成人本科學士學位英語統一考試 北京地區成人本科學士學位英語統一考試是成人高等教育本科（非外證書樣本語專業）學生獲得學士學位的必要條件之一。1991年北京市實施北京地區成人本科學士學位英語統一考試，為使這一考試更加規范，也使廣大考生能夠熟悉英語三級考試的內容、題型、難度及記分辦法，特制定本大綱。

成人英語三級統一考試的目的是為了檢測本地區成人教育系列中非外語專業的英語教學水平，保證成人本科畢業生學士學位的授予質量。成人英語教學的目的是培養學生具有較強的閱讀能力，一定的英漢互譯能力和初步的聽力能力，使他們能以英語為工具，獲取專業所需要的信息，并為進一步提高英語水平打下較好的基礎。為此，本考試主要考核學生運用語言的能力，重點是考核學生的閱讀能力以及對語法結構和詞語用法的熟練程度。成人英語三級是一種標準化考試，由于尚不具備口試條件，目前暫只進行筆試。考試范圍主要參照全日制文理科本科英語教學大綱所規定的一至三級除說的技能以外的大部分內容。在題型設計上，除英漢互譯部分是主觀性試題外，其余試題均采用客觀性的多項選擇題形式。待將來條件成熟時，再酌情增加聽力及短文寫作的內容。

為在哪個學校讀本科、申請學士學位，就在哪個學校報名參加英語統一考試。目前成人英語三級沒有全國統考，只是北京地區包括北京院校的遠程學員、所有中央電大的學員。成人高等教育本科畢業生外語統一考試費標準為每人 35 元（包含證書工本費）。本考試每年舉行兩次，分別在 4月和11月，考試時間為：9：00--11：00。

成人英語三級報考條件：在校成人本科生（專升本和高中升本科生）；已畢業學生在校期間未通過該考試的，畢業后一年內可以報名參加考試；網絡教育（遠程教育）和成人教育（繼續教育）、電大部分專業的學員在教學中心（或學習中體驗式英語教育先鋒美聯英語

成人學英語，沒有想象中那么“難”

成人學英語給人的感覺似乎是一條漫長的路，費時費勁，遙遙無期。其實未然，當你找到了成人學英語的獨特特點和方法后，學好英語就是水到渠成，順其自然的事情了，甚至還可以像小朋友那樣，在輕松愉快的氛圍中學好英文。

本人教成人英語已有七年時間了，雖談不上桃李滿天下，培訓過的學員也有近千人。我發現學好英語的成人學員都有其共同的特點，反之學不好的學員也有其共同的特點。結合我以往的教學經驗，我把這歸納起來和大家分享，相信會對廣大學習英語的朋友們有所幫助和啟發。

成人學習英文有以下幾個特點：

1、學習時間很有限，成人每天除了工作外，還要在家庭和一些必要的應酬上抽出時間，留給學習英語時間已所剩無幾了。

2、學習時間不固定，很難養成好的學習習慣，即每天都安排時間學習英文。大多數學習者都是有時間才去‘看看’英文，如果是出差或者業務旺季，往往就是“中斷”學習。這是英文學習的最大忌諱“三天打魚，兩天嗮網”。

3、學習英文的動力不足或目標不明確。

4、記憶力差，很難記得住單詞。

5、無法持續學習英文，把英文當成是一種任務和負擔，帶有濃厚的功利色彩

6、基礎不夠扎實

7、英語聽說能力要明顯弱于英語讀寫能力

針對這七大特點，我提出相對應的七大成人學習英文方法，簡稱七大功略，1、利用工作的零碎時間學習英文。我有個學員是在小欖制鎖廠做業務，工作非常忙，經常加班和出差，時間也不固定，是屬于最沒時間的那群人。可他的英文是班上學得最好的。去年他還去了法蘭克福參展，用他的話說完全可以用英文“搞掂”客戶。他學習的主要時間是利用一切可以利用的零碎時間，如在去客戶的路上和在等客戶的時候。他走到哪里都把英語學習資料放在包里，一有時間隨時拿出來復習。記得有一次我們班上組織去打羽毛球，中途休息時候他也在學習英文。可見，時間對于任何職場人士來是足夠的了，關鍵是在于自己如何高效利用時間。

2、為什么每天我們無論再忙，都有時間吃飯和睡覺。雖然經常聽到說我忙著連吃飯的時間都沒有了，而通常他們還是擠出時間吃了飯。我們把學英文的時間放在你每一天必須做的事情里，你每天肯定就有固定時間學英文了。比如：我告訴我學員你早上起床洗漱完畢了，不準出門和吃早餐，必須讀十五分鐘英語才可以;無論多晚睡覺，睡覺前閱讀十五分鐘英文才能睡。你知道養成這樣的習慣有多大好處嗎？你只要養成了這個習慣，學不好英文你找我。這么多年的教學實踐證明，凡是養成這種習慣的學員的英文都很好。道理很簡單，學英文的核心在于每天堅持，而不是在于你一段時間有多么刻苦。

