本文提出了一種基于改進粒子群算法和混沌神經網絡相結合的電力系統負荷預測的方法。針對傳統的粒子群算法精度低、易發散等缺點，同時采用線性遞減慣性權重和壓縮因子，結合遺傳算法交叉變異對其進行改進。利用粒子群優化算法優化出混沌神經網絡的權值和閾值，然后利用得到的權值和閾值，對輸入神經網絡的負荷值進行預測，得到預測日的相應時刻負荷值。最后通過實際應用，采用MATLAB編程實現預測模型，證明該方法有較高的預測精度和較好的準確性，具備一定的實際應用價值。本論文的創新點在于：

（1）提出了一種改進粒子群算法和混沌神經網絡相結合的負荷預測方法；

（2）同時采用線性遞減慣性權重和壓縮因子，結合遺傳算法交叉變異對傳統的粒子群算法進行改進，克服了其精度低、易發散等缺點；

（3）利用混沌神經網絡對日負荷進行預測，采用MATLAB仿真實現。

投稿信格式

1.投稿信的概念及其作用

投稿信，是個人或集體（寫作集體）向報刊、電臺或電視臺投送稿件時寫的專用書信。它一般隨稿件同時寄發。投稿信，主要是介紹作者自己和稿件的有關情況，給對方考慮是否采用稿件時作參考。

2.投稿信的寫作格式

投稿信的寫作格式與一般書信相同，只是內容側重點不同，所寫事項更明確、更單一。

（1）第一行頂格寫對方的稱呼，如“《××× ×》雜志編輯部”、“編輯同志”、或“×× ×編輯同志”。

（2）開頭。另起一行，空兩格寫問候語，如“你好”、“您好”或“你們好”。

（3）正文。正文的內容應根據具體情況來寫，主要是介紹自己稿件的有關情況。一般應反映出以下幾方面內容：

①表示對對方刊物、欄目的關注之情，并作出誠摯、中肯的評價，切忌措辭唐突或過分溢美之詞。

②如實介紹自己的有關情況。

③寫明投稿的緣由和稿件的有關情況。

④希望對方對稿件提出寶貴意見。
