高考“五怕”

每逢高考,總有些人惶恐不已。寢食難安者有之,考場發蒙者有之,考后崩潰乃至輕生者有之。凡此種種,根子都是一個字:怕。

一怕考前失眠。其實“眠”是沒法“失”的。所謂失眠不過是白天興奮不夠晚上抑制不足而已。白天加大學習量運動量娛樂量交際量,累得站著想坐著坐著想躺著躺下就想兩眼一閉,那樣還能失眠?不過有一個例外,大事(大美事大愁事命運攸關事)當前,能做到倒頭便睡的人極少,因一夜兩夜未睡好而誤大事者也不多見。由此推之,高考前夜能睡個好覺固然是好,興奮得沒怎么睡也別大驚小怪??紙錾掀床惶欤砩献匀凰恕?/p>

四怕心慌手抖。有人一到大考必心驚肉跳,于是不斷告訴自己:“千萬別緊張!”誰想緊張這東西你越不讓緊張它越來勁兒。其實心慌手抖是考場上的正常反應,如果抖得不能答題,可以在吸氣時把周身肌肉收緊,堅持片刻,呼氣時想象收緊的肌肉緩緩放松。肌肉一放松,心情也隨之穩定,所謂肉不跳則心不驚。

五怕名落孫山。誰都不想落榜,這本正常。但有人又怕父母傷心又怕師友恥笑又怕十年白讀又怕前程渺茫,結果怕得不敢考了,甚至怕得不敢活了。請切記,考場不相信恐懼,一如莫斯科不相信眼淚。兩軍相交勇者勝,考場貴在拼搏。做好落榜準備,考他個奮不顧身。

人生是一系列的考試。就把高考作為迎接今后無數大考的熱身賽吧。考出一份勤勉與踏實,考出一份勇猛與真情,考出一份智慧與心胸。

考前一周在這幾天的時間里,應每天抽出7-8小時復習考試課程,復習的科目與三天高考科目倒過來安排,即后考的科目外語、歷史、地理、政治等先復習,以此類推。要重點復習以記憶為主的科目,如歷史、政治、外語等。考前一周的復習與

數學--最后一周就做一件事,樹立自信心,此時必須自以為是,而不是“自以為卑”,應把書翻一翻,熟記書中的公式、概念、法則、定理,在腦中過電影。在復習的最后階段,再做大量題目既無可能亦無必要。建議在歸納總結思想方法的基礎上,盡多地“看”一些題目,從中汲取并印證一些好的解題思路,必要時也可“算”一些題目,強化在運算程式較長時的承受力。

語文--最后一周“想”比“做”更重要。尤其多想想作文和前九道基礎知識題,看看老師給總結出的基礎知識部分(特別是字、詞、文學常識)。

外語--最后一周應該把高考詞匯表里的單詞重點記一下,重點檢查一下這些單詞的特殊部分,即:書本之外、在綱以內的這部分。練練書面表達,題就不要做了,而應改成翻翻以前的卷子,精看那些錯過的地方,爭取降低錯誤率。一句話,最后一周同學們應該在那里輕輕松松翻卷子,查錯!

政治--按考試說明復習所有的知識點,復習當年重大的時事,復習重點和熱點問題,做/看一遍做過的近兩年高考試題,把握答題方向和時間,看看/做做模擬考試試卷上的錯題。

歷史--最后一周按考試說明/時間表看書最重要。應把五本書在最后一周快速瀏覽一遍,特別是重點、難點部分和自己沒有把握的地方。基本框架結構在腦中過電影,看看模擬試卷,把握一下解題的基本思路。最后一周就以“看書為主”復習歷史吧。

地理——最后一周的話看看模板,看看圖,做做錯題,對于文科綜合的三科在時間上認真分析把握一下。都要了解一下解題的基本思路。這六科的復習安排一定要根據自己的具體情況來進行。

綜上,最后一周的復習應以記憶為主,因為大腦已處于“飽和”狀態,此時復習知識貯存作用很小。另外,考前復習只是掌握的知識的再現和有序的排列,否則,不僅打亂頭腦中原有的知識結構,使掌握的知識在大腦中不易喚醒,而且遇見難題會降低自信心,影響考前情緒。

