江蘇省地質(zhì)調(diào)查研究院先進(jìn)工作者發(fā)言稿
尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、親愛的同事們:
大家下午好!能作為先進(jìn)工作者代表在此發(fā)言,我感到非常榮幸。
在過(guò)去的工作中能取得一點(diǎn)成績(jī),首先我要感謝各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心、培養(yǎng)和認(rèn)可,是你們給我指明了前進(jìn)的方向;還要感謝同事、前輩們的信任、指導(dǎo)和幫助,是你們給了我工作的動(dòng)力;感謝地調(diào)院這個(gè)優(yōu)秀的集體,它給我提供了一個(gè)良好的工作平臺(tái)。
作為地調(diào)院一名80后年青人,參加工作近四年來(lái),我深刻感受到了集體的溫暖和力量,這使得我在較短時(shí)間里積極調(diào)整心態(tài),找準(zhǔn)角色定位,全身心投入到地質(zhì)調(diào)查與科研事業(yè)中。
很幸運(yùn),熱愛地質(zhì)工作的我遇上了新一輪國(guó)土資源大調(diào)查的春風(fēng),近四年來(lái)先后參加了《無(wú)錫市地質(zhì)災(zāi)害調(diào)查》、《1:25萬(wàn)淮安、鹽城幅區(qū)域地質(zhì)與環(huán)境調(diào)查》、《1:5萬(wàn)吳江等五幅區(qū)域地質(zhì)調(diào)查》、《蘇州市城市地質(zhì)調(diào)查》等地質(zhì)大調(diào)查項(xiàng)目。在項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施過(guò)程中,和同事們一起克服野外酷暑寒冬等惡劣的工作環(huán)境,虛心向前輩們學(xué)習(xí),苦練野外地質(zhì)工作基本功,鉆研數(shù)字地質(zhì)填圖新技術(shù)方法,初步掌握了第四紀(jì)覆蓋區(qū)地質(zhì)環(huán)境調(diào)查的理論和方法;特別是在《蘇州城市地質(zhì)調(diào)查》項(xiàng)目中,通過(guò)參與項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的全過(guò)程,負(fù)責(zé)蘇州城市地質(zhì)信息管理與服務(wù)系統(tǒng)建設(shè),構(gòu)建蘇州城市地質(zhì)綜合數(shù)據(jù)中心,協(xié)調(diào)各個(gè)專題建立信息化工作平臺(tái),我的綜合業(yè)務(wù)能力得到了較大的提升。
在投身項(xiàng)目的同時(shí),我還十分珍惜參加業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)和學(xué)術(shù)交流的機(jī)會(huì)。參加培訓(xùn)之前積極做好知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備,在培訓(xùn)中緊密結(jié)合項(xiàng)目需要,把理論和承擔(dān)的實(shí)際地質(zhì)工作相結(jié)合,反復(fù)實(shí)踐,力爭(zhēng)在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)消化吸收掌握培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,回到項(xiàng)目組后把培訓(xùn)獲取的技能與同事交流,力爭(zhēng)實(shí)現(xiàn)培訓(xùn)效果的最大化,有力地提高了工作效率;同時(shí),踴躍參加各類學(xué)術(shù)交流,虛心向同行學(xué)習(xí),及時(shí)把握國(guó)內(nèi)外領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的最
新動(dòng)態(tài),并把我院的做法向同行展示。去年8月,我參加了在上海舉行的“2010城市地質(zhì)環(huán)境與可持續(xù)發(fā)展論壇”,在會(huì)上作了題為“可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念下的城市環(huán)境地質(zhì)工作”的報(bào)告并積極與國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)專家進(jìn)行了交流,開闊了眼界,拓寬了我在進(jìn)行蘇州城市地質(zhì)調(diào)查項(xiàng)目工作時(shí)的思路。
除了工作和技能培訓(xùn),我還不斷加強(qiáng)思想政治學(xué)習(xí),努力提高理論修養(yǎng)。發(fā)揮黨員模范作用,在生活中關(guān)心同事,工作中勇于承擔(dān)。于2010年6月被評(píng)為省國(guó)土廳優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員,同年被推舉為環(huán)境所團(tuán)支部支部書記,組織發(fā)動(dòng)青年團(tuán)員開展各類活動(dòng),增強(qiáng)集體凝聚力和榮譽(yù)感。
談及工作近四年來(lái)的感受,我有兩點(diǎn)要與廣大青年同事們共勉。第一點(diǎn)是要向地調(diào)院的前輩們學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)他們嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)務(wù)實(shí)的工作態(tài)度和扎實(shí)的基本功。我們地調(diào)院承擔(dān)的地質(zhì)調(diào)查工作是一項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)性公益性工作,我們要以高度的歷史責(zé)任感高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求自己所做的每一項(xiàng)工作,杜絕浮躁、懈怠。第二點(diǎn)是時(shí)代對(duì)我們年青地質(zhì)工作者提出了新的要求,要求地質(zhì)工作能更高效、更直接的為社會(huì)服務(wù),解決各類實(shí)際問題。這就要求我們轉(zhuǎn)換思維,在繼承前人工作方法的同時(shí),加強(qiáng)以需求為導(dǎo)向開展地質(zhì)調(diào)查研究工作。為此我們要積極儲(chǔ)備與地質(zhì)相關(guān)的多個(gè)學(xué)科的知識(shí),熟練掌握信息化的工作方法,學(xué)會(huì)多個(gè)專業(yè)協(xié)同合作。
當(dāng)然,我自己的工作中還有很多的不足,上述兩點(diǎn)也一直是我努力的方向,在這里我也懇請(qǐng)大家對(duì)我進(jìn)行監(jiān)督。同時(shí),我倡議,我們地調(diào)院的年青一代,在國(guó)家重視地質(zhì)工作,加大投入力度的大好背景下,把我們年輕的熱情轉(zhuǎn)化成工作的動(dòng)力,繼續(xù)發(fā)揚(yáng)老一輩的光榮傳統(tǒng),爭(zhēng)取能為江蘇的地質(zhì)事業(yè)做出一點(diǎn)貢獻(xiàn),能為地調(diào)院的發(fā)展添磚加瓦,實(shí)現(xiàn)我們的人生價(jià)值。
最后,衷心的祝地調(diào)院各項(xiàng)事業(yè)蒸蒸日上,也祝愿所有的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同事工作順利,身體健康!

