our earth is so beautiful.i love our earth.i love four seasons in a year,too.that’s all.thank you very much.之所以把孩子送到棗林學(xué)校讀書(shū),我想應(yīng)該是經(jīng)過(guò)深思熟慮,多方考察才做出的決定。這是對(duì)我們莫大的信任——您把孩子的前途寄希望到了棗林學(xué)校這片土地上。那么,我校到底有哪些地方贏得了大家的信任?招生老師告訴您的是否體現(xiàn)在了孩子的學(xué)習(xí)生活中了呢?下面我就來(lái)簡(jiǎn)單介紹我校的辦學(xué)成果和教育特色。
(一)、辦學(xué)成果
建校以來(lái),憑借雄厚的師資力量和良好的教學(xué)環(huán)境,我校每年向浚縣一中輸送了數(shù)德才兼?zhèn)涞膬?yōu)秀學(xué)子。學(xué)校因此而被數(shù)體教育取得了豐碩的成果。
(二)、我校的辦學(xué)特色:
1.嚴(yán)格管理。這是我校的立校之本和光榮傳統(tǒng),也是九年來(lái)學(xué)校不斷向前發(fā)展的根本保證。我校除制訂了科學(xué)全面的學(xué)生管理?xiàng)l例外,還特別強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生必須遵守的校規(guī)校紀(jì)。嚴(yán)格管理在我校還主要體現(xiàn)在我們的“全員管理”上。所謂全員管理就是每一個(gè)老師都參與到學(xué)生日常德育管理之中。
2.素質(zhì)教育。我校的素質(zhì)教育不僅體現(xiàn)在課堂上,還展現(xiàn)于校園生活的方方面面。
3.校園文化和班級(jí)文化。為培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)21世紀(jì)的新型人才,我校向來(lái)注重對(duì)學(xué)生自主管理能力的培養(yǎng)。為此,學(xué)校要求學(xué)生每周上交兩張最好的鋼筆字和兩篇作文。提高學(xué)生的字體和寫(xiě)作能力。班級(jí)板報(bào)留給學(xué)生去辦,老師作為指導(dǎo),像我們班的板報(bào)都是學(xué)生班的。
二、教學(xué)改革開(kāi)展情況。
學(xué)校是教學(xué)育人的地方,學(xué)習(xí)是學(xué)生的主業(yè)。下面就給大家談?wù)?/p>
我校的教學(xué)改革情況。我校在教育理念和教學(xué)方式上堅(jiān)決否定很多重點(diǎn)中學(xué)奉行的單一精英教育和應(yīng)試教育,而推行全面型的教育,根據(jù)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)和個(gè)人特長(zhǎng),充分考慮家長(zhǎng)和孩子的需求,真正體現(xiàn)了以人為本的教育理念,因材施教,提倡和實(shí)施自主學(xué)習(xí)的“棗林學(xué)校新課堂”教學(xué)改革。新課堂之“新”的內(nèi)涵——
1.“六個(gè)鼓勵(lì)”:鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生預(yù)習(xí)、鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生合作學(xué)習(xí)、鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生質(zhì)疑問(wèn)難、鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生當(dāng)小老師、鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生建錯(cuò)題集、鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生自擬試題并交換測(cè)驗(yàn)。
2.課堂“五要素”: 學(xué)生|教 師

5、組織面批,安排補(bǔ)弱。3.培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣:學(xué)習(xí)四項(xiàng)禁令:禁止抄襲作業(yè)、禁止拖欠作業(yè)、禁止考試作弊、禁止擾亂課堂。新課堂真正擺脫了老式的“滿堂灌”的教學(xué)方法,而充分體現(xiàn)出以學(xué)生為主、調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,主動(dòng)性,讓學(xué)生在自主、快樂(lè)中學(xué)習(xí)、將學(xué)習(xí)變成一種享受。受到學(xué)生、老師、和家長(zhǎng)的廣泛認(rèn)同。
