一、總則

● 活動名稱：

2010年“××杯”新生才藝大賽

● 活動目的：

公司方面：“新生才藝大賽”是四川外語學院每年必定舉辦的傳統(tǒng)品牌活動，也是川外新生活動的亮點之一。本活動已經(jīng)在川外校園內產生了相當大的參與度和影響力，其比賽形式活潑有趣，互動性非常強。宣傳貫穿于整個活動之中，所以通過此次活動，公司可以得到良好的宣傳效益。此外，通過此次活動，公司文化和理念也可以得到良好的傳播。活動的前期宣傳、比賽過程和頒獎閉幕，都可以建立與學生群體交流互動的平臺，并充分的體現(xiàn)公司企業(yè)文化，展示公司經(jīng)營理念，并有效地推廣公司的新產品。可以在大學校園內迅速提升及擴大貴公司品牌的知名度和影響力，傳遞產品性能及內涵，提高學生對產品的興趣，培養(yǎng)潛在消費者。

海報宣傳：于校內各宣傳欄，寢室樓下各宣傳欄張貼海報（保證海報的張貼時間）------張貼于同學們每天的必經(jīng)之路，也是人流量最大的主干道，快速，連續(xù)性傳遞活動信息，是同學們獲取信息的重要渠道

橫幅宣傳：在學校主干道、活動現(xiàn)場或設攤現(xiàn)場懸掛活動宣傳橫幅，保證懸掛時間。

設點宣傳：活動前期，在校園主干道上或食堂前設宣傳點對活動相關內容和公司相關內容進行宣傳，并在設攤點附近或食堂前廣場分發(fā)宣傳單------大范圍傳達賽事以及公司信息。

校園廣播：通過中午及晚上的校園廣播節(jié)目播報有關比賽及公司的信息------宣傳力度大，受眾廣。

報紙宣傳：如果公司需要，可拿出部分版面為公司及相關產品做宣傳廣告，詳細內容見“附件1：宣傳活動相關事宜”。

活動中宣傳：獎品可由贊助公司提供，活動過程中，參賽人員可身穿由公司提供的文化衫，或佩帶印有公司LOGO的宣傳品（參賽選手在比賽過程中，可以在每位選手身上粘貼帶有貴公司LOGO的臂章）。

鳴謝宣傳：我們可在主持人串詞里加入“感謝貴公司對本活動的大力支持”、“本活動由貴公司贊助”等的語句。

5．設攤宣傳處工作人員

備注：當天活動流程，評分準則，可與公司具體協(xié)商而定，爭取在最大程度上吸引同學，增加活動的趣味性，并且以活動為載體，對公司起到良好的宣傳效果。

五、活動可行性分析

1.該賽事是四川外語學院的新生活動，以其比賽形式活潑有趣的特點吸引了眾多參與者，在本校內及周邊學校已經(jīng)具有了相當規(guī)模的影響力。

2.通過此次活動，公司可以得到良好的宣傳效益：

3.從前期宣傳單宣傳我們就徹底的覆蓋全校所有學生，并且各種常用宣傳方式（傳單、海報、橫幅），我們特有的宣傳方式（校內刊、校園廣播）和宣傳效果在整個活動過程中都得到落實。

4.此次活動的過程，在校園中進行?；顒拥耐瑫r我們又可以對在校學生產生影響，及時的強化公司留給學生的印象。

5.此次活動為迎新活動，新生對學校及重慶地區(qū)的消費方向并不熟悉。此時給他們灌輸?shù)挠^念將會直接有效地影響他們今后的消費行為。所以這時候是公司擴大影響，培養(yǎng)潛在消費者的最佳時機。

才藝大賽費用：（小計：5700元）

設攤場地租借和各報名點的申請 1天（兩張桌子），食堂門前，其他場地 3000元（由我方申請租借，具體設攤地點見備注）

活動用獎金900元（一等獎300元，二等獎兩人2*150元，三等獎三人3*100）

活動用獎品300元（可由公司提供，具體細則見備注）

活動工作人員30人次 600元 由我方提供工作人員

此類活動為校園學生活動，所以與公司有關的宣傳內容需先與學校相關單位進行協(xié)商，由雙方共同確定相關事宜。

宣傳物品內容的協(xié)定

傳單要求：傳單一般使用A4紙張，內容與要體現(xiàn)學校近期活動主題（新生才藝大賽），并對活動的相關內容作出說明。如活動主題、活動時間、活動地點及簡要的活動方式。傳單內容不能過于商業(yè)化，冠名或贊助公司可適當?shù)脑趥鲉紊嫌∮斜竟久Q、商標或相關產品圖樣，商業(yè)宣傳內容不得超過版面的 1/5，但傳單最終的形式需要學校與公司雙方協(xié)商確定。

海報要求：海報內容與要體現(xiàn)學校近期活動主題（新生才藝大賽），并對活動主題、活動時間、活動地點及簡要的活動方式進行說明。冠名或贊助公司可在海報中印有本公司名稱、商標或相關

產品圖樣，商業(yè)宣傳內容不得超過版面1/5。海報最終的形式需要學校與公司雙方協(xié)商確定。
