請求信是對收信人提出請求，并希望對方滿足該要求。寫請求信的重點(diǎn)是要寫清楚為什么要請求他人做某事，請求他人做某事的原因。

寫請求信時(shí)首先要說明寫作意圖，一定要注意語氣要禮貌，用詞要規(guī)范；然后具體展開說明請求的原因；最后表示希望對方予以答復(fù)。

一、概述

備忘錄是一種錄以備忘的公文。在公文函件中，它的等級是比較低的，主要用來提醒、督促對方，或就某個(gè)問題提出自己的意見或看法。在業(yè)務(wù)上，它一般用來補(bǔ)充正式文件的不足。它的內(nèi)容可以分為以下幾項(xiàng)： 書端（Heading）

收文人的姓名、頭銜、地址（Addressee‘s Name，Title，Address）稱呼（Salutation）事因（Subject）正文（Body）

結(jié)束語（Complimentary Close）署名（Signature）

二、備忘錄寫作注意事項(xiàng)

1、書端部分包括發(fā)文機(jī)關(guān)的名稱、地址、發(fā)文日期，有的還包括電報(bào)掛號、電傳號、電話號碼等。許多機(jī)關(guān)有自己特制的信箋，在寫書端時(shí)，其格式和標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號的使用與一般信件的相同。

其次，從第二行開始接下來的四行位置則是備忘錄比較個(gè)性特殊的格式了。

第一行是“To: ”，也就是此封備忘錄的寫作對象，而且鑒于備忘錄是一種告示類文章，那么它的收件人往往是一群人，而不再是書信之中的一個(gè)人。

第二行是“From: ”，也就是此備忘錄的寫作者，在這里面，既可以只寫人名，也可以在人名后面加上其職位等身份，但是兩者之間要用逗號隔開。

第三行是“Date： ”，也就是寫作日期。英文中日期的寫法我們已在上篇文章的通知中詳細(xì)介紹過，在此就不再多加贅述了。

第四行是“Subject： ”，也就是整封備忘錄的內(nèi)容概括，但是在這邊大家需要注意的是小標(biāo)題的內(nèi)容一定要是短語形式，而不能是一個(gè)完整的句子。

再次，上面四行內(nèi)容結(jié)束之后，我們還需在其下面空出兩行方能書寫正文內(nèi)容。至于正文的寫作格式，我們則采取縮進(jìn)式，即段落之間不空行，但是每段開始前都要空格，而且是四個(gè)英文字符的空間。

但是在備忘錄中，情況卻并不如此。鑒于備忘錄是起提示或警示作用的應(yīng)用文，因此在表明這種提示或警示的主要目的前需要先介紹此事件的發(fā)生背景，主要包含相關(guān)事情及人物的介紹等等。

中段：此段就是要寫明通知的主要內(nèi)容，也就是其寫作目的了。到底是要提醒寫作對象某個(gè)事情呢還是警示收信對象不要去做某些事情，則是由具體題目而定了。不過，不管怎么說，思路一定要富有邏輯，語言切記要委婉，尤其是警示對方時(shí)，這一點(diǎn)就顯得更為重要了。

尾段：本段中，緊接前面內(nèi)容，說完自己的主要目的之后，就要進(jìn)行結(jié)尾了。作為一封警示性的備忘錄，結(jié)尾中自然是要向?qū)懽鲗ο蟊砻飨Ｍ淅斫獠⒑献鞯钠谕恕?/p>