三、下面我向您匯報(bào)我的班級(jí)管理理念和開(kāi)學(xué)以來(lái)我們班的總體狀況。
我經(jīng)常和學(xué)生說(shuō):你要做一個(gè)正直,善良,腳踏實(shí)地的人,做事
要堅(jiān)持,要做就做最好,你在我心里永遠(yuǎn)是孩子。
在我的心目中,初一(2)班是一個(gè)團(tuán)結(jié)向上,拼搏進(jìn)取的集體。課堂上學(xué)生認(rèn)真聽(tīng)講,舉手發(fā)言,課下與老師是朋友,心靈傾訴,情感交流;與同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)上你追我趕,公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng),生活中互相關(guān)心,互相幫助。
咱們班目前共有66個(gè)學(xué)生,來(lái)自全縣幾個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),有屯子,王莊,善堂縣城的,白寺鄉(xiāng)等等生源地分散。另外,每個(gè)孩子都來(lái)自不同的家庭,受到的教育也千差萬(wàn)別。學(xué)生的性格、秉性各異,這就給教育管理帶來(lái)一定的難度。但兩個(gè)多月以來(lái)由于學(xué)校鐵的管理和班級(jí)的嚴(yán)格要求,大部分學(xué)生都已養(yǎng)成了較好的生活、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,已經(jīng)適應(yīng)了棗林學(xué)校的校園生活。班級(jí)從整體上也打下了良好的基礎(chǔ),班風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)都得到了較好的培育。開(kāi)學(xué)之初,同學(xué)們就鉚足了勁兒,要處處爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)最優(yōu),5天軍訓(xùn),孩子們頂著烈日酷暑而訓(xùn)練,在汗水、淚水中磨練了堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的意志;軍訓(xùn)會(huì)操比賽中,同學(xué)們更是齊心協(xié)力,軍訓(xùn)會(huì)操表演中取得很好的成績(jī);在過(guò)去的六周里,咱們班的各項(xiàng)工作走在年級(jí)前列。學(xué)生的生活、學(xué)習(xí)、集體活動(dòng),班級(jí)一直做得最好。在學(xué)校舉行的普通話演講中,七八年級(jí)為一組,我們班秦志敏同學(xué)榮獲 努力的結(jié)果,當(dāng)然也離不開(kāi)諸位家長(zhǎng)朋友的積極、密切的配合。
生活方面,學(xué)生在生活老師的嚴(yán)格要求和管理下,已經(jīng)養(yǎng)成良好的生活習(xí)慣,自理能力普遍提高;原來(lái)在家從不知道如何整理家務(wù)的孩子,現(xiàn)在都能疊出一個(gè)類(lèi)似漂亮的軍被,打掃出一個(gè)干凈整潔的屋子了。與人相處及交流、溝通能力也明顯增強(qiáng),而且孩子在獨(dú)立環(huán)境下生活,性格毅力也得以培養(yǎng),如 ??.同學(xué),性格較為內(nèi)向,經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的集體生活,也能和同學(xué)們打成一片,和諧相處了。??同學(xué)作為宿舍長(zhǎng),內(nèi)務(wù)整理上,對(duì)自己高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、嚴(yán)要求,并積極幫助同學(xué)進(jìn)步,在生活方面給同學(xué)們樹(shù)立了良好的榜樣。
我們更關(guān)心的還是孩子的成績(jī)。下面我就來(lái)談?wù)労⒆觽兊膶W(xué)習(xí)情況。開(kāi)學(xué)以來(lái),在學(xué)習(xí)方面,涌現(xiàn)出了一批勤奮好學(xué),成績(jī)優(yōu)秀的同學(xué),如:?等。給同學(xué)們樹(shù)立了一個(gè)個(gè)生動(dòng)的榜樣。吸引和鼓舞了其他同學(xué)的斗志。另外在數(shù)學(xué)或英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)上領(lǐng)先的同學(xué)
