（一）、辦學成果

建校以來，憑借雄厚的師資力量和良好的教學環境，我校每年向浚縣一中輸送了數德才兼備的優秀學子。學校因此而被數體教育取得了豐碩的成果。

（二）、我校的辦學特色：

1.嚴格管理。這是我校的立校之本和光榮傳統，也是九年來學校不斷向前發展的根本保證。我校除制訂了科學全面的學生管理條例外，還特別強調學生必須遵守的校規校紀。嚴格管理在我校還主要體現在我們的“全員管理”上。所謂全員管理就是每一個老師都參與到學生日常德育管理之中。

2.素質教育。我校的素質教育不僅體現在課堂上，還展現于校園生活的方方面面。

3．校園文化和班級文化。為培養適應21世紀的新型人才，我校向來注重對學生自主管理能力的培養。為此，學校要求學生每周上交兩張最好的鋼筆字和兩篇作文。提高學生的字體和寫作能力。班級板報留給學生去辦，老師作為指導，像我們班的板報都是學生班的。

在我的心目中，初一（2）班是一個團結向上，拼搏進取的集體。課堂上學生認真聽講，舉手發言，課下與老師是朋友，心靈傾訴，情感交流；與同學學習上你追我趕，公平競爭，生活中互相關心，互相幫助。

咱們班目前共有66個學生，來自全縣幾個鄉鎮，有屯子，王莊，善堂縣城的，白寺鄉等等生源地分散。另外，每個孩子都來自不同的家庭，受到的教育也千差萬別。學生的性格、秉性各異，這就給教育管理帶來一定的難度。但兩個多月以來由于學校鐵的管理和班級的嚴格要求，大部分學生都已養成了較好的生活、學習習慣，已經適應了棗林學校的校園生活。班級從整體上也打下了良好的基礎，班風、學風都得到了較好的培育。開學之初，同學們就鉚足了勁兒，要處處爭創最優，5天軍訓，孩子們頂著烈日酷暑而訓練，在汗水、淚水中磨練了堅強的意志；軍訓會操比賽中，同學們更是齊心協力，軍訓會操表演中取得很好的成績；在過去的六周里，咱們班的各項工作走在年級前列。學生的生活、學習、集體活動，班級一直做得最好。在學校舉行的普通話演講中，七八年級為一組，我們班秦志敏同學榮獲 努力的結果，當然也離不開諸位家長朋友的積極、密切的配合。

進步的空間可以開發，所以我們從不放棄成績后進乃至很弱的同學。

針對一部分學生學習習慣不好，少數學生學習目的性不夠明確，學習的自主性較差，缺乏自覺性，得別人督促。對于這種情況，我每一天都對他們的日常時間觀念、紀律觀念、學習信念等引導，加強，在班里經常利用班會，引導他們養成好的學習習慣，比如：課前提前3分中進教室的習慣、課前預習的習慣、上課好的坐姿、記筆記的習慣、作業按時完成的習慣、學會質疑的習慣，學會提出問題的習慣，每天讀一篇好文章的習慣，同時讓學生認識現實社會，對孩子進行理想教育，成功教育。前一段時間，有一個學生和我說，以前總認為學習就是給父母學，到現在才知道我考不好丟人、是不丟父母的臉的，是自己難受，學習是為自己學。

作為一個班級，她首先是一個團隊，“團結與協作，拼搏與進取”是一個集體增強凝聚力，力爭上游的必備要素。為樹立同學們的集體觀念和榮譽感，師生一起努力，進行了班級文化建設。

班級在發展中我注意學生思想的引領，開學至今，召開了《我到學校干什么？》、《我能行》《我要學與要我學》《從頭再來》《今天學校以我為榮，明天學校送我好前程》等主題班會。通過召開主題班會使學生充分認識到中學的重要，學會中學的生活，學會中學的學習，學生都意識到時間的緊迫，學期初都制定了自己的奮斗目標，努力克制著自己，為實現自己的目標而勤奮學習。班級始終堅持每日反思制度，利用最后一節晚自習的最后三分鐘，每位同學認真反思一天來在學習、紀律、衛生等各方面的表現，及時了解學生的動向，思想、學習等方面存在較大問題的，當天晚上回到學生宿舍就及時與學生溝

四、給家長的一些建議。

一、家庭教育要與學校教育保持一致，形成教育的合力。有些家長誤以為孩子送到學校就可以全身而退了，事實不然，家庭教育同樣重要。在現代社會里，家長必須依靠學校讓孩子接受系統的知識學習，在這一點上，學校教育具有不可替代性。但是在孩子的品德教育、習慣養成、性格培養等方面，則需要家庭與學校的密切合作，才能完成。（６＋１＝０）學校不準學生留長發，吃零食，帶首飾，帶手機、貴重物品到校，請家長朋友們在這些方面緊密配合學校，做好對孩子的教育。同時還要正確處理涉及老師問題時的言傳身教問題。要避免在孩子面前談論老師的缺點與是非。“金無足赤，人無完人”,老師也是普通人，也會有性格,脾氣等方面的缺點.對此，家長要客觀正確的看待。如果在孩子面前經常談教師的缺點，不僅會影響老師在孩子心目中的形象，也降低了老師對您孩子的教育效果，“信其師，方能聽其道”。

二、不嬌慣孩子、學會對孩子說“不”。

前蘇聯文學家高爾基曾經坦言：“溺愛是誤入孩子口中的毒藥。”父母對孩子過分的溺愛，言聽計從，有求必應，看似“愛”，實則“害”，至少不是一種科學的愛。孩子自己能做的事，父母不要代替，路終歸要自己走。以色列也有句名言：再富不能富孩子“零花錢要50塊，給100是一種害”。對于這種物質上的優越感帶來的危害，教育專家一直在呼吁警惕。讓孩子吃苦，培養孩子艱苦樸素對孩子成長是有利的。所以，請讓我們學會對孩子說“不”。

