畢業的，或者工作一直在外語環境的，基本上英語就是不用花時間、只需熟悉題型就行。所以每個人需要認識自己的優勢和劣勢，保證優勢，提高劣勢。MBA考試排名不要緊，要緊的是你能不能上線。你首先要樹立考試的目標。比如180、200.你設定的目標必須要比國家線高，這道理不用解釋。

數學，其實就是初等代數，好好把機械工業版的參考書復習透，就可以了。我發現很多高分的都是靠著看幾遍機工版的數學。學數學不能死記硬背題目，而是要學習思維方法，解題技巧，這樣當題目變化才不至于傻眼。萬變不離其宗，每一道數學題，無非就是想考哪個知識點，只要掌握了知識點，就等于知道這道題要考什么，那就往這個思路去考慮，終歸能算出來。

邏輯，分兩大塊。形式邏輯和非形式邏輯。形式邏輯剛開始難理解，但是主要掌握了規則，形式邏輯其實是不難的。非形式邏輯也有規律可循，掌握了加強、削弱等規則，再多練習下，你就會找到做邏輯的感覺。題目不用做太多，但是必須要弄懂弄清楚，不要模模糊糊的，下次又選錯。

作文，無它，背范文。考前練習寫幾篇，多動筆，培養感覺，多閱讀報紙的社評什么的，積累素材。作文拉分應該不算很大。

英語，得閱讀理解者得英語。其實英語的閱讀理解比較怪。就是他的問題很少問總體中心思想什么的，問的多是每段具體的東西。所以很多時候不必看懂文章，也一樣能做對答案。只要找出關鍵句，然后琢磨琢磨，就可得到答案。閱讀理解需要多鍛煉。英語不好的需要花心思。但是如果當你覺得你可以過線了，你就不必再花太多時間下去。因為英語的提高不是線性的，隨著你花時間越多就越高。一開始你的提高會很明顯，但是到了一定程度，你花再多的時間，也增加不多。所以達到那個點也就差不多了，節省時間復習其它。

復習時每到一個階段需要安排模擬考試，檢查一下階段性成果；一定要注意在最后階段要多模擬考試，就是自己掐時間，嚴格按照正式考試的氣氛和規定來。數學每題3分鐘，邏輯每題2分鐘，你做不出來就不要再糾結，選個疑似答案馬上往下走。你一定在模擬時要訓練養成這個習慣，否則你在考試就會吃虧。

５、正式考試怎么考？

帶齊考試工具準考證啥的不說了，提前踩點也不說了。關鍵點在于一定要知道綜合考試你的時間是不夠的，英語考試你的時間是有多的。所以綜合考試你碰到難的問題必須過，數學25題你不要超過75分鐘；邏輯30題你不要超過60分鐘，小作文25分鐘，大作文30分鐘。很多人先做作文再做其它，我覺得無可厚非。總之，把自己有把握的先做，能拿多少先拿多少。其它的題目就靠人品。英語就不說了，時間充足，慢慢做都來得及。時間不是問題，不知道選哪個才是問題。呵呵！

考試過程中可以帶點小巧克力啥的，能量不足時可以補充。暨大考場對于報暨大的學生會開放教室作為休息室，這是報暨大的福利，報其它學校的？只能在草坪上坐著了。

考研那點事兒

最近早就想提筆寫點什么東西來總結現在的生活了，可是要么心情不是很high，要么玩游戲忘了。雖然不是文藝青年，可是我總是想記錄我的心路歷程。可能我說些話太二，抑或太悶騷，讓一部分看客不爽。然而我想引用阿鬼的話——我是寫給關心我的人看的。

現在就是天天自習，上午數學，下午英語，晚上專業加數學。500多頁的數學復習全書大概是考研數學的靈魂。關于它的紀錄也一個個的來到我耳朵里，“X尼瑪復習全書早就做完了，660都做了大半了！”，“切，這算啥，Y尼瑪復習全書做了兩遍了，現在開始研究真題了！”聽完后不自覺的菊花一緊，嗎的，老子剛把第100頁翻過去。可是我不想大躍進，我的節奏就是我的節奏，我能保證我看過去的就是我的。

慢慢的我在找高四的感覺，沒找到，這里沒有人管你復習到哪，沒有人管你走沒走神，沒有人檢測你學的怎么樣，甚至根本沒有人管你上不上自習。只有自己，想自欺欺人非常簡單，一塊手機，然后趴在桌子上流一會兒哈喇子，一個上午瞬間就沒了。要是心情再低落點，床再舒服點，一天過得能比喝涼水還快。坐在那做題也會挺熬人，因為總是要面對打擊，“這個知識點前幾天明明剛看過，怎么一轉眼就不會了，這尼瑪學的還沒忘得快，擦！”。英語則更顯得博大精深，新單詞總像春后的野草，割過一茬又冒出一茬，我還是堅強地在那記，不知道到底是它的單詞多，還是我的腦容量大，我相信總有一天，我認識面前的單詞，而它已經不認識我了。至于閱讀理解，不光在考驗你的單詞容量，還順便考察著你的心理素質。花了半個小時，虐死好多腦細胞，然后屁顛顛地對答案，就是因為寫答案的時候那稍微的腦抽筋，你成功避開了所有正確答案。Shit！！可是生活還是要繼續，你必須堅強的查出每個新單詞，勇敢的分析每個錯誤，然后再一遍遍地罵自己腦殘。對答案的時候經歷著各種跌宕，查出一個錯的時候就像少女被人捏了一下，好緊張哦！查出倆錯的時候就好像初戀的少女被放了鴿子，好失落哦！查出三個錯的時候就像被劈腿的少女，好難過哦！查出四個錯的時候就好像被（。。）的少女，無法面對，但不得不承受。查出五個錯的時候就已經出來快感了，你丫還敢不敢再錯一個，fu，ck！

