大一很快過(guò)去了。在下半學(xué)期的的學(xué)習(xí)生活中,我有很多收獲。
這學(xué)期開(kāi)設(shè)的課程多了,因此學(xué)到的知識(shí)就多了。開(kāi)設(shè)的C語(yǔ)言,大學(xué)物理,電路等課程,讓我的知識(shí)范圍有擴(kuò)大的很多。我們知道知識(shí)就是財(cái)富,知識(shí)越豐富就能擁有更大的創(chuàng)造潛能。在這里積累的知識(shí)越多就越能促進(jìn)日后的發(fā)展。這學(xué)期我在長(zhǎng)大,懂得了認(rèn)真和責(zé)任。大學(xué)是促進(jìn)自身發(fā)展的重要階段,培養(yǎng)和塑造自我的重要階段,利用好學(xué)校提供的各種資源促進(jìn)自身的發(fā)展。

轉(zhuǎn)眼大一一年即將過(guò)去了,擔(dān)任了一年的宣傳委員,我對(duì)自己的本職工作有了進(jìn)一步的了解。能夠及時(shí)的配合區(qū)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)、團(tuán)支書(shū)指派的任務(wù),對(duì)區(qū)隊(duì)里的寫(xiě)實(shí)工作做了完整的總結(jié)。我認(rèn)為,宣傳委員不僅是配合老師做好班級(jí)的工作,還是調(diào)節(jié)班級(jí)氣氛,溝通同學(xué)之間感情的橋梁。在必要的時(shí)候做好宣傳,使同學(xué)們?cè)诎鄷?huì)上積極地發(fā)表自己的看法和意見(jiàn),及時(shí)的了解同學(xué)們的意見(jiàn),適時(shí)地解決他們所提的問(wèn)題。
在這一學(xué)期的學(xué)習(xí)生活中,學(xué)院及班里組織了許多活動(dòng),促進(jìn)了同學(xué)們之間的感情,首先是三月份的學(xué)習(xí)雷鋒精神活動(dòng),同學(xué)們都積極參加,不僅學(xué)習(xí)其精神所在,還能夠應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐,做好事為貧困山區(qū)的孩子捐物資,捐獻(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)用品,還有的同學(xué)在學(xué)院里免費(fèi)提供理發(fā)服務(wù),充分體現(xiàn)了大學(xué)生的人文素質(zhì)。隨后就是四月份的一系列護(hù)肝活動(dòng),同學(xué)們都全力配合,學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)知識(shí)和參與相應(yīng)的活動(dòng),使我們的宣傳活動(dòng)能夠順利進(jìn)行。再次就是心理健康宣傳周,通過(guò)活動(dòng)我們都更加注意同學(xué)們的心理問(wèn)題,并能夠及時(shí)解決,使同學(xué)們能夠安心快樂(lè)的在學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)、生活。最后就是紀(jì)念建團(tuán)九十周年的活動(dòng),了解了有關(guān)我們團(tuán)的一些知識(shí),很有啟發(fā)。另外我們平時(shí)也都進(jìn)行了一些娛樂(lè)類(lèi)的活動(dòng),增進(jìn)了同學(xué)們之間的感情,增加了班集體之間的凝聚力,獲得了圓滿(mǎn)的成功。班里還成功的組織了幾次以學(xué)習(xí),團(tuán)結(jié)等為主題的班會(huì),讓同學(xué)們指出班委存在的問(wèn)題,也指出了區(qū)隊(duì)所面臨的問(wèn)題,最后又給這些問(wèn)題提出了中懇的解決方法,從而使我們整個(gè)集體向正確的方向發(fā)展,這些班會(huì)也使同學(xué)們的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,區(qū)隊(duì)集體觀增強(qiáng)。
在這學(xué)期的活動(dòng)中,不論是號(hào)召宣傳還是參與其中,我都享受到了無(wú)窮的樂(lè)趣,也放松了心情。同時(shí)我知道了如何更好地做好工作,如何和區(qū)隊(duì)委、團(tuán)委有效地分工合作,如何和同學(xué)們溝通交流并且做好他們的思想工作。雖然整體上還行,但我的工作也同樣存在不足之處,有時(shí)候大家不主動(dòng)支持配合我的工作,讓我知道了自己宣傳能力方面不行,同時(shí)在溝通與交流方面還存在不足,我會(huì)在以后的工作中積極改進(jìn),力爭(zhēng)把不足之處改進(jìn)。與此同時(shí),我也會(huì)將區(qū)隊(duì)中存在的不足給同學(xué)們指出并一同改進(jìn)。這個(gè)學(xué)期快結(jié)束了,在下一學(xué)期里,我希望我們區(qū)隊(duì)能夠繼續(xù)保持良好的風(fēng)氣,使之能體現(xiàn)我們區(qū)隊(duì)的良好風(fēng)貌。每個(gè)人都有自己的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),我們應(yīng)該互相取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短。既然擔(dān)任了宣傳委員,就應(yīng)該盡心盡責(zé)地去做,相信我會(huì)做得更好!

