研社杯全國大學生英語演講比賽”吉林農(nóng)業(yè)科技學院分賽的決賽現(xiàn)場。本次比賽的宗旨是培養(yǎng)興趣，增強信心，展示風采，樹立榜樣，成長比成績更重要，體驗比名次更珍貴。在今天的比賽中共有來自不同學院的9名選手，首先恭喜他們通過復賽的激烈角逐來到了今天的最終決賽，希望大家能在此次比賽中交流經(jīng)驗，展示出自己的風采。我是今天的主持人張惠。

requirements for the competition.Today’s competition gives all the

contestants kinds of speeches, such as Prepared speech、Questions and

answers and Impromptu speech.The judges will judge you by the

substance、style and delivery of your speech.Let my paterner

zhanghui to introduce the rules of the competition.張惠：好的，下面就有我來向大家簡單介紹一下本次辯論賽的相關規(guī)則。

在今天的比賽中，每位選手都要完成包括定題演講、回答問題和即興

演講三部分。評委將從選手的演講內容，流暢程度，語音語調和表現(xiàn)

力幾個方面進行打分。這里要特別提醒一下各位參賽選手：定題演講

超過2分15秒或不足1分45秒，適當扣分，評委負責就定題演講的內容提問,回答問題時間超過1分15秒或不足45秒，適當扣分。即興

演講時，選手自選題號，賽題現(xiàn)場播放，之前有15秒倒計時供選手思

考，然后選手即興發(fā)表論點。演講時間為1 分鐘。

2011“‘外研社杯’全國英語演講大賽”決賽參賽說明

首先，祝賀您在復賽中取得優(yōu)異成績，代表貴省（市/自治區(qū)）進入

2011“‘外研社杯’全國英語演講大賽”決賽！為方便決賽參賽選手和指導教師做好參賽期間的安排，現(xiàn)就來京參賽相關事項通知如下，請參賽選手和指導教師務必仔細閱讀并按時完成：

一.報到準備所有參加決賽的選手必須在2011年11月20日前到大賽官方網(wǎng)站

（http://）填寫相關信息。注冊信息完備的選手方可參加決賽。如在注冊過程中遇到問題，請撥打010-88819992（事務咨詢）,88819570（事務咨詢）,88819441（技術支持）。參賽選手須在11月20日前將電子版?zhèn)€人證件照片（彩色、免冠、大小在1M以上）以及一張生活照片發(fā)送至espeaking@fltrp.com郵箱，并在郵件中注明姓名、院校。參賽選手須在11月20日前將決賽定題演講稿電子版（題目A Word That Has Changed the World，自擬小標題）發(fā)送至espeaking@fltrp.com郵箱，請注意小標題需保證語法、邏輯正確，且小標題發(fā)送后不得更改；報到時提交決賽定題演講的文字稿（2份）與電子文稿。

二.報到時間

12月4日 8:00—17:00

決賽抽簽儀式時間為2010年12月4日17：30，請選手務必提前到場。如因特殊原因未能及時到場，選手務必指定一名代表代替本人抽簽。代表須將選手簽名的書面代理人委托書交到組委會備案，方能抽簽。缺席選手如在抽簽儀式開始后尚未指定代表，視為棄權。

我們將在外研社大廈安排兩趟班車，分別于12月4日上午10:00和下午15:30前往外研社國際會議中心（約50分鐘路程）。請您按照規(guī)定報到時間安排航班、火車及行程，以免延誤參加決賽抽簽儀式。

外研社國際會議中心位于北京市大興區(qū)，距離城區(qū)較遠，建議參賽選手和指導教師不要輕易離開會議中心，須服從大賽組委會安排，以保證安全。

五.比賽注意事項

1.進入決賽任何階段的參賽選手和指導教師，都必須于外研社國際會議中心參加和觀摩決賽全部階段比賽，并參加決賽閉幕式和接受頒獎，否則不予頒發(fā)證書。

2.請參賽選手與指導教師報到時攜帶身份證、學生證、教師證等有效證件，否則無法辦理報到及入住手續(xù)。

3.大賽組委會將為選手和指導教師統(tǒng)一安排住宿地點；參賽選手和指導教師的交通、食宿等費用由選手所在院校承擔，大賽組委會不予報銷。

4.決賽日期為12月5日至9日，比賽期間選手因任何原因不能按時到場參加比賽，一律視為棄權。

5.選手服裝自理，要求得體、整潔、亮麗，能體現(xiàn)大學生的風采。不能穿制服（如軍裝）。

6.未經(jīng)許可，決賽期間請勿在會場內攝像。拍照請注意關閉閃光燈。

7.12月份北京天氣寒冷，請各位參賽選手、指導教師注意防寒保暖，預防感冒發(fā)燒；同時注意飲食衛(wèi)生，保持良好的狀態(tài)。

8.組委會會在12月10日安排班車，送參賽選手和指導教師離開外研社國際會議中心。班車安排將在報到當日具體通知。

make a three-minute speech based on the video.please give your speech a title.huize said to zhuangzi :the prince of wei gave me a seed of a large kind of gourd.i planted it, and it bore fruit as big as a five bushel measure.now had i used this for holding liquids, it would have been too heavy to lift;and had i cut it in half for ladles, the ladles would have been too flat for such purpose.certainly it was a huge thing, but i had no use for it and so broke it up.【注】海選采用統(tǒng)一演講稿以利于選手之間的比較。其主要考查選手語音語調、演講風格。
