（一）反駁論證術(shù)

當(dāng)論敵運(yùn)用錯(cuò)誤的論證方法為其謬誤辯護(hù)時(shí)，要反駁對(duì)方，可以通過指出其論證方法的錯(cuò)誤，指出論據(jù)與論題之間沒有必然聯(lián)系來達(dá)到目的。

在意大利的都靈大教堂內(nèi)珍藏著一件圣物，相傳是耶穌遇難后包裹尸體的細(xì)亞麻布。600多年來，信徒們一致就它的真?zhèn)螁栴}爭論不休。某年，神學(xué)院的5名學(xué)員來到這里，他們看了這塊裹尸布后，各自發(fā)表了自己的見解。

甲：我認(rèn)為這件圣物是真的。如果是假的，它就不可能在600年內(nèi)一直被我們的教友所敬奉。

乙：我也認(rèn)為它是真的。耶穌釘死在十字架上，死時(shí)手腕與大腿流了不少血，現(xiàn)在我親眼看到它上面有斑斑血跡，可見它是真的了。

丙：我認(rèn)為它是假的。專家研究認(rèn)為，細(xì)亞麻布直到2世紀(jì)才出現(xiàn)，而耶穌是在公元一世紀(jì)受難，可見這塊細(xì)亞麻布不可能是圣物。

丁：我說不上它是真還是假。最好用“碳14同位素”測定一下它的年份，如果確實(shí)是公元一世紀(jì)的織品，那就可以肯定它是圣物了。