大一下學(xué)期期末總結(jié)
——新的認(rèn)識(shí),新的開(kāi)始 隨著又一次高考的結(jié)束,我在青島大學(xué)旅游學(xué)院三班的工作也即將告一段落。在這個(gè)特別的時(shí)期,想總結(jié)一下我長(zhǎng)久以來(lái)的工作,以及自身的不足,幫助自己更快提高。
大一即將結(jié)束,大二即將到來(lái);即將告別東校區(qū)的我們,也將在中心再聚。作為2010級(jí)旅游學(xué)院三班的一名文體委員,也將在大二進(jìn)行新的選舉。
大一,給我的印象太深刻了,從大一上學(xué)期的軍訓(xùn)、班委選舉、十七五團(tuán)會(huì),到這個(gè)學(xué)期的宿舍文化節(jié)、春季運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)、導(dǎo)游之星,各種大小活動(dòng),同學(xué)們都從中獲得了不同感受,而我,也在成長(zhǎng),在不同的言論下成長(zhǎng),在各種活動(dòng)中成長(zhǎng)。其實(shí),要組織一個(gè)活動(dòng)真的很不容易,而要讓每個(gè)人都真心自愿的參加活動(dòng)更是難上加難,畢竟不能做到滿(mǎn)足每個(gè)人的要求,而有些同學(xué)的逆反情緒更是具有巨大的影響力,安撫情緒也是我必須完成的任務(wù)。一方面,配合學(xué)院活動(dòng),組織同學(xué)參與活動(dòng)是我的本職;另一方面,安撫同學(xué)們的不滿(mǎn)情緒也是我的責(zé)任。為人處世真的是很不容易,有很多要忍,有很多要做,有很多要學(xué),也有很多路要走!我,正在努力!
同上個(gè)學(xué)期大同小異,在擔(dān)任這個(gè)學(xué)期的文體委員中,我做的最多的事仍然是組織同學(xué)們參加活動(dòng),但感受到了同學(xué)們的情緒與上個(gè)學(xué)期有很大差異。在很多活動(dòng)中,同學(xué)們的逆反情緒越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重,而我也要忍的也越來(lái)越多。不可否認(rèn),同學(xué)們已經(jīng)厭倦了那些流于形式的活動(dòng),但我只想說(shuō),我也很為難,只期望你們配合!也許,在這些方面我做的還不夠好,但也只能請(qǐng)你們多多包涵。未來(lái),就算我不擔(dān)任班委了,我也是無(wú)怨無(wú)悔的,因?yàn)椋遗α恕?/p>
從這個(gè)學(xué)期來(lái)看,雖然同學(xué)們的積極性有所下降,但總的來(lái)說(shuō),三班依然積極,依然是最棒的。在這樣的班級(jí)中擔(dān)當(dāng)文體委員,我感到的是自豪與驕傲,當(dāng)然,壓力也是巨大的,三班的每個(gè)同學(xué)都是那么的優(yōu)秀,誰(shuí)都可以擔(dān)任文體委員,而我,又有很多不足的地方需要改進(jìn),所以我還在不停的學(xué)習(xí)總結(jié)中。同樣的,這個(gè)學(xué)期我仍然感到合作的力量是巨大的。沒(méi)有同學(xué)們的配合,沒(méi)有班委之間的合作,任何工作都無(wú)法開(kāi)展,而要學(xué)會(huì)利用這種合作帶來(lái)的力量是困難的,我至今都未學(xué)會(huì)如何利用這種合作的力量。
我曾經(jīng)就說(shuō)過(guò),我是個(gè)追求完美的人,從某種程度上說(shuō),我絕對(duì)稱(chēng)得上是一個(gè)完美主義者,絕不打無(wú)準(zhǔn)備之仗,要做就做到最好,要不就不做,這就是我一直都很執(zhí)著的原因,這也是我的性格特點(diǎn)吧!
在這個(gè)學(xué)期的工作中,我仍然做著我最本職的工作——為同學(xué)們服務(wù)!組織同學(xué)們參加春季運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì),為文明班級(jí)比賽組織同學(xué)們排練及其編排工作,充分了解同學(xué)們?cè)趯W(xué)習(xí)高數(shù)上的困難之處,然后及時(shí)向數(shù)學(xué)老師反映,幫助同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí),提高成績(jī)。但不足的是,由于這個(gè)學(xué)期學(xué)校活動(dòng)較多,考慮到同學(xué)們的情緒,并想讓同學(xué)們能有時(shí)間休息,所以上個(gè)學(xué)期計(jì)劃的班級(jí)活動(dòng)未能實(shí)現(xiàn),這是我最大的遺憾,只希望能在大二實(shí)現(xiàn),我一定會(huì)策劃一個(gè)有意義的活動(dòng)!通過(guò)這個(gè)學(xué)期對(duì)班委更深層次的認(rèn)識(shí),我有了一些新的認(rèn)識(shí)。我不在要求自己一味忍讓?zhuān)鳛橐粋€(gè)班委,除了要考慮同學(xué)們的感受,也要讓同學(xué)們了解自己的想法,這樣同學(xué)們才能更團(tuán)結(jié),一個(gè)班才能有更強(qiáng)的凝聚力。這就是我對(duì)大學(xué)的新認(rèn)識(shí)!在做好自己的同時(shí),也就什么都做好了!
