隨著MBA報名人數(shù)的逐年增加，MBA復試一般改為差額復試，考生復試的成績?nèi)绾沃苯佑绊懙狡涫欠癖讳浫　BA復試一般分為專業(yè)課復試與英語復試，而英語復試主要是口語測試。由于從2005年起研究生入學考試英語筆試部分取消了聽力，因此，研究生復試中除了傳統(tǒng)的口語測試外，很多學校增加了聽力部分。這里跨考教育特別邀請了中央財經(jīng)大學多年的博士生、碩士生與MBA英語復試考官馮玉紅和溫劍波老師，為大家介紹一下研究生英語復試的備考。一般性備考：總結(jié)常見熱門話題

無論參加哪種形式的口語考試，說一口流利、準確的英語都是通過考試的關(guān)鍵所在。因此，語言的基本功與長期的口語素材積累至關(guān)重要。一般性備考可以分為下面幾個部分：

1。.應試材料的準備：為了準備口語考試，可以準備一些材料，如《英語中級口語教程》、《

四、六級英語口語應試》等。當然如果確定參加哪種英語口試，又了解其口語考試的形式與內(nèi)容，選擇針對其考試的口語材料更為有效，如雅思口語、托福口語等。

2.制定復習計劃：根據(jù)備考時間與所要參加的口試類型制定復習計劃。可以每天準備一個話題，話題的內(nèi)容最好是熱門話題或常考話題。常見口語話題總結(jié)如下：Laid-offworker'sproblem、Reformsofhousingpolicy、Goingabroad、Globalization、Informationage、Environmentalprotectionandeconomicdevelopment、Onlinelearning、2008Olympic,Beijing、Economiccrisis。熱點話題在報紙、雜志上大多可以找到，也是很多考試寫作部分常出的題目，因此也可以參照考研或四、六級作文范文。但切忌全篇背誦所找到的材料，最好只借用其中某些素材，然后用自己的語言重新整理。

3.熟悉考場情況與考試流程

(1)與小組組員的交流(二對二考試模式)

小組成員可先模擬一下考試過程。讓自己進入狀態(tài)，而后可談一些其他話題，放松一下。

(2)進入考場

入室前要敲門，雖是小節(jié)，但關(guān)系到你給考官的第一印象。

衣著得體，落落大方。

向考官問候：Goodmorning/afternoon。

如果可以，微笑，但絕不可勉強。

(3)自我介紹

要求簡潔、有新意，能夠讓考官記住你。最重要的是，發(fā)音要準，不要太快，以別人聽懂為目的。但注意一定要聽考官的指示語，聽到考官說：Canyouintroduceyourselfbriefly/saysomethingaboutyourself后再開始。其實現(xiàn)在許多口語考試為了避免考生背誦準備好的自我介紹，都去除了這個部分，而是由一些簡單問題來代替，如：

Whatdoyouusuallydoinyourleisuretime?

(4)回答考官問題

此處不再贅述，但有一點要注意，千萬不要只回答“YES”或“NO”，而是要加上你的reason或者是example.(5)看圖說話

不要過分局限于圖中的內(nèi)容，而應充分開闊思路，尤其注意的是在講述完圖中內(nèi)容后做

適當?shù)脑u價，對圖中的事物或觀點提出自己的看法或客觀公正的評論。

(6)討論

此處是發(fā)揮你的才智的關(guān)鍵一節(jié)，discussion在考試中占了很大一部分時間，所以要盡可能是自己多說，但要保證說到點子上。

(7)最后問題

最后，考官還會問你一個問題，這是你進一步展示自己的大好機會，如果前面不太理想，也可借此補救一下。

(8)結(jié)束

考官明確說出：Thisistheendofthetest,thankyou。說明考試正式結(jié)束。站起來，拿好自己的東西，如準考證，與考官說再見：Thankyou,goodbye.或Thankyouforyourinterviewgoodbye.然后離開。注意考試結(jié)束后不要問老師關(guān)于得分的問題，應該馬上禮貌的離開。

面試技巧 面試前的準備:

面試前要先預想主考官會問的問題，并準備謹慎而有條理地回答。事先有準備的人，表情和肢體語言比較篤定從容，且具備較好的回應能力。大學畢業(yè)生由于缺乏面試經(jīng)驗，可事先找朋友練習面試技巧。面試時最好提前10分鐘到達地點，先去洗手間放松一下，整理一下思路，還可最后檢查一下自己的儀容，整理因擠公車而弄亂的發(fā)型，女士還可趁機補補妝。

面試時的禮儀:

面試務必要準時，一進公司就是面試的開始，對人要客氣有禮，秘書或接待人員都可能影響到你是否能得到這份工作。面試前應關(guān)掉手機和傳呼機，若當著主考官的面關(guān)掉，更可顯出你的誠懇。注意自己坐姿，節(jié)制不該有的小動作。與主考官保持視線的接觸，但不要緊盯著對方的眼睛，眼神切勿亂瞟亂看。

面試時的應對:

