調(diào)劑要具備兩前提

進行考研調(diào)劑，不是所有考生都有的機會，安徽大學一位老師說，想進行調(diào)劑考生必須具備兩個前提條件，首先是考試分數(shù)已經(jīng)達到調(diào)劑目標院校所在省市的國家分數(shù)線，其次是目標調(diào)劑院校要求考生參加的入學考試統(tǒng)考科目中，有兩科與所調(diào)劑專業(yè)的考試科目完全相同，兩科專業(yè)考試科目相同或相近。對于一些已經(jīng)通過國家分數(shù)線，但沒有成功進入第一志愿目標院校復試范圍的考生而言，一定要把握住時機進行調(diào)劑。2011年研究生考試初試分數(shù)一般在3月左右公布，在初試結(jié)束到成績公布，考生可以充分利用好這兩個月的空閑時間，抓緊時間收集相關(guān)重要信息，評估自己的大概分數(shù)，對自己的考試有個大概了解，為下一步的復試或調(diào)劑做好準備。

調(diào)劑機會要認真把握

對于沒有進入第一志愿研究生復試的考生，只要達到了國家分數(shù)線，都有機會得到考研調(diào)劑的機會。但這個機會很難得，需要每個人去認真把握。因為每個學?？梢哉{(diào)劑的名額有限，考生要清楚調(diào)劑最重要的是信息及時和準確，這才是成功的關(guān)鍵。

專家建議，考生要密切關(guān)注自己所報考院校屬于哪一類分數(shù)劃定區(qū)域，多了解第一手信息。通常考生要鎖定一些學校，了解這些學校是否有自己所報考的專業(yè)或相近的專業(yè)，以及往年的調(diào)劑情況。盡可能多地收集目標院校及調(diào)劑院校的信息，要清楚地了解該校具體的調(diào)劑生信息和政策。

調(diào)劑志愿慎重填寫

一般來說，考研分數(shù)出來前后，調(diào)劑信息會第一時間在網(wǎng)上公布，所以考生要密切關(guān)注各個學校研招網(wǎng)，以及中國研究生招生信息網(wǎng)，一旦收集到足夠多的信息，明確目標院校后，就要抓緊時間與該校招辦聯(lián)系，詢問是否有調(diào)劑名額，自己情況是否符合調(diào)劑要求等，從各高校研究生網(wǎng)上下載并填寫調(diào)劑申請作為預報名。

由于中國研究生招生信息網(wǎng)調(diào)劑系統(tǒng)規(guī)定，考生一次只能提交兩個平行志愿，并且在48小時內(nèi)不能修改志愿。所以考生在第一次填寫調(diào)劑志愿時非常重要，一定要慎重，要有針對性。要確保在填寫調(diào)劑志愿前與目標院校進行了溝通聯(lián)系，確定該校能夠接受調(diào)劑申請，否則錯過調(diào)劑時機得不償失。需要考生注意的是，待提交志愿后，招生院校單位會發(fā)接收調(diào)劑函至考生原報考院校單位，并在調(diào)劑系統(tǒng)上發(fā)出復試通知，考生萬萬不可錯過。

簡歷是面試的敲門磚，在參加工作面試之前，我們首先要把簡歷提交給面試官，由他們來決定是否繼續(xù)接下來的面試。在簡歷中你要填寫很多內(nèi)容包括最基本的人口調(diào)查學內(nèi)容，比如性別民族等，這往往不是面試官關(guān)心的內(nèi)容，所以簡歷中更重要的是你的專業(yè)技能、你的教育背景、工作經(jīng)歷、取得的成就。怎樣組織這一部分的信息呢？今天我們就針對這個問題來跟大家討論。

為什么要填寫簡歷？

要想寫好簡歷，大家一定得先了解為什么用人單位要求填寫簡歷。簡單的來說，簡歷就是為了篩選公司需要的人。如果所有前來求職的人都要經(jīng)過面試，那將會浪費很多人力物力，所以公司要先對簡歷進行審核，選擇那些在基本硬件上符合公司要求的人，比如公司要招一個程序員，那么非計算機專業(yè)的人將很難取得面試的機會。簡歷就成為了一個簡便快捷的篩選工具。所以，在簡歷中陳述事實遠比堆砌辭藻要有用的多。

分析工作要求

不看工作要求直接寫簡歷是非常危險的。工作要求就是你的作文要求，不看要求就去寫作文，你不可能得到高分。工作要求告訴你你要向人事部門展現(xiàn)你哪方面的特點。如果你應征的是銷售工作，那么有關(guān)社交方面的信息你要展現(xiàn)出來，比如你曾經(jīng)主持過什么活動，效果怎樣。工作要求的內(nèi)容就包括有“一定的社交能力”這樣的信息，如果你沒有仔細閱讀，你就會在起跑線上輸?shù)簟?/p>