當(dāng)一個(gè)人有了新的認(rèn)識(shí)的時(shí)候,就意味著一個(gè)新的開(kāi)始。而我新的開(kāi)始即將在大二來(lái)臨時(shí)也隨即而來(lái),在以后的生活中,我會(huì)瞄準(zhǔn)目標(biāo),堅(jiān)定前進(jìn)的腳步,決不后退!
亞男學(xué)姐曾說(shuō),“雪瀅一看就是一個(gè)堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的人”,這句話我一直記在心里,也一直這么做著。沒(méi)錯(cuò),我就是一個(gè)堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的人,一個(gè)不服輸,自有想法的人。當(dāng)然我也永遠(yuǎn)記得爸爸對(duì)我說(shuō)過(guò)的話,“多做事,少說(shuō)話”,話多,也算是我的一個(gè)缺點(diǎn),因?yàn)檎f(shuō)多錯(cuò)多,不經(jīng)意間,我也就得罪了一些人,這是我需要改進(jìn)的地方。我清醒的認(rèn)識(shí)到!

大一下學(xué)期期末工作總結(jié)
再不知不覺(jué)中,我們就這樣走過(guò)了大一。下一學(xué)年,將是我們?cè)趯W(xué)校里的最后一年。自從擔(dān)任我們班的心理委員以來(lái),我一直按照學(xué)校和學(xué)院的有關(guān)規(guī)定來(lái)要求自己,熱心的服務(wù)同學(xué),敏銳觀察并及時(shí)記錄本班學(xué)生的心理變化動(dòng)態(tài),對(duì)于有心理問(wèn)題的同學(xué)要及時(shí)上報(bào)給學(xué)院的負(fù)責(zé)心理健康教育工作的老師,并根據(jù)程度,進(jìn)行一些必要的干預(yù),從而幫助這些同學(xué)解決心理上的問(wèn)題。為了做好心理聯(lián)絡(luò)員,我也做了些努力:通過(guò)閱讀書(shū)籍以及參加學(xué)校組織的培訓(xùn)提高自己的心理素養(yǎng);搞好和同學(xué)之間的關(guān)系,成為他們知心信任的朋友;比較密切地和有選擇性地予辦理一些同學(xué)進(jìn)行溝通,及時(shí)地了解到班里一些同學(xué)的心理狀況,并取得良好的效果;及時(shí)了解一些心理方面的知識(shí),以及學(xué)校在這些方面的一些措施和政策,并且還與其它班的心理聯(lián)絡(luò)員進(jìn)行相互交流和學(xué)習(xí)。
在這一年中,我發(fā)現(xiàn)同學(xué)們?cè)谶m應(yīng)大學(xué)生活中主要有以下幾個(gè)方面的困難:一是剛進(jìn)入大學(xué)時(shí)對(duì)周?chē)h(huán)境和老師的教學(xué)方式的不適應(yīng)而陷入心理困境(最主要的);二是因日常小事和與同學(xué)的人際交往不順利而產(chǎn)生一時(shí)的心理不適;三是因男女交往障礙或戀愛(ài)受挫而產(chǎn)生心理矛盾;四是對(duì)自我成長(zhǎng)的關(guān)注和對(duì)未來(lái)的道路的不確定性而產(chǎn)生的心理困惑。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,我想了一些辦法。就第一個(gè)問(wèn)題:我找了一些有關(guān)這方面的資料給大家看;就第二個(gè)問(wèn)題:我和這些同學(xué)談過(guò),從而幫助他們?nèi)谌胛覀儼噙@個(gè)集體;就第三個(gè)問(wèn)題:我也是采取心理交流的方式,讓他們更好的領(lǐng)會(huì)愛(ài)情的真諦,從而能更好的去面對(duì);就第四個(gè)問(wèn)題:我從網(wǎng)上,學(xué)長(zhǎng)們等一些地方了解了相關(guān)的信息,幫助大家理解和認(rèn)識(shí)未來(lái)。
總體來(lái)說(shuō),上一學(xué)年的工作比較順利地完成了,我從中獲得了很大的收獲,同時(shí)我也非常樂(lè)意去幫助大家,希望在今后的工作中,我能保持著應(yīng)有的熱情去服務(wù)同學(xué),使每一個(gè)同學(xué)都能保持良好的心理狀態(tài)去過(guò)好自己的大學(xué)生活。
