初三年級下學期英語期中工作總結及今后工作重點 初三年級外語組全體教師團結一心，在完成畢業班繁重的教學任務的同時，積極營造師生外語學習氛圍，發揮龍頭學科的帶頭作用。

一．初三全年安排

一般來說初三學生要在明年3月份完成《牛津初中英語》9A和9B新授課的學習任務。9A由6個單元組成，9B由4個單元組成。然后進行第一輪、第二輪乃至于第三輪的復習。系統復習《牛津初中英語》7A、7B、8A、8B和9A、9B六冊課本，通過做大量的練習、參加模擬考試等形式鞏固和提高學生綜合運用語言的能力，迎接一年一度的中考。

二．《牛津初中英語》的特點

三．如何有效記憶單詞

面對大量的詞匯和復雜的詞義，而可遵循的規律又較少，這無疑對初中學生來說是一件困難的事。學生如何有效處理每個單元60－70個單詞？

記憶單詞應遵循字、詞、句、章、篇的原則。即學生應采用字不離詞，詞不離句，句不離篇，篇不離章的原理去記憶單詞。掌握科學的記憶規律，養成良好的學習習慣，提高記憶速度，增強記憶效果。記憶名詞類的單詞可采用直觀法。通過實物、圖片、圖表、表演、游戲等方法來加深對單詞的記憶。對于沒有規律又相對抽象、枯燥的單詞可采用背口訣或繞口令的方法加以記憶。對有規律的單詞可采用歸納的方法加以記憶。其實通過閱讀來記憶單詞也是個十分有效的方法。詞匯與閱讀是相輔相成的。閱讀能擴大學生的詞匯量，詞匯量的擴大又可以幫助學生更好閱讀。

四．如何提高閱讀能力

閱讀能力的提高非一朝一夕，而是逐漸達到的，要提高閱讀水平須重視以下三個方面。

1．閱讀材料的選取

選用適合程度的語言材料是非常重要的。從文章的難易程度來看，如果所讀材料生詞過多，難免要不停地查閱字典，如果句子過分復雜，每句都須反復推敲，那么學生必然很快失去閱讀興趣。因此所選材料應以熟悉的詞匯和語法結構為基礎。遇到少量的生詞可以猜測其意義。猜測對提高外語閱讀能力有重要作用。從文章的體裁來看，所讀材料應內容豐富，題材廣泛，體裁多樣，聯系社會生活，貼近學生實際。這樣才能培養學生的跨文化意識。從文章的內容來看，閱讀材料的趣味性也必須十分注意。閱讀的內容能喚起學生的閱讀興趣。一旦學生培養起閱讀的興趣，閱讀能力將會迅速提高。

2．閱讀策略的培養

在進行閱讀前后甚至同時，適當插入一些特殊的訓練對提高閱讀效果和培養閱讀能力大有好處。這些練習旨在幫助學生利用上下文揭示詞義，分析句子的語法結構和詞類形式，迅速抓住基本思想，并學會使用字典。學生必須逐步學會通過分析詞的結構以及上下文關系幫助理解詞義。閱讀短文還應遵循由整體到細節的原則，按“全文、段落、句子、詞語”的步驟閱讀文章。可采用通讀、細讀和復讀的方法找到最佳答案。在通讀、細讀和復讀中，復讀尤為重要且行之有效，通過復讀來審視、推

敲答案，提高答題命中率。只有通過增加難度，克服閱讀中的困難，才能提高閱讀能力。

3．閱讀速度的提高

對閱讀的要求，首先是理解，其次是速度。讀得快，不理解等于沒讀，能夠理解而閱讀速度太慢，則效率太低，意味著閱讀能力不夠。因此學生在閱讀中的一個重要任務是在理解的前提下提高閱讀速度。培養自己的速讀和掠讀能力。速讀是一種找出文章大意的快速閱讀。通常在沒有時間仔細閱讀，或決定一篇文章是否值得細讀時，總是進行速讀。速讀在生活中很有實用價值。掠讀也是一種快速閱讀，但目的性更強，要求尋找時間、地點、數字等非常具體的信息。

事實上新授課與復習課的要求截然不同。即將進入初三的學生在面對新授課的學習時要立足夯實基礎，對單詞、詞組、句型、語法等基礎知識要進行過關訓練。不給復習課面帶來后遺癥。面對復習課學生要學會運用所學知識解決問題，不斷提高語言綜合應用能力。

9月份：

1、認真制訂授課計劃，兩周一個Chapter，且每一個Chapter測驗一次自己命題，提前備好1~2周的課。
