什么是個人隱私

姓名權

財產所有權

社會上的財產十分豐富，按照歸屬劃分，有的屬于個人所有，有的屬于集體所有，有的屬于國家所有。

什么是財產所有權？

財產所有權是指所有人依法對自己的財產享有占有、使用、收益和處分的權利。

? 占有權：對財產的實際控制權，是所有人行駛所有權的前提和基礎。

? 使用權：根據財產的性能和用途加以利用的權利。? 收益權：使用財產取得經濟效益的權利。? 處分權：在法律允許的范圍內處理自己財產的權利，即公民決定其財產的命運的權利。

我國法律對財產所有權的保護方式主要有兩種：

①通過民事法律手段保護公民合法財產的所有權，這是最普遍的做法。

②通過刑事法律手段保護公民合法財產的所有權，這是最嚴厲也是最有效的保護方法。

當公民的合法財產受到侵犯時，公民有權向人民法院提起訴訟，請求確認所有權、請求恢復原狀、請求排除防害、請求賠償損失等方式予以保護。