學會對孩子說“不”還要體現在看待孩子的錯誤和看待老師的批評上。孩子犯錯時，大多會向家長訴苦，表達委屈，此時我們應該先讓孩子從自身找原因，盡量不要幫孩子說話，不然會縱容孩子的缺點。受到老師批評時，要讓孩子分析：老師為什么批評你，是老師有意跟你過不去嗎？自己有哪些不對的地方？讓孩子學會首先從自身找原因，對孩子的成長是十分必要的。任何時候嚴格要求都是對孩子有利的，老師的批評教育是對孩子負責，表揚是愛，批評也是一種愛。

三、要正確看待孩子的學習成績,別把分數當作衡量孩子的唯一標準。

時代變化了,社會衡量人才的標準也在變化，分數不能決定一切，高分未必高能力，只有綜合素質全面發展，有較強的適應能力和創新能力的學生才能適應未來社會的競爭和挑戰。愛因斯坦初中未能畢業、愛迪生小學被稱為傻瓜，但他們卻成為了偉大的科學家、發明家。所以我們應樹立新的適應這個時代要求的人才觀。您的孩子學習成績好，并不意味著思想好、能力高，您的孩子暫時學習成績落后，并不意味著思想差、能力低。我們要善于發現孩子身上的閃光點,激發孩子的潛能,相信每一個孩子都能長成參天大樹。

這里還要給大家提醒一點,就是如何正確的看待孩子小學與中學的差異問題.最直接的就是考試的分數差,小學時成績總是八九十,接近滿分,我們習慣了孩子優異的分數；到了中學,有的孩子成績一下子變成了七八十,六七十甚至更低,我們就會覺得不可思議,無法接受.其實分數的下降是正常的,是和孩子所處的學業階段相吻合的。原因大概有這么幾點:

1、是到了中學,學習的范圍和容量一下子擴大了很多,功課由原來的語文數學兩門增加到了七八門,學習內容多了,孩子的精力就被分散了。

2、是到了中學,學習的知識深度增加了很多,掌握知識的方法也有過去的記憶為主變為記憶理解運用相結合,對孩子的理解能力,吃苦精神提出了更高的要求。

3、是孩子年齡大了,又到了相對危險的青春期,對社會的關注增多,對自己的關注度也在急劇增加,換而言之,孩子的思想不再像小學時那樣“單純”,可能會考慮一些不該考慮的事情,這樣精力又被分散了一部分。學習成績自然就不像小學時看起來那樣好了.但不是說有了這些原因,我們就要降低要求,我們會盡量減少外界因素對孩子的影響,加強正面引導,使孩子的精力主要用在學習上,提高孩子成績。這離不開家長朋友的密切配合。

五、希望家長予以配合的幾個方面：

1、我們家長應該多給孩子一點信心，做孩子成長的強有力的后盾。

由于孩子的個體差異，免不了孩子的成績有好有壞，孩子由于不肯學習，導致成績差，我們是該適當的批評，但是孩子很盡力，成績卻不怎么理想，我們更應該給他信心，多多加以鼓勵，而不是一味的給他潑冷水，這樣反而會使他對學習產生反感的情緒，面對成績不理想的孩子，家長不應該一味的責備，更不應該放棄，我們該做的是跟他一起努力，幫助孩子想想怎樣才能把成績搞上去，多關心他的學習、生活情況，幫助孩子樹立切合實際而又需通過努力可以達到的學習目

標，讓孩子調整心態，積極向上。

2、教育孩子遵守紀律。

家有家法，校有校規，班級也有班級的紀律。這些規定和紀律，是同學們提高成績的保證，孩子們只有好好的遵守這些紀律，才能夠形成一個良性的班級，才能夠在各方面提高自己。加強紀律觀念，做到文明守紀，就顯得格外必要。要教育孩子明白，一個懂得規矩，并且自覺地遵守規矩的人，才能夠時刻按照規矩辦事，才能夠使自己進步。風箏要想飛得高，必須由底下的線牽引著，假如沒有了這根束縛它的線，風箏只能掉在地上。人也是這樣，不要幻想什么絕對的自由，絕對的自由帶來的是絕對的放縱，是絕對沒有什么好結果的。假如哪個孩子在遵守紀律方面做得不好，不僅僅是對自己的一種傷害，對于那些刻苦學習，一心求學的孩子來說也是一種傷害，對于我們班級也是一種傷害，這是我們不愿意看到的，也是絕對不允許的。

3、針對孩子的情況，及時和老師聯系，及時溝通。

由于班級中學生比較多，作為班主任，我和各位家長的聯系都不是很頻繁，其他老師和家長交流的機會就更少了。我覺得在教育孩子的問題上，首先要了解孩子，在此基礎上家長和老師們攜起手來，把工作做到孩子的心坎上，做到真正有效果。家長朋友們多和老師們取得聯系，一方面可以使我們大家的工作更加具有針對性，另一方面，也可以對孩子的進步有驅動力。有個別的孩子，家長、老師兩頭瞞，自己落得一個逍遙自在，結果可想而知。假如我們提前做好了孩子的工作，我想至少可以使他們更進步一些，這就需要我們進一步交流。家長要及時了解孩子每月在校的學習、紀律等情況，靠一次家長會，解決不了什么根本性的問題，事實上想通過一次、二次的家長會解決很多問題也是不現實的。有特殊情況仍然需要家長通過電話或到學校等不同形式與老師聯系，使得老師與家長的教育取得一致，形成一股合力。

4、樹立人人成才和全面發展的觀念。
