小學五年級英語上冊期末考試反思考試是檢驗學生近期學習成績的一種手段，也是督促教師進行教學反思提高教學質量的前提條件。

1、成績分析

本次五年級英語考 試 成 績 很 差。兩 極 分化 現 象 比 較 嚴重，作為任課老師，我有著不可失掉的責任。為此，我對試卷進行了分析，下面我 結合了我的日常教學，對此次考試進行的具體而深入的分析總結。

2、試卷結構分析：

該試卷分布范圍較廣，覆蓋了絕大部分的內容和重難點。試卷設計圖文并茂，讓學生在考查自身學習水平的同時。試卷內容涉及讀、寫，很好得考查了學生的英語學習情況。且試卷的設計有一定的坡度，能夠考查學習能力強的學生與能力弱的學生，讓教師和學生都發現自身存在的不足之處。

3、學生答題情況分析和典型錯題分析

總體上來說，學生答題情況和平時出入并不是很大?；旧夏苷鎸嵎从硨W生的英語水平。學生出錯的題目較多的是第五題的閱讀，學生出現的失誤較大，尤其是學困生不能理解短文的含義，平時對于學生的閱讀訓練也還不夠。書寫格式還有少部分的學生掌握得不夠扎實，出現了大小寫和格式的失誤，比如字母w,I。

4、反思

我認為出錯的原因主要有以下幾點：第一：學生基礎較差，兩極分化很大。學生的基礎知識抓得還不緊，且學困生對于英語的興趣普

遍降低；第二，在復習的時候，訓練不夠多，造成部分學習能力差的學生失分嚴重。第三，學生單詞記憶力度不夠，這跟教師的英語學習習慣培養不夠是有很大關系的。在接下去的教學中，需要重點抓落實單詞句子的記憶和背誦，同時對于答題技巧的訓練也是非常必要的。

5、改進措施：

1、教學中要繼續突出學生的主體地位。小學五年級還處于英語學習的起始階段，所以一切教學活動的設計和開展應符合學生的心理和生理特點，遵循語言學習的規律，用多種手段激發學習興趣，力求使學生在生動活潑的課堂活動中掌握英語基礎知識，提高聽、說、讀、寫能力。

2、繼續加強語音、詞匯及句型教學訓練。在起始階段教師一定要使學生過好語音關，使他們牢固掌握音標和英語字母的讀音規則，以提高獨立學習單詞的能力。在詞匯教學中教師應靈活多樣地運用情景教學法、詞義對比法、動作演示法、形象介紹法等方法，使學生將單詞的音、形、義有效結合起來，活學活用，在輕松的氛圍中學好詞匯和句型，為今后進一步的學習夯實基礎。

3、在教學中，把交際能力的培養放在十分突出的位置。小學生模仿能力強，記憶力好，但是活潑好動，教師要利用這一特點，努力激發學生的學習興趣，采用角色表演、游戲、情景對話、教唱英文歌曲等直觀形象的教學方法，結合圖片、簡筆畫、動作表演等教學手段，培養和發展學生的英語語言交際能力。

4、深鉆教材，充分利用教材，把握教學內容的深度與廣度，培養學

生的參與意識和語言交際能力;適當進行知識拓展,積累知識，及時鞏固，強化訓練，有效提高成績，在積累知識的基礎上提高學生能力。

1、What Is Culture Shock?

feeling of pleasure and sense of humor may be experienced.One may start to feel a certain psychological balance.The new arrival may not feel as lost and starts to have a feeling of direction.The individual is more familiar with the environment and wants to belong.This initiates an evaluation of the old ways versus those of the new.In the forth stage, the person realizes that the culture has good and bad things to offer.This stage can be one of double integration or triple integration depending on the number of cultures that the person has to process.This integration is accompanied by a more solid feeling of belonging.The person starts to define him/herself and establish goals for living.The fifth stage is the stage that is called the “re-entry shock..” this occurs when a return to the country of origin is made.One may fin that things are no longer the same.For example, some of the newly acquired customs are not in use in the old culture.These stages are present at different times and each person has their own way of reacting in the stages of culture shock.As a consequence, some stages will be longer and more difficult than others.Many factors contribute to the duration and effects of culture shock.For example, the individual’s state of mental health, type of personality, previous experiences, socio-economic conditions, familiarity with the language, family and/or social support systems,and level of education.Unit 8 Competition and Cooperation

Competition is a common phenomenon in our society.We compete when we play games, we try to do better than others in our study, and there is constant competition for jobs, fame, wealth and so forth.Therefore,we can say that, in a certain sense, competition is one of the motive forces of the development of our modern society.It is often believed, that competition and cooperation are in opposition to each other.Some people stress competition, without which, in their eyes, there is no responsibility, no drive and ultimately, no progress.Others advocate cooperation whatever they do.They are of the opinion that the dependence of people on one another has increased, without which the society we live in can not keep going smoothly.In reality, we find that in many cases competition goes hand in hand with cooperation.Lets take a football game for example.During the game, one team is competing against the other, but each member of the team must cooperate with his teammates.Otherwise, they would lose the game no matter how skillful each individual player might be.It is clear that competition has much to do with cooperation.As far as Im concerned, I do not agree with the view that competition and cooperation are always in conflict with each other.In my opinion, while advocating competition.We should never forget cooperation.In our social life, cooperation is especially necessary because most work is fulfilled with orthrough other people.So Ive come to the conclusion that competition are equally important.
