在辦公室和同事聊學(xué)生的時(shí)候,“學(xué)生拖欠或不做作業(yè)”這個(gè)話題似乎常出現(xiàn)在我們的談話之中。大家交流著學(xué)生不做作業(yè)的原因,商討著改變這一不良習(xí)慣的策略。
每星期我會(huì)發(fā)一張英語(yǔ)家庭作業(yè)反饋表,要求學(xué)生把每天的家庭作業(yè)抄在紙條上,完成后讓家長(zhǎng)檢查并簽字。我會(huì)隨時(shí)抽查反饋表,看是否完成家作。周三我對(duì)學(xué)生的作業(yè)反饋表進(jìn)行例行檢查。當(dāng)我走到某個(gè)同學(xué)面前時(shí),我發(fā)現(xiàn)平時(shí)活潑好動(dòng)的她,今天怎么顯得如此緊張。我讀懂了他的眼神:肯定沒(méi)完成作業(yè)。我的臉一下子拉長(zhǎng)了,非常的生氣,表現(xiàn)這么好的學(xué)生居然沒(méi)做作業(yè)。正當(dāng)我想要破口大罵她時(shí),我看到她眼里的淚花,在眼眶里打轉(zhuǎn)。就在剎那間,我突然想起了一則故事:有一位少年潛進(jìn)公寓,正要偷竊時(shí),突然發(fā)現(xiàn)一個(gè)病中的女孩躺在床上。那女孩面對(duì)小偷,沒(méi)有驚慌,而是用友善的態(tài)度微笑的問(wèn)小偷是否走錯(cuò)了門(mén),并和他親切地交談。這個(gè)病中的女孩善待了這個(gè)入盜者,維護(hù)了這個(gè)小偷的自尊。后來(lái)這位少年經(jīng)過(guò)努力,成為了一個(gè)公司的經(jīng)理。想到這個(gè)故事,我憤怒的表情頓時(shí)被微笑所代替。我問(wèn)道:“你是不是生病了,沒(méi)辦法完成作業(yè)?還是你忘了帶?”他點(diǎn)了點(diǎn)頭,顫抖著說(shuō):“老師,我明天帶來(lái)行嗎?”我點(diǎn)了點(diǎn)頭說(shuō):“當(dāng)然可以?!?/p>
第二天,他面帶微笑地跑到辦公室,高興地說(shuō):“老師,我的`作業(yè)?!蔽铱粗淖鳂I(yè),心想:他是什么原因沒(méi)及時(shí)交作業(yè),都已經(jīng)不重要了。重要的是他認(rèn)識(shí)了錯(cuò)誤并及時(shí)改正。我很高興,因?yàn)槲疑拼藢W(xué)生的一次錯(cuò)誤,維護(hù)了學(xué)生的自尊。這個(gè)事告誡我:我面對(duì)的是一群純潔、活潑的生命,應(yīng)時(shí)時(shí)刻刻做個(gè)教育教學(xué)的有心人。

我喜歡放暑假,不喜歡開(kāi)學(xué)。
我可以在暑假上我喜歡的課程,天文營(yíng)、游泳、英語(yǔ)之外,星期六我照樣可以上培訓(xùn)班的課,我還去馮老師家上寫(xiě)作課,也上了鋼琴課。
爸爸還帶我去小人國(guó)玩,小人國(guó)里什么東西都好小,我看到小叮當(dāng)和大雄,哆啦A夢(mèng)漫畫(huà)里的每個(gè)人物,我都看到了。
當(dāng)然,里面的游樂(lè)設(shè)施我也都有玩,玩得超級(jí)開(kāi)心,叫的好大聲,也笑個(gè)不停。我牽著爸爸的手,告訴他我還想再來(lái)一次。
我每天都過(guò)的輕松愉快,最好天天都是暑假就好了。

上周我們?nèi)ツ蠈m市擔(dān)任高考指紋驗(yàn)證操作員,這個(gè)班級(jí)的課程便落下,給我印象最深的就是我一直馬不停蹄的追趕,因?yàn)檫@個(gè)班級(jí)有將近一個(gè)星期的時(shí)間沒(méi)有上英語(yǔ)課,我必須把課文追上,這是次要的,更重要的是讓這個(gè)班級(jí)的學(xué)生學(xué)一課掌握一課,真正在素質(zhì)上跟上。根據(jù)這一點(diǎn),我想要做好以下幾點(diǎn):
1.要讓學(xué)生溫故而知新,及時(shí)的布置家庭作業(yè),要積少而成多。注重學(xué)生平時(shí)的積累,而且每天都要讓學(xué)生作好復(fù)習(xí)。于是我們課上設(shè)計(jì)了聽(tīng)寫(xiě)活動(dòng),每天布置完家庭作業(yè),我都要進(jìn)行聽(tīng)寫(xiě)考試,對(duì)表現(xiàn)好的同學(xué)及時(shí)給予鼓勵(lì)。比如發(fā)給他一朵小紅花,在班內(nèi)通報(bào)公開(kāi)表?yè)P(yáng)等形式,真正調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生的積極性。
2、及時(shí)與家長(zhǎng)溝通,發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的不良反映或表現(xiàn)不好的行為、去成績(jī)下降等及時(shí)與家長(zhǎng)溝通了解情況。前一段時(shí)間,我發(fā)現(xiàn)班內(nèi)楊慶良的成績(jī)一路下滑,于是我與家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行了一次談話。發(fā)現(xiàn)楊慶良同學(xué)原來(lái)一直在利用下午放學(xué)的時(shí)間去操場(chǎng)練習(xí)籃球?!皬?qiáng)身健體”自然是一件好事,但是要保證給孩子充足的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間,而楊慶良卻顧此失彼了。于是我和家長(zhǎng)達(dá)成了共識(shí),如果他的成績(jī)總是這樣,就取消他的活動(dòng),而一門(mén)心思的投入到學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)中。我想從這以后,他一定會(huì)取得好成績(jī),獲得進(jìn)步的。
3.后進(jìn)生要多加關(guān)注,不能放任自流。后進(jìn)生的問(wèn)題是班內(nèi)的一個(gè)大問(wèn)題,也是讓老師頭疼的問(wèn)題。沒(méi)有辦法,人與人之間總是存在著個(gè)體差異,十個(gè)手指還不一般齊呢!后進(jìn)生自理能力差、貪玩,教師要進(jìn)行個(gè)別指導(dǎo),多給他們時(shí)間,對(duì)于難掌握的地方要重點(diǎn)指導(dǎo),利用放學(xué)后的半個(gè)小時(shí)進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)學(xué)習(xí),使其共同進(jìn)步!
A few day of ago, Miss Hu asked some of us who were going to have the interview to write a PPT which as an introduction of ourselves.Although I didn’t write it, but I still got a lot of inspirations from it.I think that most of us, including me, still have to adjust to the new role now.I think we are lack of learn ability.We are not conscious of the importance of innovation ability.We can’t rich ourselves just when it is needed.It occurred to me that when we first got to NanChang city, we are criticized by the Manager.The reason was that he asked us to learn how to install and use the software but we just ignored it and did something else.We thought that it was the same as to what we did in QingDao city.We thought we just need to sit in the room and wait for someone to teach us.In fact, we took it for granted.It was just a tiny example.We must try to find the best way to enhance our efficiency.It was our duty.We know that Miss Hu was so anxious for seeing the improvement of us.We can see that from what she said in the QQ and what she wrote in the sina Weibo.We also want our department to become stronger and stronger.Beside the hard work, I think communication is also important and necessary.We open our heart to each other and discuss together.The GSC department does not belong to a single person.Its development depends on us.