一、近日,我公司總經(jīng)理葛疏敏參加宣傳系統(tǒng)組織的《上海 市公司經(jīng)理人職業(yè)資格培訓(xùn)班》,時(shí)間為每周的周四、五、六3天。
二、5月28日,在哈爾濱召開的第21屆全國(guó)圖書交易博覽會(huì)期 間,由新聞出版總署主辦,上海市新聞出版局承辦,上海永樂股份有限公司、上海電影音像出版社協(xié)辦的國(guó)家“十二五”重大音像出版工程“中國(guó)無(wú)障礙電影項(xiàng)目”啟動(dòng)與捐贈(zèng)儀式隆重舉行。新聞出版總署、中國(guó)殘疾人聯(lián)合會(huì)、黑龍江省政府及全國(guó)各省市新聞出版局、殘疾人聯(lián)合會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)出席了啟動(dòng)儀式。
儀式上,上海永樂股份有限公司總經(jīng)理葛疏敏在發(fā)言時(shí)介紹了無(wú)障礙電影項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展歷程和思路。隨后,新聞出版總署副署長(zhǎng)閻曉宏、中國(guó)殘疾人聯(lián)合會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)、上海新聞出版局局長(zhǎng)焦陽(yáng)以及上海永樂股份有限公司總經(jīng)理葛疏敏等與殘障人士代表共同按下啟動(dòng)按鈕,標(biāo)志著中國(guó)無(wú)障礙電影出版工程正式啟動(dòng)。
啟動(dòng)儀式后,與會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和嘉賓向黑龍江省殘疾人聯(lián)合會(huì)、黑龍江省盲人、聾啞人學(xué)校和黑龍江省圖書館捐贈(zèng)了1000套無(wú)障礙電影DVD音像制品,這些音像制品包括《走出西柏坡》、《霓虹燈下的新哨兵》、《大耳朵圖圖2》、《趙氏孤兒》等。隨后與會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、嘉賓和哈爾濱視聽殘障人士共同觀賞了無(wú)障礙電影《走出西柏坡》。
三、5月30日,我公司寶山影業(yè)發(fā)展分公司組織各影院經(jīng)理、副經(jīng)理、營(yíng)銷相關(guān)人員,召開了“寶山影劇院《建黨偉業(yè)》營(yíng)銷工作 1
動(dòng)員會(huì)”。
《建黨偉業(yè)》是慶祝中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨建黨90周年獻(xiàn)禮影片,寶山分公司經(jīng)理錢國(guó)民強(qiáng)調(diào):做好這部重大題材電影,是增加影院票房的一個(gè)非常好的契機(jī),與會(huì)人員一定要積極拓展?fàn)I銷業(yè)務(wù),爭(zhēng)取該片取得好成績(jī)。
在召開會(huì)議之前,寶山分公司及寶山影劇院的營(yíng)銷團(tuán)隊(duì)通過(guò)豐富的業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),詳細(xì)制定了該片的營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃,并做了大幅的宣傳海報(bào)。會(huì)上,大家根據(jù)寶山電影市場(chǎng)觀眾需求、寶山的營(yíng)銷經(jīng)驗(yàn)和策略以及工作中可能遇到的困難進(jìn)行了深入的討論,共同為做好這部影片出謀劃策。
四、5月31日,我公司總經(jīng)理葛疏敏參加上海市股份公司聯(lián)合會(huì)舉辦的“中國(guó)品牌消費(fèi)品上市公司行之三”活動(dòng)。
五、6月1日上午,國(guó)家出版基金規(guī)劃管理辦公室主任李璐、項(xiàng)目處長(zhǎng)、財(cái)務(wù)處長(zhǎng)、基金評(píng)審專家以及上海新聞出版局出版處處長(zhǎng)等一行到上海電影音像出版社,就中國(guó)無(wú)障礙電影(一期)項(xiàng)目結(jié)項(xiàng)事宜進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研,參加專題會(huì)議的有上海永樂股份有限公司總經(jīng)理葛疏敏,上海電影音像出版社經(jīng)理奚錦瑞等。
會(huì)上,奚錦瑞用PPT形式匯報(bào)了中國(guó)無(wú)障礙電影(一期)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施情況及下一步工作計(jì)劃,重點(diǎn)就項(xiàng)目變更調(diào)整等事宜作了詳細(xì)說(shuō)明?;疝k主任李璐聽完匯報(bào)后,代表國(guó)家出版基金規(guī)劃管理辦公室,感謝出版社為社會(huì)公益事業(yè)做出的貢獻(xiàn),同時(shí)殷切希望在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中要規(guī)范過(guò)程、穩(wěn)妥謹(jǐn)慎。基金辦項(xiàng)目處長(zhǎng)、財(cái)務(wù)處長(zhǎng)、基金評(píng)審專家就財(cái)務(wù)、制作等方面提出了不少建議。
葛疏敏在會(huì)上表示,永樂公司將繼續(xù)關(guān)注與支持該項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展,愿意為此項(xiàng)惠民工程做出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。

An Analysis of Jane Eyre
The novel is rich in poetry, symbolism and metaphor.It does not fit easily into a definite pattern, being neither a novel of “manners” in the tradition of Austen, or a straightforward Gothic Romance in the style of Mrs Radcliffe.What Charlotte Bronte did was to create a work which cleverly blends elements of the two styles, and which remains uniquely independent of them at the same time, since it addresses issues which were at the time rather controversial.The novel is written in the first person, and thus magnifies the central characterthus the narrative is RETROSPECTIVE(looking back).CB is clever in blending the narrative so that at times Jane seems to be speaking as an adult with adult hindsight , while at others she she is “in the middle” of them, as a child or young woman.The indecision which is a central issue in the book, is heightened by this device.We never know, as readers, whether to be entirely trustful of Janes actions and