應有意識地調整自己的生活作息和復習節奏,以順應考試的時間表??记耙恢艿恼{整要達到三個目的:

一是緩解大腦疲勞,增加大腦的活力;

二是恢復體質,使體力充沛;

三是消除考前緊張焦慮的不良情緒,使保持良好的競技狀態。

考前一周,每天學習的時間和強度應逐漸減弱。一定要停開“夜車”,嚴格遵守作息時間制度,形成早晨興奮點在八九點鐘的生物鐘。每天最好6-7時起床,洗漱后到室外散步,抽一定時間記語文、歷史、政治、地理等課程;12時吃午飯,下午復習一下數學、英語等;晚21時-22時入睡,睡前用溫水洗腳和做自我放松訓練,提高入睡效果。

自身準備

1.提前1-2天到考點熟悉一下環境情況, 應該仔細考察通往考場所在地的交通線路,選擇路程最短、干擾最少、平時最熟悉的路線,還應該考慮如果發生交通堵塞后的應對措施。對考場所在學校、樓層、教室、廁所以及你的座位位置都要親自查看,做到心中有數,以防止不測事件的發生;并把自己書房的書清理干凈,只留少量的必備資料,并且考完一科后就清理一科的所有資料。

2.考試前一天晚上,要認真檢查考試時所使用的準考證、文具等,并把它們全部放在文具盒內,以保證第二天不出現慌忙現象;可以比平時提前半小時睡覺,并創造良好安靜的睡眠環境;

3.假如易精神緊張,可取大棗3-10枚,百合、桂圓、蓮子各10-15克,加水

煮湯或煮粥,加糖量食之,有安神、安眠及滋補作用。一般在考前一星期睡前半小時食用為佳;

4.每科考試時,應提前20分鐘左右到達考點為宜;太早了,遇到偶發事件的可能性增大,極易破壞良好的心態;太遲了,來不及安心定神,進入考試角色的心理準備時間太短,有可能導致整個考試在慌亂中度過,造成不必要的失誤。

5.假如進考場后心慌意亂,手腳發抖、甚至惡心、嘔吐、便意頻頻,這是正常的“考場焦慮癥”,可以采取自然放松法、閉目做深呼吸,先深吸氣,再慢慢呼出,連續做幾次,如按摩自己的耳廓。

千萬不能忽略早餐。即使你在平時的早餐時總是吃一片面包,喝一杯咖啡,你也要在考試的那天變換些花樣。最好吃些更有營養的食品,因為身體得到充足的營養才能保證你順利進行三個小時以上的高度緊張的腦力勞動。在高考期間你的大腦將比平時任何一天都更活躍,身體也將需要額外的精力儲備以便應付或承受可能的過度緊張。如果你在考試前吃得既好又飽(不太可飽,要保持適度的饑餓感)且舒服,就可避免在考場上你的肚子咕嚕咕嚕響所帶來的注意力分散的難堪。如果在考試前你吃得不怎么樣,就不可避免地會發生上面這種情況。臨出家門前,千萬別忘記再一次檢查考試時必備的準考證以及規定必須帶好的考試工具等。(列一個單子)

身體

1.適量運動,可以看看花,遠眺;

2.保護好大腦:連續緊張學習60分鐘,最多90分鐘,就應休息10-15分鐘;

3.保證充足的睡眠:養成定時睡眠的習慣,每天要有7-8小時的睡眠;

飲食

1.要使大腦處于良好靈活狀態,必須有足夠的營養供給,在飲食中除主食外,還要注意攝入瘦豬肉、雞、鴨、豬腦、羊腦、雞蛋、魚、新鮮蔬菜和水果等對大腦有利的食品;

2.在考試的幾天里,飲食不要太油膩,要清淡為主;飲食應做到:精細搭配,葷素結合,品種多樣、營養合理,易于消化,清潔衛生;科學用餐,及時到校考生要有充足的用餐時間,最好在考試前一個半小時用餐完畢,否則會導致過多的血液用于消化系統,使大腦相對缺血,影響大腦功能的發揮。飯菜要清淡衛生,可選用高維生素、高熱量的食物。

