新疆兵團2011年職稱英語考試網上報名時間為：2010年12月5日－25日。

根據《關于做好兵團2011年度全國專業技術人員職稱外語等級統一考試考務工作的通知》規定，新疆兵團2011年職稱英語考試網上報名時間為：2010年12月5日－25日。

新疆兵團2011年職稱英語考試應考或免考人員范圍

按兵團人事局《關于完善專業技術人員職稱外語考試有關問題的通知》（兵人發[2007]55號）文件執行。

一、應考人員范圍

在一、二、三類地區工作的專業技術人員。

二、免考人員范圍

1、在四、五、六類地區工作的專業技術人員；

2、在一、二、三類地區工作，符合下列條件之一的人員，可免于職稱外語考試。

（1）申報各系列初級職稱的專業技術人員；

（2）農牧團場及不在師部所在地的師屬單位的各類專業技術人員；

（3）截止申報當年12月31日，男滿55周歲，女滿50周歲的專業技術人員；

（4）在施工企業（不含監理和房地產開發公司）中從事工程建設施工及在測繪、勘探專業崗位上工作，任職期間長期在野外從事測繪、勘探、工程建設施工的專業技術人員（申報高級職稱累計2.5年，申報中級職稱累計2年）；

（5）從事具有中國特色、民族傳統的臨床中醫藥、民族醫藥工藝美術、古籍整理、歷史時期考古等專業技術工作的人員；

（6）具有國家認定的相應留學經歷的專業技術人員；

（7）取得外語（民語）專業大學專科及以上學歷，并從事本專業工作的專業技術人員；

（8）取得碩士以上學位的專業技術人員；

（9）參加國家統一組織的外語水平考試，取得合格證書的專業技術人員；

（10）參加BFT考試，高級合格者可免于職稱外語考試，中級合格者可免于職稱外語B、C級考試，初級合格者可免于職稱外語C級考試；

（11）有本民族語言且在民語中學初中、高中畢業的少數民族，參加國家統一組織的“HSK中國漢語水平”考試，9-11級成績合格者，可免于職稱外語考試；6-8級成績合格者，在申報中級職稱時，可免于職稱外語考試；

（12）從兵師兩級機關調動到各類企事業單位，自調動當年起工作三年之內的專業技術人員；

（13）享受政府特殊津貼專家；“新世紀百千萬人才工程” 國家級人選；人事部、農業部有突出貢獻的中青年科學、技術、管理專家；管理期內的省級專家。

三、級別要求

1、參加A級考試的專業技術人員：

（1）申報正高級職稱的人員；

（2）高校教師、科研、衛生、工程系列中申報副高級職稱的人員；

（3）申報高級國際商務師的人員。

2、參加B級考試的專業技術人員：

（1）高校教師、科研、衛生、工程系列中申報中級職稱的人員；

（2）高校教師、科研、衛生、工程系列以外申報副高級職稱的人員；

（3）未分正副高級資格的系列中申報高級職稱的人員。

3、參加C級考試的專業技術人員：

高校教師、科研、衛生、工程系列以外申報中級職稱的人員。

四、類別要求

職稱外語考試中，英語分綜合、衛生、理工三個類別：

1、高校教師、科研、工程系列中，理工類的專業技術人員參加“理工類”考試；

2、醫療衛生行業的各類專業技術人員參加“衛生類”考試；

3、其它專業的專業技術人員參加“綜合類”考試。

五、有效期限

取得國家級合格證書或考試成績達到全國通用標準，且符合所申報（包括轉評和申報第二職稱）職稱系列的級別和類別要求者，其考試成績長期有效，否則，考試成績當年有效。

六、成績使用：

凡專業技術職務任職資格《評審條件》中有外語要求的系列（專業），申報評審、考核認定中、高級職稱的專業技術人員，均應參加相應的職稱外（漢）語考試且達到相應的分數要求。通過全國統一考試獲得專業技術資格的人員，職稱外（漢）語考試作為聘任專業技術職務的必備條件。

