我院“黃文婧”成功晉級(jí)“外研社”杯英語演講比賽總決賽

2012年5月17日，我校組織的“外研社”杯英語演講比賽總決賽于下午兩點(diǎn)在博文報(bào)告廳舉行。來自各學(xué)院的選手云集在這里。其中，我機(jī)電院機(jī)自X班的黃文婧成功晉級(jí)。再這次的比賽邀請(qǐng)到的嘉賓和評(píng)委是XXXXXXX

在為期X天的“外研社”杯英語演講比賽中，在我院經(jīng)過初賽，復(fù)賽后，一路的過關(guān)斬將之后，共有XX,XX,XX,XX,XX,XX六位選手晉級(jí)到了總決賽。在總決賽的有一論復(fù)賽里，我院的黃文婧同學(xué)脫穎而出，成為我院唯一個(gè)成功打入校級(jí)比賽的公主。比賽在各選手的充分準(zhǔn)備下，每個(gè)選手都發(fā)揮的淋漓盡致，評(píng)委們都給與了很高的評(píng)價(jià)。這注定了是一場(chǎng)殘酷而又激烈的角逐。我院黃文婧做為10號(hào)選手出場(chǎng)，在前面幾位選手的基礎(chǔ)上，讓她找到了自己的感覺，在演講上游刃有余，揮灑自如。最后以X分獲得了X的名次。為我院贏得了殊榮。

經(jīng)過這次的“外研社”杯英語演講比賽，推動(dòng)了我院學(xué)子對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。黃文婧同學(xué)的成功和成績(jī)，更是向同學(xué)們提供了榜樣，更一步的拉動(dòng)了同學(xué)對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性。為我院的文化興趣培養(yǎng)增添了光輝的一筆。

賽事信息：

1.學(xué)生可任選比賽主題，參加一項(xiàng)演講比賽，并在報(bào)名時(shí)注明比賽名稱；

2.兩項(xiàng)演講比賽之選拔賽將在同一天舉辦；

3.每項(xiàng)比賽均評(píng)選出一等獎(jiǎng)1名、二等獎(jiǎng)4名、三等獎(jiǎng)5名，共20名，并頒發(fā)證書；

“外研社”杯英語演講比賽

一、活動(dòng)背景：

經(jīng)教育部有關(guān)部門批準(zhǔn)，外語教學(xué)與研究出版社主辦、教育部高等學(xué)校大學(xué)外語教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)合辦的全國(guó)性英語演講賽事“外研社杯”全國(guó)英語演講比賽（原CCTV杯 全國(guó)英語演講比賽）即將進(jìn)行，大會(huì)旨在為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)造一個(gè)激勵(lì)英語學(xué)習(xí)，培養(yǎng)思辨能、展現(xiàn)綜合風(fēng)采、培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀人才的平臺(tái)，同時(shí)為中西文化架起一座促進(jìn)文化溝通、增進(jìn)國(guó)際交流的渠道。為了提高大學(xué)生英語綜合素質(zhì)，積極響應(yīng)校團(tuán)委號(hào)召，我系決定組織在校學(xué)生參加“外研社杯”英語演講比賽的選拔。

二、活動(dòng)目的：

① 激發(fā)大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣和熱情，營(yíng)造校園英語學(xué)習(xí)的濃厚氛圍。

② 激勵(lì)大學(xué)生勤奮學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)以致用，提高學(xué)生們英語口語技

能。

④ 增強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和實(shí)踐能力，促進(jìn)同學(xué)們?nèi)姘l(fā)展。迎接即將來臨的全國(guó)“外研社杯”英語演講比賽，在我院

選出優(yōu)秀的選手參加校級(jí)選拔，從而參加江蘇省的選拔。最終參加全國(guó)的“外研社杯”比賽。

四、活動(dòng)時(shí)間：2012年9月

五、活動(dòng)地點(diǎn)：D樓3樓學(xué)生會(huì)辦公室

六、活動(dòng)對(duì)象：口腔醫(yī)學(xué)系全體學(xué)生（請(qǐng)12,11級(jí)的同學(xué)踴

七、活動(dòng)內(nèi)容：

每位選手自由確定題目，但必須圍繞主題演講，且每個(gè)人的演講既不能太短也部能太長(zhǎng)，大概保持在5分鐘左右。總活動(dòng)時(shí)間在1-2個(gè)小時(shí)，活動(dòng)當(dāng)天安排部?jī)?nèi)分工協(xié)作，共同完成選手的選拔工作。

九、獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置：

一等獎(jiǎng)1人 二等獎(jiǎng)2人 三等獎(jiǎng)3人 優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)若干 本次比賽為系內(nèi)初賽為校級(jí)選拔選手

十、活動(dòng)前宣傳及報(bào)名方案 ：

1、由系學(xué)生會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)部將比賽通知下發(fā)到各班學(xué)委，并鼓勵(lì)同學(xué)積極參加報(bào)名。并在賽前做好報(bào)名的統(tǒng)計(jì)任務(wù)。

2、委托系學(xué)生會(huì)宣傳部提前出好宣傳版，并放置在教學(xué)樓或是學(xué)校新街口對(duì)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行宣傳。