仔細聆聽對方的問題，審慎回答，不要太簡略，切忌只回答“是的”、“好”、“對的”、“沒問題”等無法使內(nèi)容更生動的字句，要完整并舉實例說明，但要避免冗長。

若對應征公司不了解，不妨坦誠相告，以免說錯而得不償失。

當對方問你“你能為公司做什么時”，若無法馬上回答，可先請問對方這份工作上最重要的內(nèi)容是什么，你好就這些部分來回答。

當對方問及你的專長時，別忘了針對專業(yè)特性來回答。對自己的能力和專長不需刻意強調(diào)，但也不必大過謙讓。

主考提及你是否有問題時，一定要把握機會發(fā)問，以表現(xiàn)自己對這份工作的強烈興趣，但要就工作內(nèi)容、人事規(guī)章等范圍發(fā)問，不要離題太遠。

面試結(jié)束后:

無論告辭時說些什么，要表現(xiàn)出信心堅定，給主試者一個深刻的印象。離開前應謝謝主試者給你面談的機會。若面試時間較長，在面試結(jié)束時，可以贊揚主試者在面試過程中使你獲益的特殊觀點，還可寄封謝卡，以加深對你的印象。

技巧一：精心準備。

MBA面試的第一個重要原則就是精心策劃和準備。針對面試中可能提到的問題，首先設(shè)計好內(nèi)容，適當進行一些個人或模擬演練，內(nèi)容的設(shè)計一定要精練、精彩。

技巧二：自信、從容。

自信是MBA的基本素質(zhì)和特征。有些考生不自信是因為太追求完美，怕面試時出現(xiàn)偏題、怪題使自己失分。這完全沒有必要。考生不是和面試官交鋒，而是和其他考生交鋒，只要在面試官心中建立對其他考生的比較優(yōu)勢就行了。另外，學會放松自己很重要。放松不但能更好地回答問題，而且有助于塑造淡定的氣質(zhì)，提高面試官對你的印象分。技巧三：果決、干練。

由于MBA面試的題目涉及很寬，有些問題回答不好是很自然的事。所以，不要試圖成功回答所有的提問，面試官也不指望你能全部回答好這些問題。對于一些不太好回答的問題，重要的不是看你回答問題的內(nèi)容，而是你的反應，分析問題、解決問題的方式、方法。

對不太容易回答的問題，可以有幾秒鐘的思考，但思考時間不可太長。你要根據(jù)提問，給出一個明確的是或否的回答，然后論證自己的觀點。很多問題沒有標準答案，說理清晰、表達流暢、觀點明確、分析透徹就能得高分。

技巧四：真實、坦誠。

MBA培養(yǎng)方向是職業(yè)管理者，而對職業(yè)管理者的道德要求是很高的。

因此，在MBA面試中，考查考生背景的真實性及考生為人是真誠還是虛假是十分重要的一個環(huán)節(jié)。

注意事項

1.沒有理解實踐的深奧理論不要多談

面試時要坦誠相見，說自己理解的事，勿說自以為深奧的事。每個人都因為想表現(xiàn)出高水平，往往說一些自己覺得有難度的話，以顯示自己，而這恰恰是自己最不清楚最為薄弱的地方，在考官的追問下，露出破綻。因此誠實地交流以前所做過的事，將能夠應付各種局面。要知道，自己理解實踐的領(lǐng)域，在別人看來才更加專業(yè)。當考官就一些較空泛的或管理知識上的問題問你的看法時，你的回答應該要考慮到下一個問題很可能會是要你舉例說明，你要是不懂裝懂在前面吹了一通，便可能會在下一問中被問倒。所以說不要空談缺乏實踐理解的理論，自找麻煩。

2.保持平和的心態(tài)

面試如此重要，因此感到緊張是很正常的。不要給自己定位100分，期望太高，往往容易加強自我傾向；定位80分，較為適中。很多人在面試的剛開始自述簡歷時就覺得緊張，應盡量控制住講話的語速和節(jié)奏，一兩分鐘以后，隨著講話的進行，就完全放松了。

要知道面試官們想做的只是選拔出適合培養(yǎng)的、可造就的人才，又不是想和你過不去。了解了這一點，能做到這一點就足夠了。也可以事先進行實境模擬面試，這也是克服心理障礙的好辦法。可以找一個朋友模擬面試考官，然后你從敲門進去到退出都演練幾遍。

3.要有自己的理念和讀MBA的合理動機

對于涉及這類問題，有的考生就說到：中國企業(yè)不能總是打著民族品牌在自己家門口固守，而應該在世界市場上與國外公司展開競爭，我愿意在中國企業(yè)國際化的過程中盡自己的一份力。這樣給考官留下可造就，值得培養(yǎng)的印象。是比較成功的例子。

4.塑造自己的職業(yè)形象

我們要證明的是我們有成為職業(yè)經(jīng)理人的素質(zhì)：第一點就是我們的舉止和談吐應象一位專業(yè)人士，而不是毛手毛腳或沒有朝氣的。從進門的問好到自我介紹，直至離開時道別都應合乎禮儀。應該正裝出席。

5.應表現(xiàn)具有解決問題的基本思路

回答一個問題不應只為給面試官一個答案，而應告訴面試官一個你解決問題的思路，這說明你是有能力的、有想法的、碰到同類問題和相關(guān)事務是可以應付的。

調(diào)動記憶中一切與臨場問題有關(guān)的情節(jié)，沒有經(jīng)歷的事就可以舉一反三。