有??等同學(xué),學(xué)習(xí)認(rèn)真努力,取得了較大的進(jìn)步;面對(duì)即將到來(lái)的期中考試,每個(gè)同學(xué)還都確定了自己的考試目標(biāo),制定了學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃,現(xiàn)在同學(xué)們都在暗暗用勁,相互比拼,爭(zhēng)取向更好的成績(jī)邁進(jìn)。,針對(duì)一部分同學(xué)基礎(chǔ)薄弱、接受能力慢的問(wèn)題,學(xué)校和年級(jí)采取了一系列補(bǔ)弱措施,年級(jí)開(kāi)設(shè)了英語(yǔ)、數(shù)學(xué)補(bǔ)弱班,我們的老師們也經(jīng)常放棄課外活動(dòng)乃至晚上的休息時(shí)間,義務(wù)為孩子們補(bǔ)課。語(yǔ)文老師張老師,英語(yǔ)老師池老師,每次考試后,我們都會(huì)在班級(jí)開(kāi)考后分析總結(jié)會(huì),讓學(xué)生查找原因,樹(shù)立信心,確定下次考試的目標(biāo)。我和任課老師逐一找學(xué)生交談,幫助孩子成長(zhǎng)與提高。我們堅(jiān)信每位學(xué)生都有
進(jìn)步的空間可以開(kāi)發(fā),所以我們從不放棄成績(jī)后進(jìn)乃至很弱的同學(xué)。
針對(duì)一部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣不好,少數(shù)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)目的性不夠明確,學(xué)習(xí)的自主性較差,缺乏自覺(jué)性,得別人督促。對(duì)于這種情況,我每一天都對(duì)他們的日常時(shí)間觀念、紀(jì)律觀念、學(xué)習(xí)信念等引導(dǎo),加強(qiáng),在班里經(jīng)常利用班會(huì),引導(dǎo)他們養(yǎng)成好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,比如:課前提前3分中進(jìn)教室的習(xí)慣、課前預(yù)習(xí)的習(xí)慣、上課好的坐姿、記筆記的習(xí)慣、作業(yè)按時(shí)完成的習(xí)慣、學(xué)會(huì)質(zhì)疑的習(xí)慣,學(xué)會(huì)提出問(wèn)題的習(xí)慣,每天讀一篇好文章的習(xí)慣,同時(shí)讓學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì),對(duì)孩子進(jìn)行理想教育,成功教育。前一段時(shí)間,有一個(gè)學(xué)生和我說(shuō),以前總認(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)就是給父母學(xué),到現(xiàn)在才知道我考不好丟人、是不丟父母的臉的,是自己難受,學(xué)習(xí)是為自己學(xué)。
作為一個(gè)班級(jí),她首先是一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì),“團(tuán)結(jié)與協(xié)作,拼搏與進(jìn)取”是一個(gè)集體增強(qiáng)凝聚力,力爭(zhēng)上游的必備要素。為樹(shù)立同學(xué)們的集體觀念和榮譽(yù)感,師生一起努力,進(jìn)行了班級(jí)文化建設(shè)。
班級(jí)在發(fā)展中我注意學(xué)生思想的引領(lǐng),開(kāi)學(xué)至今,召開(kāi)了《我到學(xué)校干什么?》、《我能行》《我要學(xué)與要我學(xué)》《從頭再來(lái)》《今天學(xué)校以我為榮,明天學(xué)校送我好前程》等主題班會(huì)。通過(guò)召開(kāi)主題班會(huì)使學(xué)生充分認(rèn)識(shí)到中學(xué)的重要,學(xué)會(huì)中學(xué)的生活,學(xué)會(huì)中學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生都意識(shí)到時(shí)間的緊迫,學(xué)期初都制定了自己的奮斗目標(biāo),努力克制著自己,為實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的目標(biāo)而勤奮學(xué)習(xí)。班級(jí)始終堅(jiān)持每日反思制度,利用最后一節(jié)晚自習(xí)的最后三分鐘,每位同學(xué)認(rèn)真反思一天來(lái)在學(xué)習(xí)、紀(jì)律、衛(wèi)生等各方面的表現(xiàn),及時(shí)了解學(xué)生的動(dòng)向,思想、學(xué)習(xí)等方面存在較大問(wèn)題的,當(dāng)天晚上回到學(xué)生宿舍就及時(shí)與學(xué)生溝