七、其它

1、有本民族語言且在民語中學初中、高中畢業的少數民族，可參加自治區舉行的職稱漢語考試。

2、符合“免考人員范圍”（第1條及第2條（1）、（2）款除外）規定的人員，必須填寫《職稱外語考試免考審批表》，并提供相關的證明材料。師屬單位的專業技術人員，由各師職改辦審批；兵直單位申報高級職稱的專業技術人員由兵團職改辦審批，申報中級職稱的專業技術人員由兵團各專業技術職務系列職改辦審批。

3、本通知自下發之日起執行，過去所發文件與本通知不一致的，以本通知為準。

心得

1、詞匯選項（15分）。這類題基本是送分題，只要找到一個好的英語詞典

就可以了，最好是有近、反義詞那種。還有一個要注意的問題是為了加快查詞速度，詞典最好體積不要太大（64K那種就可以），如果字典太厚太大單純拿字典都累得不行，查單詞速度就明顯得打折。

2、閱讀判斷。這類題一般較難，也就7分。記得哪個老師說過，這類題花太多時間不值得，除非你有足夠時間。正如那個老師說的那樣，這道題就蒙吧，一般選6對1錯，或6錯1對，也就是對對對錯對對對或錯錯錯對錯錯錯。為什么，聽說如果連著四道題答案一樣，閱卷時可能認為你是蒙或者....，不給分。

3、概括大意與完成句子(8分)。這類題一般也比較難。記住老外寫文章，經常全文中心是短文的第一句，每段第一句是該段的中心，把握住這個，好多問題基本就好解決了，做這類題，同樣也不要花太多時間。

4、閱讀理解。這一部分分值45分。一般有當年教材上一道原題。做這類題，平時要多閱讀，不一定要每個單詞，每個句子都搞明白，老外寫文章，經常用這樣的結構：文章中心→舉例→作者觀點，正如第3題說的那樣，全文中心是短文的第一句，但一定要注意轉折詞如but、allthowt等（呵呵，不要鉆牛角尖）。考試時注意目的是拿分不是學習研究文章，我的方法是先看短文后的問題，然后帶著問題去閱讀，同時注意題后的問題在文章中的答案一般有順序，也就是第二題的答案一般在第一題和第三題答案在文章位置的中間。

5、補全短文(10分)。我做這道題的方法比較簡單，也就是看一些關鍵詞（如前面有the first,那后面必有second,也就是類似中文中一方面....另一方面，因為......所以，雖然....但是等等），另外還有許多老師經常說的合并同類項（從侯選答案中查找與該段有關系或相同的單詞）

6、完型填空（15分）。這道題一般是教材中當年新補充的原題，但不要記憶原文中的空白處的ABCD，而一定要記住全文，因為雖說是原文，但填空的位置試題和原題一般會不一樣。比如考A，最笨的辦法為將教材中最后5篇文章全部背下來，呵呵，15分比較靠譜。

從整個試題結構來看，一般第1、6題的30分應該全部拿下，接著就是第4題，因為一般有教材中一道原題，只要你能把教材中所有短文全閱讀一次，其中的15分是拿定了，也就是說到現在45分是沒問題了，閱讀理解其余兩道爭取認真閱讀做答，再拿（或蒙）15份應該不成問題，至此60分，基本通過了。另外，2、3、5這三道題，即使你不會做，一定要全部填上，如果運氣好的話，這三道題25分蒙對10~15分問題也是不大的。

第五篇：職稱英語考試心得

提前半年時間準備復習，重點是背單詞和做模擬題。

1、背單詞的目的是為了考試時做閱讀理解速度加快，而不把時間浪費在查字典上。職稱英語考試的單詞范圍與大學英語六級的單詞范圍幾乎相等。但是職稱英語考試是可以查字典的，所以沒必要對詞匯投入太大精力，實際考試時查字典可以讓你將詞匯題輕松搞定。

2、做模擬題的目的是為了提高對題型的熟悉程度，使自己能盡快進入臨戰狀態，并能隨時了解自己的缺陷，以便有針對地提高。職稱英語考試與大學英語四六級考試相比，多了閱讀判斷、段落大意、補全短文三個新題型，這是一定要做模擬題去熟悉的。