當然，在教室里不光是學習，還是要思考生活，品味人生的，我走神的內容也不光是游戲。想想我22年的生命歷程，想想我到底是因為嘛成了個光棍。想著想著不自覺的就會笑出來。也想想我的未來，成了一位人人敬仰的高級工程師，然后在我的人格魅力號召下，一大批優秀的人聚集在我周圍，攻關著一個又一個的難題，“鄭工，您看這個方案行不行？”，“小王啊，這個設計穩定性有問題，你回去再用matlAB仿真一下！”，“哦，好的。”我就一直在那裝逼。說實話我挺想在青島有套房的，那樣在以后的N年里，想回母校看看學妹，就看看。

要想堅持下去，就必須有一個信念，不斷地給自己積極的心理暗示，這是人生的又一次機會，好多好多人想這種機會都想不到，然后讓你遇到了。去博遠的心情不能像去上墳一樣，我這是要去改變人生，不是去遭罪的。正是這個地方，可以讓我的未來增加籌碼。這樣勁頭就會一直挺足。我這個人看重過程，成事在人，謀事在天，我現在慢慢的享受這個過程，至于結果，那就先去他妹的吧。

一、2018年MBA報名條件

1.2018年1月聯考MBA報名條件中要求的工作經歷的年數是如何計算的?

答：報考條件中對不同學歷者所要求的工作經歷的年數，是指從獲得畢業證書(一般指每年的7月份)到被錄取入學(一般指每年的9月份)的時間。大學本科畢業后3年，大專畢業后5年。

即：只要大專于2014年9月前畢業、本科2016年9月前畢業、研究生2017年9月前畢業，均可報考2018年MBA聯考。

特別說明：如果是專升本的考生，獲得本科畢業證后工作經歷不滿三年，仍然要以同等學力資格報考。

2.本人專科畢業后，又通過高自考剛獲得本科畢業證和學士學位證，但沒有參加過國家英語四級考試，能否報考MBA?

答：對大專學歷報考者要求獲得國家四英語證書是個別學校。一般只要是畢業后工作5年即可報考。

3.成人教育的本科畢業證(無學位)可否報名?

答：只要獲得了教育部批準的國民系列教育大專以上(含大專)畢業學歷，符合相應報考條件就可以報考(除中央黨校外，其余黨校系列的畢業證不被認可)。

4.有碩士學位的考生能否報考工商管理碩士?

答：有研究生畢業學歷或已獲碩士學位且有兩年或兩年以上的工作經歷者可以報考。如果研究生畢業或獲得碩士學位后的工作經歷不滿兩年，報名時須提供本科畢業證。

5.對半工半讀通過自學考試得到本科學歷的人，工作實踐經驗能否縮短為二年或一年?

答：不可以。必須在取得本科學歷后有三年或三年以上工作經歷方可報考。

6.有若干年實踐經驗的中專生是否有機會接受MBA教育?應屆畢業生可以報考嗎?

答：按教育部規定必須是大專(含大專)以上學歷才有資格報考。MBA招生不接收應屆畢業生。

7.請問獲得雙學士學位可否按照碩士學位報考MBA?

答：獲得雙學士學位也要按本科學歷報考。

二、2018年MBA報考手續

1.我是外地考生，想報考MBA，如何辦理報名手續?

答：每年10月份采用網上報名的方法。11月份外地考生將報名表及畢業證、學位證書的復印件在規定時間內寄到所報院校研究生招生辦公室或去現場確認，并通過網上或電話查詢方式查詢報名結果。

2.如果檔案和本人所任職單位不一致，報名表由誰蓋章?

答：檔案在本人所在工作單位的，由所在單位人事部門蓋章;檔案與本人任職單位不同的，如果是委托培養的，須由所在工作單位蓋章;如果是自籌經費的須由檔案保管單位蓋章。

3.可否委托他人持本人的畢業證書原件報名嗎?

答：不行。報考的考生要在報名現場進行數碼攝像，將照片存入計算機，因此不能代報名。

三、2018年MBA考試報考相關事項

1.報考工商管理碩士要考哪幾門課?有大綱和參考書嗎?

答：MBA入學考試筆試科目為二門，分別是：英語、管理綜合(含數學、邏輯、寫作)。全國有一套統一的MBA的大綱和輔導教材，是由全國MBA教育指導委員會組織編寫，其中考試大綱由教育部編寫出版，并由高教出版社出版發行。

2.考其它語種行嗎?

答：大部分院校不可以，只接收英語考生。少部分院校可以考其他語種，如日語，俄語等。

3.外地考生報考MBA可否在本地參加全國聯考筆試? 答：報考MBA考生必須在