3.口渴時最好喝些開水或具有清火解毒、防暑解渴功效的綠豆湯、菊花茶、大麥茶、酸梅湯等飲料;忌飲濃咖啡、濃茶等具強興奮作用的飲料。

高考突發情況

①丟失準考證時,有兩種情況:考前丟失,本人寫申請,中學、街道開證明到區縣招辦補辦準考證;另一種是當天丟失,和考點校老師、帶隊老師講清,先考一科,后補辦。(對準考證上面的信息要記得)

②忘帶準考證時,需向考點校領導說明,下一場考試必須交驗。不要回去取,因為遲到15分鐘,就不能參加該科考試。

③交通堵塞時,打“的”趕到考場,請成人用自行車帶到考場或請民警幫忙。④違反交通規則時,出示準考證求得諒解。

⑤生病時,能堅持考試就盡量堅持考試,請考點校監考老師幫忙,到醫務室緊急處理一下病情,爭取回來繼續考試,考試時間不延長。

⑥考前檢查卷子,考試當中發現試卷漏印、答題卡有問題,如不影響答題可不更換,閱卷時市里會處理,如考試進行中換試卷,考生自負(時間不延長)

<遲到十五分鐘后不準進入考點參加當科目考試>

去考場的路上。以一個旁觀者的心態去欣賞一些特殊的現象和事情,比如交通管制、橫幅標語、密集的人群等,可以緩解緊張情緒。由于第1場考語文,所以在開考前要稍微復習一下語文,調整一下思路和狀態。記住:此時只看一些古詩詞的名句,這是考試必考的題目。

入場后,要自己一個人調整一下,要告訴自己這是一場孤獨的戰斗,需要一個人面對所有的困難,所以要有一個人獨自去戰斗的心理準備。

開始答題后,要注意答題順序。語文不同于其他科目,可以不按試卷順序答,可以先答“古詩詞默寫”部分,以防止考試后期的暫時遺忘,如果先做此題,還可以有足夠的時間去獲取信息,很多時候做著做著就會想起來。做完“古詩詞默寫”后,就可以從開始按順序做了。

考完語文后,中午時間也相當重要。因為下一門考試科目是數學,而大多數人考試失利就輸在第1天下午的數學考試中。因為語文的考試思維與接下來的其他科目完全不同,必須在中午的這段時間給扭轉過來。數學科目連同后面的英語、文綜,要求的考試思維特點是客觀和精確,這與語文完全不同。

中午這段時間應該分為幾段:

吃午飯用大概30分鐘;

然后閉目休息20分鐘;

接著要復習數學,拿一整套做過的數學題過一遍,包括小題在內,時間把握在1小時左右;

最后要放松心情隨便找個人聊聊天。

注意:整個過程要盡量1個人完成,避免家長陪同。

下午考數學,在這里特別要提醒一下,答數學題,就1道題而言,只要你動手寫了,就一定要得出一個結果,否則會得不償失。因為只有有了結果,老師才會認真看你的解題步驟,會酌情給你分;但是如果連結果頁沒有,判卷老師會認為你根本沒有做完,過程也不會看。

一拿到卷子,要立刻把該填的信息都填完。拿到試卷后,后3道題不要看,只看你平時最熟悉的那個知識點的題。開考前3分鐘,把選擇題都看完。隨后按順序做,做到前3道大題結束,然后停頓大約1分鐘。把后3道大題掃一眼,主要是看題形、都有幾個小問題、每道題的分值。接下來把所有題的第一問都拿下,如果這個題就1問,就先放開。大致的答題順序是:解析幾何——函數——數列。數列這個題形很特別,如果試卷中數列沒有放在后2題,那就先做數列??荚嚨淖詈?0—15分鐘,不要檢查,要盯住一個題做完。

數學考完后,必須馬上要忘記數學。下一場是文綜考試,要認真復習理綜。復習文綜時要注意幾點:先把一些基本定義過一遍;然后拿一整套文綜題做做;文綜3科中,只需復習政治即可,復習生物時,只需注意文字表達準確而已。

入睡時間與平時一致,不要有大的改變。因為第2天考的是文綜,文綜不同于其他科目,也要注意其特殊的答題流程。

?進考場前,隨便拿1套卷子,不用看完,大概看看就行,目的是調整好狀態,達到理綜的思維和狀態。

1、準備充分 從容淡定心中有數
