那么什么是“SMART”方案呢?“SMART”方案由下列要素組成:成績(jī)應(yīng)當(dāng)是具體(Specific)、可測(cè)量(Measurable)、行動(dòng)導(dǎo)向(Action-oriented)、現(xiàn)實(shí)的(Realistic)和時(shí)效性(Time-based)的。經(jīng)驗(yàn)證明,如果一項(xiàng)成就描述包括上述各要素,那么它就會(huì)產(chǎn)生影響。
量化工作業(yè)績(jī)時(shí),首先要列出你在所從事的每項(xiàng)工作中所取得的一項(xiàng)或多項(xiàng)成就,然后對(duì)你的工作成果進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要描述。雇主們尋覓的是能夠提高利潤(rùn)、降低成本和解決問(wèn)題的人選。百分比或金額數(shù)據(jù)等具體信息能令你以往取得的成績(jī)變得更真實(shí)、更能打動(dòng)人。

當(dāng)你沒(méi)有具體的數(shù)據(jù)時(shí),你需要通過(guò)估算來(lái)得到百分比或金額數(shù)據(jù)。如果擁有電腦單據(jù)或公司文件來(lái)證明你的聲明是再好不過(guò)的,但你很可能缺乏此類材料。某些情況下你只能在自薦信中加以解釋,描述自己的成就和實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程以期引起人們的注意。

你會(huì)更認(rèn)可哪種呢?答案是不言而喻的。有求職者可能會(huì)問(wèn),這個(gè)數(shù)字難道就不會(huì)是捏造的嗎?當(dāng)然有可能,但簡(jiǎn)歷是你的第一關(guān),必須先聲奪人。有報(bào)道曾經(jīng)說(shuō),絕大多數(shù)HR都認(rèn)為,那些能夠提供以往業(yè)績(jī)確鑿數(shù)據(jù)的求職者在以后的工作中仍然會(huì)有上佳表現(xiàn),雇用這些人風(fēng)險(xiǎn)最低。既然這是HR的想法,我們何不努力嘗試呢?