簡歷的重點越少越好

人事部門拿到簡歷以后，他們希望迅速的了解你這個人是不是適合這項工作。如果你在簡歷中想要表現(xiàn)你所有的優(yōu)點，比如你可能擅長籃球、同時辯論賽拿過冠軍、在某社團是骨干、曾任學生會某部部長，不要嘗試強調(diào)所有的優(yōu)點，撿取其中與你申請的工作有關(guān)的內(nèi)容進行重點敘述。比如你申請的是銷售經(jīng)理，你需要展現(xiàn)自己的口才和領導能力，那么你的辯

論賽冠軍和部長的頭銜將會對你有用。如果你你把所有的特點都當做的重點，你的簡歷將顯得沒有主題，也看不出你適合這項工作。

不要漏掉你的缺點

我們寫簡歷往往羅列自己的優(yōu)點，使簡歷顯得非常的做作，不真實。我們應當在敘述完自己的優(yōu)點以后加上自己的缺點。或者優(yōu)點和缺點穿插起來介紹自己。能夠從正反兩個方面來介紹自己可以顯示出你人格上的成熟，小孩子通常能夠說出自己的優(yōu)點但是卻說不出自己的缺點，這就是不成熟。

簡歷不要復雜化

有些人的簡歷就是一本書，幾十頁的內(nèi)容拿在手里就讓人感覺煩。人事部門的工作人員還要一頁一頁的翻找自己需要的信息。曾經(jīng)看到過一份簡歷，里面包括了大學四年的各種榮譽證書的復印本。這是一個完全沒有必要的事情。當然你有必要強調(diào)自己在學校內(nèi)多有優(yōu)秀獲得過多少獎，但是，你最好把這些內(nèi)容放在簡歷的最后，用文字列出自己的榮譽，不要復印那些誰都不看的證書。

事件相關(guān)的敘事方式

由于一些求職者的工作內(nèi)容變化較大，很多人都習慣用時間順序來列舉自己的工作經(jīng)歷。這種方式非常不好，顯得你的簡歷非?；靵y。天基人才網(wǎng)職業(yè)咨詢顧問高蕊在跟求職者做簡歷指導時講到，在時間順序的基礎上，你要選擇跟你應聘崗位相關(guān)的經(jīng)歷，優(yōu)先重點描述，讓人力部門的人一眼就知道你是否適合這項工作。

最重要的是寫好簡歷的首尾

任何一篇文章、任何一個段落的首尾是最能給人留下深刻印象的，這是心理學中所研究的短時記憶的特點，最能代表你的能力的經(jīng)歷一定要放在開始的位置，末尾更加注重你的態(tài)度和語氣，為了顯示出自己的謙虛和真誠，你需要在末尾添加一些自身的缺點，并且，表達出自己希望得到面試機會的愿望。例如，你可以這樣結(jié)束你的簡歷：雖然有些地方不太滿足公司的期望，但是我希望能有這個工作的機會，我相信通過自己的努力，會得到公司的認可的。有一點非常重要，在你敘述自己的缺點的時候，你要保證自己的優(yōu)點足夠好，否則你就會顯得不自信。

用事實說話

簡歷的每一個字必須是有用的，如果你說到描述性的詞語“擅長社交”，這樣的文字是沒有價值的，把這樣的語句用事實來代替，你可以說“主持過學校的迎新晚會”。為了使你所說的事實更加可信，你需要在這些事實前面加上具體的時間地點，你可以這么寫“2012年主持教育學院迎新晚會”。

Good morning and thank you(Good morning),my question is that I think I have done a pretty good job of selling my skills, outlining my experience, and I need to know what's missing on my resume?

Ok, that's a great question, Jannell.First of all, you know I did review your resume and congratulations on your upcoming degree;it looks like you are graduating in June of this year.So that's, that's a big feat in itself but I took a look at your resume and the good news about your resume is that you do have a lot of important key words and information that should be at the top for recruiters to see.The unfortunate piece about your resume is that you are not doing a great job of marketing yourself, and what I mean is I'll just give a couple of cosmetic information.First of all, the top of your resume.You have your contact information and it really takes up the first five to ten percent of that first page.It's basically wasted space.You wanna try to condense that and make it a little bit more appealing.The other thing is there is really no attention grabber, why you? Why would a company select you? The other thing that you do is you highlight some of your

awards and recognition, but you could probably do a better job of really showcasing those, letting companies know who you are, the accolades that you’ve had throughout your career and really again highlighting those different points.And then the final thing from a cosmetic standpoint is you’re all paragraphs in your resume and to a recruiter, time is money, and when they are sifting through resumes, you've gotta grab their attention.You should put bullet points with different things that you’ve accomplished but don't expect them to read through paragraph after
