同學們！

大家晚上好！剛才梁志華主任就2013年高考英語聽說考試的“考風考紀”和注意事項作了很具體的要求和布置，我就不在這里重復了這些內容了。

早春三月，清風拂面。時間，是一首無聲的歌；時間，是一縷無痕的風；時間，是一張沒有回程的車票??轉眼間，高考已經來臨。

回首三年的高中生活，曾經有歡暢的笑，曾經有痛快的哭，曾經有揮灑的汗，曾經有收獲的甜??是的，經過了春耕夏耘，我們終于迎來了收獲的時節。有詩句說“寶劍鋒從磨礪出，梅花香自苦寒來”，也有人說“最困難之時，就是離成功不遠之日”。如今，寶劍在手，寒梅飄香，背水一戰的時刻到了﹗在此，我想就這次英語聽說考試送給大家三句話以共勉：

1.用熱情的態度迎接這場考試

俗話說“態度決定一切”，只要我們對任何事都有熱情的態度，肯定能把事情做好。其實同學們在英語聽說的訓練備考、迎接考試的過程中已經做得很好了，已經投入了足夠的熱情了。每天我都看見同學們放聲朗讀，我也感覺到大家的努力了。只要我們信心百倍地繼續前行，就一定能取得理想的成績。

2.用嚴肅的態度對待這場考試

這場考試就是今年高考的第一場考試，而且她投入的人力物力和社會資源比6月7、8日兩天的高考還要多，技術含量還要高。雖然我們平時也進行了多次的模擬訓練，但真正的考試比平時訓練還是有很大區別，比如候考時間，每一場最后那一組考生候考的時間可能有四個小時。高考是嚴肅的，關于考風考紀的問題，我就不重復了。

3.用負責的態度享受這場考試

對自己負責，圓自己孕育十幾年的大學夢，讓自豪與驕傲填滿你的胸膛；對家人負責，回報給予你厚望的父母親朋，讓笑容在他們的臉上綻放；對老師負責，老師們別無他求，只想分享你那沉甸甸的幸福；對學校負責，用你的優秀將校徽襯托得更加閃亮；對社會負責，用你的能力去回報社會！

同學們，“三分天注定，七分靠打拼”。我們不要學如過客的流星，因為我們曾用智慧培育理想；我們不要摘青色的蘋果，因為我們曾用汗水澆灌希望；我們不要做漂泊的扁舟，因為我們曾乘風破浪，渡過茫茫學海；我們不要做退縮的懦夫，因為我們曾披荊斬棘，遍聞桑梓書香。

最后，衷心祝愿每一名高三學子都能到達理想的彼岸！

由于考試時間比較長，建議將考試注意事項放到備考室講！

1.請考生不要緊張，任何與考試內容無關的問題都由老師解決，電腦有問題請舉手，有專人負責，一定會讓你正?？荚?/p>

2.耳麥放在靠近上嘴唇處，距離2cm左右，一定要調試好

3.用完鍵盤要推進去，考試時間不要亂動電腦

4.考試完畢聽老師指揮，安靜有序離開

第三篇：學雷鋒了領導講話3月8日

老師們、同學們！

早晨好！我今天講話的題目是《學習雷鋒精神，樹校園新風》。47年前的3月5日，毛主席發出了“向雷鋒同志學習”的號召。黨中央明確規定每年的三月為“文明禮貌月”和“學習雷鋒活動月”。從此，雷鋒成為一個在廣袤神州大地上家喻戶曉的名字；影響了一代又一代青年。在六、七十年代人的記憶中，雷鋒給他們留下了太多太多平凡而又感人的故事。然而，隨著時間的流逝，雷鋒和他那些質樸感人的“雷鋒精神”在我們的記憶中越來越模糊。

受市場經濟的沖擊，曾有人曾調侃地說：“雷鋒叔叔沒戶口，三月來了四月走”。雷鋒的思想與當今社會格格不入。我們這個時代不需要雷鋒精神了，雷鋒精神已經過時了?？删驮诶卒h精神在我們記憶中漸漸模糊的時候，在美國、日本等國，號召學習雷鋒精神已經不是什么新鮮事。美國西點軍校把雷鋒奉為學習楷模，著名的松下電器公司信奉：“雷鋒精神與上帝共存。”而日本原田工業株式會社連續十年來號召員工發揚雷鋒精神，建立了一套完整的學雷鋒制度，把學雷鋒與人事考核結合到一起，取得了很好的成效。如果中國人忘記雷鋒真是中國的悲哀，雷鋒應該永遠屬于中國，雷鋒精神應該是我們每個中國人應該有的精神。

事實上雷鋒精神也一直沒有離開我們，比如新的時代涌現出的像鄭培民、任長霞、牛玉儒等權為民所用，利為民所謀，心為民所系的“傻子”；涌現出的與困難頑強斗爭，撫養棄嬰、艱苦求學的“傻子”——洪戰輝等等。四川汶川抗震救災的那一幕幕鏡頭更是讓我們感動：

2008年初，曾自發到湖南郴州特大雪災區救災的唐山十三位農民兄弟得知汶川地震發生后又以最快的速度趕往災區，用最原始的方法——鐵錘砸、鋼釬撬、徒手刨，他們與解放軍、武警戰士一起，搶救出25名幸存者，刨出近60名遇難者遺體；河南省鄭州市公安消防

支隊特勤大隊副大隊長李隆和戰友們在異常險惡的環境下，不怕犧牲，連續作戰，在廢墟下先后挖出57名群眾，創造了一個又一個生命救援的奇跡；濟南軍區鐵軍某師炮兵連士官學員武文斌在抗震救災中因勞累過度活活累死等等等等。

3月作為“學雷鋒活動月”和“文明禮貌月”，同學們應該以自己的切實行動來體現新時代的雷鋒精神，象雷鋒那樣，志存高遠，胸懷寬廣。我們要樹立正確的人生觀、世界觀、價值觀，抵制流行于社會的享樂主義、拜金主義、極端個人主義。我們的同學正處在人生中最燦爛的年齡，也是培養一個人良好品格，樹立遠大人生目標，培養頑強意志的階段。而這些精神是我們一生中學習和工作的巨大財富。但我們一些同學的行為與我們的主流是背道而馳的，有些不文明行為還屢有發生，有的同學見利忘義、小偷小摸;有的同學在校內吸煙，有的同學破壞公物；有的同學出言不遜、打架斗毆；有的同學不尊敬師長，有的同學不思學習、迷戀網吧。這些行為與雷鋒精神是格格的不入的。我們要摒棄不良行為，提高道德修養，做一個人格健全、思想健康、行為優良的中學生。

同學們，我們要把“學雷鋒見行動，從我做起，從今天做起，從小事做起，熱愛家庭，熱愛班集體，熱愛學?！弊鳛槿路菸倚５闹餍?。學習上發揚刻苦鉆研的“釘子精神”；行為上要嚴格要求自己，規范我們的言行，愛護美麗的校園和學校聲譽，大力倡導“我為人人，人人為我”的良好風尚，共同營造良好的育人環境，大力弘揚“雷鋒精神”，為構建“和諧校園”貢獻微薄之力，讓雷鋒精神永駐我們校園，永駐我們心間。謝謝大家！
