日本厚生勞動省決定進行醫療改革，對“沒有介紹信卻到大醫院就診”的患者加收診斷費用。

據日本《讀賣新聞》12日報道，日本厚生勞動省為讓大醫院專心接診重癥患者，鼓勵輕癥患者先到中小醫院或診所就醫。如果確實不能治療需要轉去大醫院的話，則需由院方開具“介紹信”。有關大醫院的具體就診條件和收費標準，將在社會保障審議會議上討論，預計明年可在日本國會上提交相關法案。據報道，日本大醫院現行收費標準是初診費用為2820日元，復診費用為730日元。依法繳納健康保險的患者只需承擔這筆費用的1至3成。厚生勞動省目前正在討論將就診費用改為患者全額負擔。

報道還稱，日本現行法律規定，擁有200張以上病床的醫院可自主決定向沒有介紹信的患者收取額外費用，但在2700所大醫院中，只有不到一半的醫院向患者開口收費，60%至80%的患者都沒有介紹信。