通,做他們的思想工作。
四、給家長(zhǎng)的一些建議。
一、家庭教育要與學(xué)校教育保持一致,形成教育的合力。有些家長(zhǎng)誤以為孩子送到學(xué)校就可以全身而退了,事實(shí)不然,家庭教育同樣重要。在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)里,家長(zhǎng)必須依靠學(xué)校讓孩子接受系統(tǒng)的知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí),在這一點(diǎn)上,學(xué)校教育具有不可替代性。但是在孩子的品德教育、習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成、性格培養(yǎng)等方面,則需要家庭與學(xué)校的密切合作,才能完成。(6+1=0)學(xué)校不準(zhǔn)學(xué)生留長(zhǎng)發(fā),吃零食,帶首飾,帶手機(jī)、貴重物品到校,請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)朋友們?cè)谶@些方面緊密配合學(xué)校,做好對(duì)孩子的教育。同時(shí)還要正確處理涉及老師問(wèn)題時(shí)的言傳身教問(wèn)題。要避免在孩子面前談?wù)摾蠋煹娜秉c(diǎn)與是非。“金無(wú)足赤,人無(wú)完人”,老師也是普通人,也會(huì)有性格,脾氣等方面的缺點(diǎn).對(duì)此,家長(zhǎng)要客觀正確的看待。如果在孩子面前經(jīng)常談教師的缺點(diǎn),不僅會(huì)影響老師在孩子心目中的形象,也降低了老師對(duì)您孩子的教育效果,“信其師,方能聽(tīng)其道”。
二、不嬌慣孩子、學(xué)會(huì)對(duì)孩子說(shuō)“不”。
前蘇聯(lián)文學(xué)家高爾基曾經(jīng)坦言:“溺愛(ài)是誤入孩子口中的毒藥。”父母對(duì)孩子過(guò)分的溺愛(ài),言聽(tīng)計(jì)從,有求必應(yīng),看似“愛(ài)”,實(shí)則“害”,至少不是一種科學(xué)的愛(ài)。孩子自己能做的事,父母不要代替,路終歸要自己走。以色列也有句名言:再富不能富孩子“零花錢(qián)要50塊,給100是一種害”。對(duì)于這種物質(zhì)上的優(yōu)越感帶來(lái)的危害,教育專(zhuān)家一直在呼吁警惕。讓孩子吃苦,培養(yǎng)孩子艱苦樸素對(duì)孩子成長(zhǎng)是有利的。所以,請(qǐng)讓我們學(xué)會(huì)對(duì)孩子說(shuō)“不”。
學(xué)會(huì)對(duì)孩子說(shuō)“不”還要體現(xiàn)在看待孩子的錯(cuò)誤和看待老師的批評(píng)上。孩子犯錯(cuò)時(shí),大多會(huì)向家長(zhǎng)訴苦,表達(dá)委屈,此時(shí)我們應(yīng)該先讓孩子從自身找原因,盡量不要幫孩子說(shuō)話,不然會(huì)縱容孩子的缺點(diǎn)。受到老師批評(píng)時(shí),要讓孩子分析:老師為什么批評(píng)你,是老師有意跟你過(guò)不去嗎?自己有哪些不對(duì)的地方?讓孩子學(xué)會(huì)首先從自身找原因,對(duì)孩子的成長(zhǎng)是十分必要的。任何時(shí)候嚴(yán)格要求都是對(duì)孩子有利的,老師的批評(píng)教育是對(duì)孩子負(fù)責(zé),表?yè)P(yáng)是愛(ài),批評(píng)也是一種愛(ài)。
三、要正確看待孩子的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī),別把分?jǐn)?shù)當(dāng)作衡量孩子的唯一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