考場經驗

1、先做分數多的題，并盡力保證正確性。如閱讀理解，每題3分;補全短文，每題2分。

2、閱讀理解。做閱讀理解時，先看題，再讀文章，最后再做題，以更有針對性的了解題目需要解決的問題。甚至有的題只憑生活經驗、題感和各題信息的相互參照就可以做出。

3、完型填空。先憑語感不看選項，當作填空題試做，選后再看選項驗證。另外，先將有把握的做出，再做拿不準的。

4、閱讀判斷題。對與錯皆好判斷，關鍵是“not mentioned”。“not mentioned”實際相當于“半對半錯”——即據原文推理，題目的說法可能正確也可能錯誤。

5、補全短文。先細讀各選項，理解其含義;再讀短文，每填一空，逐項嘗試使用各個選項。

6、用好詞典。不要總是借用詞典的作用，盡量只查關鍵詞語，節省時間。攜帶的詞典一定要翻起來順手，盡量選用小詞典，防止查閱時浪費時間

第一天把雅思詞匯真經很快的過了一遍，發現有六級/考研詞匯的同學，就可以跳過詞匯，直接開始單項訓練了

其實我基本上全部時間都用來準備聽力和閱讀，接下來頭兩天就看how to prepare for ielts的聽力和閱讀，了解雅思考試基本題型，做了這本書后面的模擬閱讀，錯得有點離譜，也著實沒有找到亞斯閱讀的竅門，吃虧很大

然后第四天開始做劍1體驗模擬套題的感覺，聽力和閱讀都有過8分，大部分是6分甚至更低，這個時候慢慢摸索出閱讀和聽力的感覺，聽的時候把覺得有疑問的地方做個記號，聽完以后馬上看tapescripts，那個很人性化，別人把對應的題目編號都寫出來了，研究一下，還是有不少規律，這個方面我沒有找別的資料，估計網上有的材料已經很完備了，不過技巧是次要的，關鍵是多聽。

做完劍1感覺還是很不穩定，于是開始看insight 和 extra，我只看正文，后面的supplimentary基本不看，凡是涉及多人活動或者不是有關考試的，與題目題型相差較遠的內容統統不看，這兩本書里面所有的test tip絕對是真經，要注意。由于做過了劍1，對自己的薄弱環節有了基本了解，現在看insght和extra就是有針對性地提高，聽力就是熟悉題型，閱讀就是訓練定位能力。

然后就是劍3、4、5、6連續做，從3開始嘗試閱讀不再讀正文，直接做題（考試的時候我也是如此），正確率和速度有明顯提高，從劍1的超時，到基本穩定在一套閱讀50分鐘內完成（我考試的時候，大概留了5分鐘檢查，所以平時留下10分鐘是比較必要的），做到劍5時遇上生病，閱讀沒有做，只作了聽力，由于考點在外地，劍6是在火車上做的，聽力基本保持在8分以上，閱讀不是很好，主要錯在幾個編號題，這種題型實在需要很集中注意力才能完成。基本上倒數4天，只要不做題我就會反復聽所有的聽力，只聽真題，包括睡覺的時候也聽，主要是熟悉節奏和音調，也順便復習題型。

最后用來復習作文和口語的時間只有1天半，沒有時間動手了，于是就匆匆看了insight和extra的作文指導，然后就是花了一晚上時間研究劍6的作文，仔細看范文的結構，結果最后考試，兩個作文都可以在劍6找到原型，也花了一些時間上網下載很多作文常用句型之類的資料，這個時候就是在腦子里面留下印象，期望在考試的時候能組織出來，考試的時候應該是第一次動手寫雅思作文，因此只有6分我一點也不奇怪，而且也是壓著時間完成的，我沒有先寫task2，而是正常順序，t1結果花了我25分鐘，t2結尾就非常倉促。

口語我是當天下午5點半考，上午考完，下午開始復習，主要就是拿8.18的全國口語回憶匯總，一個個模擬練習

真題我從來不做二遍，但是會仔細研究，聽力的tapescript絕對重要，我個人覺得與其看機經，不如花時間研究真題，我什么機經都沒有看過。

總的來說復習時間很緊，雖然有一點基礎，但是這個成績也體現了自己的問題，把大致經歷寫下來，希望能對烤鴨們有所幫助。