thoughts, because we are never sure wheher she is speaking impulsively or maturely.This intensifies the readers dilemma as to what is “right” and “wrong” in the dramatic relationships which are part of JE's life.Can we believe what the heroine says, or is she deceiving herself? The novel is primarily a love story and a “romance” where wishes come true but only after trials and suffering.The supernatural has its place, as do dreams, portents and prophesies.The heroine begins poor and lonely and ends up rich and loved;the orphan finds a good family to replace the wicked one;all the basic ingredients of classic romantic fairytale are present.The romantic element is present in two forms in Jane Eyre;the “family” aspect is dealt with in the Gateshead, Lowood and Moor House episodes, which involve the exchanging of the wicked Reed family for the benevolent Rivers one;and the Love romance is dealt with in the Thornfield and Ferndean episodes.Both aspects are, of course linked and interwoven throughout the novel.There is also a strong element of realism in the novel, which, married to the romantic aspect, enhances the novel's strength.The sense of place is very strong;we are able to experience both exterior and interior settings with
startling clarity throughout the story, in a series of vivid deive passages.The central characters are also realistic and their confrontations and sufferings change them in a believable way.Even the unlikely is made plausible, with a unique blend of high drama and perceptive low comedy(the attack on Mason, for instance)
The more fantastic romantic aspects;the coincidences;the secrets;the
supernatural occurrences, are balanced by the realism, and this is of course a major strength.The Gothic influence cannot be ignored, although CB has refined the technique considerably from the “authentic” Gothic of the 1790's.In the original genre, the heroine would typically be abducted and threatened with seduction, or worse!.There would be a loverwho would endeavor to rescue the heroine and would succeed after many trial.the seducer would be a brigand “Know that I adore Corsairs!” and he would lock the girl up in a remote castle.There was little freedom for middle class women during the period of the
Gothic novel, and this was still the case in the time of CB.Marriage especially was often a bargain, whereby fortunes were secured by using the female as a pawn.A woman's value largely depended therefore on her sexual purity and she was guarded and secured as a result.Men, on the contrary, were potent and free;lovers and mistresses were common.Ironically the women who provided their services were social outcasts as a result.In Jane Eyre we see elements of the Gothic romance, in that Thornfield Hall and Rochester are described very much in the brigand/castle style BUT Jane Eyre is not abducted by R.On the contrary she chooses to go there of her own free will.AND she is clear in her determination to have Rochester as a
husband.Neither is there a gentleman rescuer;St John Rivers may look like a Greek God, but he is neither kind nor benevolent;driving Jane back to Ferndean, not rescuing her from it.The trials which the hero is supposed to undergo in a Gothic romance are in fact undergone by the heroine in Jane Eyre.The bandit Rochester is only skin-deep.Underneath the brooding exterior is a sensitive soul, which a
WOMAN frees.In this way we see that CB created rather a daring departure from conventional fiction, although there are still many aspects of the novel which remain true to Victorian convention.!