3、在比賽前對(duì)參賽選手進(jìn)行簽到，確定演講的順序。

十一、活動(dòng)當(dāng)天的具體活動(dòng)流程 ：

1、提前教室，并于活動(dòng)當(dāng)天我部人員提前30分鐘左右到達(dá)會(huì)場(chǎng)對(duì)會(huì)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行布置，并且請(qǐng)宣傳部的人幫忙寫好黑板字。

2、邀請(qǐng)嘉賓和評(píng)委團(tuán)進(jìn)行入座，以及安排各班同學(xué)和參賽選手的就座。

3、比賽正式開始，主持人致開幕詞并且介紹到場(chǎng)的評(píng)委、嘉賓。

4、主持人介紹比賽的規(guī)則評(píng)分細(xì)則。

5、選手根據(jù)比賽前的簽到順序進(jìn)行比賽。

6、其間主持人向觀眾及選手公布結(jié)果分?jǐn)?shù)，同時(shí)由評(píng)委對(duì)同學(xué)的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)及提問

7、所有同學(xué)完成比賽及評(píng)分后，主持人上臺(tái)宣布選手成績(jī)

8、主持人宣布比賽結(jié)束

9、工作人員負(fù)責(zé)作好后期工作。

十二、比賽后期工作：

1、整理好活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地

2、組織活動(dòng)的部門就活動(dòng)的舉辦情況進(jìn)行總結(jié)

注：比賽過程時(shí)刻保持會(huì)場(chǎng)安靜。安排與會(huì)人員有序的進(jìn)場(chǎng)和退場(chǎng)。

比賽具體評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下：

1演講內(nèi)容（占40%）：要求緊扣主題，觀點(diǎn)鮮明，內(nèi)容生動(dòng)，具有創(chuàng)意性，演講結(jié)構(gòu)清晰，論據(jù)充足，邏輯性強(qiáng)；2語言表達(dá)（占35%）：要求語音準(zhǔn)確，語調(diào)準(zhǔn)確，表達(dá)流暢，富有感染力；

3儀表風(fēng)范（占20%）：要求儀表大方，舉止得體，富有表現(xiàn)力，能夠靈活運(yùn)用表情和身體語言與觀眾交流。

4時(shí)間控制：（占5%）： 要求能夠合理控制演講時(shí)間（演講時(shí)間控制在5分鐘左右）。

Honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen:

Today my topic is ’Nuclear power: a blessing or a disaster?’

When the first atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima, Japan, the world was thrust into atomic age.Meanwhile in the commence of cold war and during its long term, it had set the world into fear and panic of nuclear war many times.But over the years, nuclear power has found its way to promote goodness for humankind.It promises to provide clean and efficient energy for the centuries to come.So whether nuclear power a blessing or a disaster?

There is no firm answer for this question from my own perspective.Ladies and gentlemen, my very initial contact with nuclear power was from a TV programme called Green Space where I saw for the first time how nuclear power had changed people’s lives and what it had left for the residents’ living around Chyrnobil nuclear power plant.Unfortunately, It was a sad story.My heart sank when I saw a boy infant appear on the screen smiling with big blue sparkling eyes.He was so cute and adorable just like all the other kids but he was blinded.What’s more, he had to receive medical treatment everyday to alleviate radiation damage, but still stood little chance of growing up.Later I learned that inappropriate operation and equipment design defect was responsible for the tradegy.Eight years has past, but the picture of that boy’s smile still appears infront of me and reminds me that nuclear power can be a living devil.However, with the increasing depletion of resources and the instant demand for energy, clean and efficient nuclear power may seem the best choice.As an old saying goes ’Every sword has two blades.’ Nuclear power is dangerous, yet efficient;environmental devastated yet clean;expensive yet sustainable.It is a matter of how we use and how we treat it.While let’s beyond all this ,whether nuclear power a blessing or a disaster, it’s ours’ choice.Thank you for listening!

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.My topic today is “Environment is my top concern”.When talking about Environment, what’s the first thing that has come to your mind? Is it the Copenhagen climate change conference, or the Gulf Oil Spill, or the leak of toxic sludge in Hungary？ Different people may have different answers.Let’s check out how serious the environmental situation is in the world.Recent years have seen an increasing number of reports on the extinction of species, soil erosion as well as air pollution.The history of industrialization and urbanization has been a history of declining environmental quality.We may be satisfied with our so called modern life, but please do not turn a blind eye to what’s happened around us.Water is polluted.Animals are killed.Resources are devoured.And farmlands turn into desserts.Ladies and gentlemen, this is the world we now live in.It’s not a wonderland.It’s not a safe haven.It’s a planet damaged by human beings and the situation is getting even worse.We need to change.We need to do something about it.We need to shoulder our responsibility.Otherwise, the end of world may come just as the film 2012 showed us.Now is the moment;Now is the time;Now is the only chance we can have to save our world.Then you may ask “what can we do”? I have listed three answers to this question for all of you.Firstly, the governments should take a leading role in publicizing knowledge and raising people’s awareness.They are supposed to use economic and administrative leverage to monitor and regulate the environmental protection.Secondly, companies should raise their ability of independent innovation.They should encourage scientific and technological advances, and use new methods to reduce wastes and pollution.And thirdly, we people, as individuals, must take some actions.We should keep firmly in mind that every enormous change starts from the very first step.Ladies and gentlemen, the earth is in our hands.Save it, or destroy it, it’s our choice.Our efforts will be powerful enough to save the world.If everyone, including you and me, is engaged in this world-saving project, environment will never ever be my top concern.
