COVER LETTER（投稿信）實用指南

1、什么是cover letter？

指的是投稿信

2、cover letter的內容主要包括那些？

應該簡述所投稿件的核心內容、主要發現和意義，擬投期刊，對稿件處理有無特殊要求等（如“not to review” list）。另外，請附上主要作者的中文姓名、通訊地址、電話、傳真和e-mail地址。此外有的雜志要求推薦幾位審稿人及其聯系方式。以及誰已經閱讀過該文。

3、如何寫cover letter？

各個雜志的具體要求是不一樣的，在雜志的guide for authors一般會有要求。如果沒有具體的要求，大家可按照通用要求處理。

本文提出了一種基于改進粒子群算法和混沌神經網絡相結合的電力系統負荷預測的方法。針對傳統的粒子群算法精度低、易發散等缺點，同時采用線性遞減慣性權重和壓縮因子，結合遺傳算法交叉變異對其進行改進。利用粒子群優化算法優化出混沌神經網絡的權值和閾值，然后利用得到的權值和閾值，對輸入神經網絡的負荷值進行預測，得到預測日的相應時刻負荷值。最后通過實際應用，采用MATLAB編程實現預測模型，證明該方法有較高的預測精度和較好的準確性，具備一定的實際應用價值。本論文的創新點在于：

（1）提出了一種改進粒子群算法和混沌神經網絡相結合的負荷預測方法；

（2）同時采用線性遞減慣性權重和壓縮因子，結合遺傳算法交叉變異對傳統的粒子群算法進行改進，克服了其精度低、易發散等缺點；

（3）利用混沌神經網絡對日負荷進行預測，采用MATLAB仿真實現。