時(shí)代變化了,社會(huì)衡量人才的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也在變化,分?jǐn)?shù)不能決定一切,高分未必高能力,只有綜合素質(zhì)全面發(fā)展,有較強(qiáng)的適應(yīng)能力和創(chuàng)新能力的學(xué)生才能適應(yīng)未來(lái)社會(huì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和挑戰(zhàn)。愛(ài)因斯坦初中未能畢業(yè)、愛(ài)迪生小學(xué)被稱(chēng)為傻瓜,但他們卻成為了偉大的科學(xué)家、發(fā)明家。所以我們應(yīng)樹(shù)立新的適應(yīng)這個(gè)時(shí)代要求的人才觀。您的孩子學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)好,并不意味著思想好、能力高,您的孩子暫時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)落后,并不意味著思想差、能力低。我們要善于發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子身上的閃光點(diǎn),激發(fā)孩子的潛能,相信每一個(gè)孩子都能長(zhǎng)成參天大樹(shù)。
這里還要給大家提醒一點(diǎn),就是如何正確的看待孩子小學(xué)與中學(xué)的差異問(wèn)題.最直接的就是考試的分?jǐn)?shù)差,小學(xué)時(shí)成績(jī)總是八九十,接近滿分,我們習(xí)慣了孩子優(yōu)異的分?jǐn)?shù);到了中學(xué),有的孩子成績(jī)一下子變成了七八十,六七十甚至更低,我們就會(huì)覺(jué)得不可思議,無(wú)法接受.其實(shí)分?jǐn)?shù)的下降是正常的,是和孩子所處的學(xué)業(yè)階段相吻合的。原因大概有這么幾點(diǎn):
1、是到了中學(xué),學(xué)習(xí)的范圍和容量一下子擴(kuò)大了很多,功課由原來(lái)的語(yǔ)文數(shù)學(xué)兩門(mén)增加到了七八門(mén),學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容多了,孩子的精力就被分散了。
2、是到了中學(xué),學(xué)習(xí)的知識(shí)深度增加了很多,掌握知識(shí)的方法也有過(guò)去的記憶為主變?yōu)橛洃浝斫膺\(yùn)用相結(jié)合,對(duì)孩子的理解能力,吃苦精神提出了更高的要求。
3、是孩子年齡大了,又到了相對(duì)危險(xiǎn)的青春期,對(duì)社會(huì)的關(guān)注增多,對(duì)自己的關(guān)注度也在急劇增加,換而言之,孩子的思想不再像小學(xué)時(shí)那樣“單純”,可能會(huì)考慮一些不該考慮的事情,這樣精力又被分散了一部分。學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)自然就不像小學(xué)時(shí)看起來(lái)那樣好了.但不是說(shuō)有了這些原因,我們就要降低要求,我們會(huì)盡量減少外界因素對(duì)孩子的影響,加強(qiáng)正面引導(dǎo),使孩子的精力主要用在學(xué)習(xí)上,提高孩子成績(jī)。這離不開(kāi)家長(zhǎng)朋友的密切配合。
五、希望家長(zhǎng)予以配合的幾個(gè)方面:
1、我們家長(zhǎng)應(yīng)該多給孩子一點(diǎn)信心,做孩子成長(zhǎng)的強(qiáng)有力的后盾。
由于孩子的個(gè)體差異,免不了孩子的成績(jī)有好有壞,孩子由于不肯學(xué)習(xí),導(dǎo)致成績(jī)差,我們是該適當(dāng)?shù)呐u(píng),但是孩子很盡力,成績(jī)卻不怎么理想,我們更應(yīng)該給他信心,多多加以鼓勵(lì),而不是一味的給他潑冷水,這樣反而會(huì)使他對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生反感的情緒,面對(duì)成績(jī)不理想的孩子,家長(zhǎng)不應(yīng)該一味的責(zé)備,更不應(yīng)該放棄,我們?cè)撟龅氖歉黄鹋Γ瑤椭⒆酉胂朐鯓硬拍馨殉煽?jī)搞上去,多關(guān)心他的學(xué)習(xí)、生活情況,幫助孩子樹(shù)立切合實(shí)際而又需通過(guò)努力可以達(dá)到的學(xué)習(xí)目
標(biāo),讓孩子調(diào)整心態(tài),積極向上。
2、教育孩子遵守紀(jì)律。