3、我現在在開班的第一節課上肯定要做的事就是讓學員在紙上寫下你學好英文的十大理由，并給自己一個學好英文的期限和具體目標（如半年內記住3000個單詞，可以和老外面對面自由流暢交流半個小時）。若達成不了，給出自己一個懲罰（這個懲罰一定是讓自己覺得痛苦的），并作出公眾承諾，大家監督。我的一個學員承諾半年后出國出差不帶翻譯。如果在這半年內不學好英文，又不帶翻譯，就很有可能生意談不下來，造成巨大損失。因此，他這半年來學習非常用功，每次想偷懶和找借口的時候，他就想到自己所做的承諾。人是有惰性的，特別是在動力不足的情況下，很容易放棄，永遠不可能達成目標。但一旦學員明確自己的目標后，就會有無限動力，人就很容易做成一件事了，英語也就自然不在話下。

4、成人學員的記憶力沒有學生時代那么好，這是不爭的事實，但這對我們學好英文影響不大。道理很簡單，我們真正記住單詞不是看瞬間或一兩次記住，而是靠反復重復中記住。記性好很容易記住單詞，但如果不堅持重復復習，也是很容易忘記的。記住單詞最好的方法是從聽覺、視覺反復刺激，不斷重復。一次記的時間不要太長，重心放在重復上，這樣就能牢牢記住單詞。我經常教我學員用我在大學時背誦單詞的方法。把每天學的單詞抄在小紙條上，一有空就拿出來看，你每次看這些單詞的時間不到一分鐘，一天就可以看幾十遍，基本上單詞就能記住，然后持續一個星期反復復習，很多單詞我們就能牢牢記住，一輩子也不會忘記。記單詞不需要一次性花大量時間記住，即使記住了也會很快忘記。正確的方法是，“少吃多餐”，不斷短時間重復記憶。

5、無數人覺得學英文是一件很痛苦的事，因為他們把學英文和找到好工作、加薪、考試等聯系在一起了，帶有濃厚的功利性。殊不知，如果你把英文不僅僅看做是一種交流工具，而是看成是一種你的愛好，感覺就立刻不一樣了。你會覺得學英文是如此有趣的事情。什么東西最容易學會？答案很簡單，你喜歡的東西。你為什么不覺得打籃球，逛街很痛苦呢？因為那是你的愛好，You love it(你喜歡)。英語也可以成為任何人的愛好，你喜歡音樂，你可以聽英文歌曲;你喜歡看電影，你可以看英文電影；你喜歡交朋友，可以交很多外國朋友；

把英文融入到你的生活中，當成是你的生活的一部分，去享受它帶給你的樂趣，你的英文就在不知不覺中提高。

6、有段時間瘋狂英語風靡全國，大家無論基礎如何都在拼命喊英文。大家喊了幾年了，也喊累了，也該停下來證明下自己喊的效果了，可一和老外溝通還是停留在最簡單的層面上，無法做到思想上的交流。因為大家都犯了一個錯誤，沒有把基礎打好，就拼命地練聽說。我這里說的基礎，是指的是語音和語法。現在的語音教材比較亂，都沒有系統地區分國際音標和美國音標，這就導致了后面學習的聽力障礙。扎實的語音基礎不僅僅是看了單詞的音標準確讀出單詞，也不僅是說出的英文老外聽得懂，還要能清楚聽懂美式和英式英語。另一項重要的基礎是語法。語法基礎沒打好，說出來的英文是沒有思想的。有些人也許不以為然，老外自己說英文都有語法錯誤，只要能聽懂就可以了，這么在乎語法有必要嗎？如果單從句子來說，一個句子有點語法錯誤是不會造成理解偏差，但這不能說明語法的不重要。語法，是遣詞造句的游戲規則，是英美人的思維方式體現。語法基礎不好，你就不能按照英美人的思維方式去表達，英美人就不能夠把握住你的思想。有了語音和語法基礎后，我們再練習聽說就會起到事半功倍的效果。

7、我們很多學員是做外貿和跟單的，閱讀和回復客戶的郵件是沒有什么太大的問題。但他們恐懼的是打電話給客戶或接客戶的電話，因為經常在電話中無法聽懂客戶的英語，或不知如何表達。這是一個極其普遍的現象，究其原因就是我們練的機會太少。我們要每天給自己一點時間去練習聽說。為什么他們閱讀和回復客戶郵件沒問題，因為他們每天都在做這件事。而他們說和聽英文是不經常的，兩三個月才一兩次。那在周圍沒有老外的環境中，怎么練聽說呢？我教大家一個簡單實用的方法，看英文電影。前三遍不準看字幕，只專注于聽，聽懂多少算多少。第四遍，可以看字幕，把字幕中不懂的單詞記下來，通過查字典弄懂。然后繼續聽，聽到基本聽懂為止，這個過程要五六十遍，甚至一百倍，我有過這個經歷。當你吃透了一部電影了，你的聽力就迅速提高。練口語，通過模仿和背誦電影臺詞就這一個動作，你的口語迅速提升。我有個學員堅持五部電影后，口語聽力基本過關，電話上和客戶溝通沒有任何障礙。雖然我們身在國內，但我們身邊到處都是語言環境，英文電影就是最原汁原味的語言環境，利用好他，英語聽說不再是個問題。
