聽、說、讀、寫四項(xiàng)技能是在英語教學(xué)中對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行綜合訓(xùn)練的基本方法。培養(yǎng)聽力理解能力又一直是英語教學(xué)的首要任務(wù)，是英語學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)，也是英語語言學(xué)習(xí)的重要內(nèi)容。但是，在現(xiàn)實(shí)的教學(xué)中，英語聽力教學(xué)長(zhǎng)期處于薄弱的地位。

一、要重視音標(biāo)的教學(xué)

1、學(xué)好音標(biāo)是學(xué)好英語的前提，音標(biāo)基礎(chǔ)的好壞決定了語音、語調(diào)的好壞，語音基礎(chǔ)打好了，對(duì)提高學(xué)生的聽力水平無疑會(huì)起到事半功倍之效
