（二）3月19日——3月25日

一、檢查教師教案和學生作業

二、各班級召開主題班會

主題：穩定——堅持——拼搏

內容： 穩定報考情緒，調整好學生心態。班會分三個層面進行

思想教育：協議生（即使簽免擇重，萬不可掉以輕心。學校能使你簽免擇重，但是由于你個人原因放松或者放縱，也會失去機會）、邊緣生（講解蹦一蹦就能實現鯉魚跳龍門的人生理想）、學困生（遵規守紀，不妨礙他人）。

三、中考報名收尾工作

四、政治、歷史學科召開‘階段復習’調研會

目的：及時找出本學科前幾周復習階段出現的問題，進行分析并最終解決問題。

五、理化生實驗中考備考工作開始著手運作

六、嚴格落實大課間活動。重點規范下午城區班大課間。

要求：

1、按時。第七節課的任課教師決不許壓堂，城區班不做眼保健操。

2、按質按量。眼操音樂響起即下課，班主任老師有效組織，在眼操音樂聲停止后在樓前指定位置站好隊伍準備活動，真正做到不影響第八節課的正常教學。

七、學科統練工作：

要求：

1、第一次各科統練試卷學校要進行抽查，抽查是否批閱完畢和是否

集體或個別進行了反饋。

2、各學科備課組長落實3月23日統練試題的出題人及試題范圍，于本周三上午將所命制的試卷交到教導處。

3、統練試題一律統一名頭為“九年級科第二次統練試題”并題上出題教師姓名。

4、落實好下幾輪統練試題的責任人及命題范圍。

八、第五次學科拉練賽：

時間：2012年3月24日下午15:00—17:30；

地點：九年級一、二、三班；

要求:

1、各班將參加拉練賽同學的名單上報；

2、各備課組長安排出題教師，并于3月22日前上交。

（3）有晚自習的學科不留作業（4）怎樣用好《中考總復習指導》

（5）確定邊緣生作業檢查相應措施（進行中）

難度系數統計（未完成截止到4月28日未交的班級有：二班、五班、七班、九班、十一班、十二班、十三班、十四班、十五班、十六班，預計5月3日收齊，然后錄入統計，5月5日前統計匯總形成報表上報。）

三、安排化學實驗操作；（完成）

四、研討初三各學科導學案的第一、二講并定稿使用；（完成）

五、城區班晚自習調整；（實施中）

六、安排假期學生鞏固理、化、生實驗步驟，要求教師概括要點。（完成）

三、第三次統練學生成績匯總，班主任做班級復習階段性總結；（完成根據情況周三及時召開了全體邊緣生會議）

四、落實年段課上、課間檢查，重點檢查學生的聽課狀況：（每日至少檢查四次，要有記載。）

1.如果我…… if i were rich at first , i would buy a large amount of things ,such as cars,houses,and so on,and have a tour around the world second, i would give some money to my parents, they have worked so hard to support me, so i can go to school and study at last, i would donate some money to those poor people,they are so poor ,they have no food ,no cloth, i would do my best to help them 2.學校規則

Everybody knows that a society needs regulations and rules, so does a school.Here are my school rules.We must wear uniforms in school days.We must reach and leave school on time.We should speak putonghua in school.Don’t eat anything in the classroom and we should eat in the dining hall.We should be polite to other people.That will make us good guys in the school.We have to clean our classroom after schllo.We mustn’t fight or smoke.When we have any questions in class, we should put up our hands.We shouldn’t be allowed to get our ears piereced.Although some of the rules are strict to us, they can make us behave well.I suggest every student follow the rules, and study hard.We will have a bright future.3.學習英文方法

English is important and useful to us.How can we learn it well? Here are my suggestions.First, we should often listen to the tapes, english songs and programs.Watching english movies is also helpful to us.Second, we should speak english in class as much as possible.Don’t be afraid of making mistakes.The more you speak, the fewer mistakes you’ll make.We’d better join the english club and practice with others.Third, we can read more english newspapers and magazines.It’s good for us.At last, we should recite some good passages and keep diaries.In a word, as long as we do more listening, speaking, reading and writing, we will learn english well.4.我最喜歡的
