學英語很多年了。讀書的時候我過了大學英語六級。畢業后也一直沒有放棄英語。但是口語始終不怎么行！為什么呢？因為我缺少英語口語練習，沒有英語口語練習的一個很好的環境。我現在是越來越覺得口語的重要了。你想想你肚子里有貨，假如你說不出來的話有什么用？更何況，英語不同于其他學科，英語是一門語言，如果你學一門語言你不會說，或者說得不好，你怎么可以說自己學會了這門語言呢？

提高英語口語水平，沒有其它路徑，唯一的路徑就是要多多地去練習英語口語。但是你怎么練呢?

1)有的人選擇讀課文，讀范文。

大量地讀，大聲地讀！不可否認，這是一種很好的方法。但是這種方法的缺點是，如果你沒有經過實戰口語練習的話，你雖然可以把句子說得很通順，但是往往到了實戰場合，你不能很好的把你想要說得話脫口而出。或者你可能需要一個思維組織句子的過程，所以你說出口的話也是通順的，但是你就是會讓人感覺到一個思維的過程。

2)有的人選擇去說英語的地方。這種地方總的來說有兩個地方，一個是國外，比如美國、澳大利亞、英國、加拿大等。但是這種條件太高了，一般人做不到。經濟上不允許，時間上不允許。那么在國內，英語角就幾乎是首選了。所謂的英語角，就是英語學習者，或者英語培訓機構等組織的一個主要以練習英語口語為目的一個聚會活動，有的是定期的，有的是不定期。這種英語口語練習方法的優點是顯而易見的。因為這是最接近于真實的環境。或者說，這本身就是一個真實的英語交流環境。我本

來就參加過很多次英語角的活動，不僅英語口語水平通過這種方式的練習得到了提高，而且還交到了一些有共同愛好的朋友！真是一石二鳥啊！

3)參加一些培訓機構的英語口語特訓班。這種系統的英語口語練習應該是有不錯的效果的，可以說是見效最快的，因為有專業老師甚至一些外教的輔導和指點，可以避免走很多彎路。缺點是你要花一筆不菲的學費。因為這些培訓機構收的學費一般都不便宜。

4)找網友在網上進行英語口語練習。其實這是我最最想推薦的方式！因為這種方式最方便，最容易實現，最省錢。現在互聯網技術已經很成熟了，語音聊天已經不是什么新鮮事了。qq, msn, skype等等都有語音聊天功能。在這里我強烈推薦skype！因為skype是世界級軟件，而且提供搜索網友功能，這樣你就

可以在skype上搜索英語系國家的網友來練習英語口語！這種功能非常有用，因為你能夠以很低的成本找到

native englsih speakers來交流！

ps: 第4種方法說到的通過skype尋找英語國家的網友來聊天，這個是有技巧的，我這里小小分享一下：

1)不是所有的老外都是很空閑來等著你去聊天的，所以你要盡量找一些年紀在60以上的，因為這部分人通常退休在家，所以也愿意跟你閑聊。

2)一定要有禮貌。外國人一般很注重禮節，比如你想跟對方語聊最好先通過文字聊天征求他/她的同意，不要直接call過去。直接call過去的結果通常是被對方直接deny甚至直接blacklist。

3)女生更容易找到人來聊，來練習英語口語。因為這個世界上的男人都好色。

4)如果你口語基礎還很差的話，最好以其他方式先練練。免得碰到歐美的老外半天說不出一句話來，這樣對方通常不會有耐心的。

蒜泥白肉蔬菜卷

其實我本人是不吃肥肉的，偏愛蔬菜。對于我來說花肉也是肥肉，就是不敢吃，吃了也會惡心。但好姐妹們卻很喜歡，為了她們我就把這道“蒜泥白肉蔬菜卷”學了起來。這樣的搭配完美地滿足了我們的口福嘍！

這道菜是我在“美食天下”網上學來的。我本來是廚藝白癡，之前連煮個雞蛋湯面都煮不好，別的就更別說了。現在上這網站多看，多學，經歷過幾次慘痛的失敗后，現在讓我煮一餐家常飯還是沒問題的。當然跟大師級的是沒得比，靠邊站還差不多啦。好了費話說太多了，不好意思！我們趕快入主題！！原料：

主料：五花肉250克、黃瓜1根、紅蘿卜1根

調料：蔥2根、姜1小塊、八角1顆、大蒜4瓣、料酒、鹽、醬油、糖少許、香醋、香油、辣椒油適量、熟芝麻少許。

做法：

1、五花肉洗凈，冷水下鍋，煮開；滾煮5分鐘。

2、撈出，重新煮鍋開水，把剛煮過的花肉放到開水鍋，把準備好的蔥、姜、八角和料酒倒進去，點兩滴醋，肉更容易入味。大火煮開轉小火煮10分鐘左右，至肉熟透；豬肉不必煮得過爛，否則不好切，還影響口感，以筷子能輕松插透為準。

3、關火后讓肉浸在原湯中20分鐘后，再取出瀝干晾涼；

4、用刀把肉切成薄片；

5、黃瓜和蔥白切絲；

6、把黃瓜絲和蔥絲擺在肉片上，卷成卷兒，擺盤；

7、大蒜搗成蒜泥，添加鹽、涼拌醬油、糖、香醋、香油、辣椒油和熟芝麻，兌成調味料，澆在白肉蔬菜卷上即可。

制作工藝

1.將土豆削皮，切細絲，泡在水

中洗去淀粉，既能避免其變黑，又能使其在炒燒時保持白嫩、爽脆。炒前撈出，瀝干水分。

2.青、紅辣椒去籽、蒂，切成細絲，干辣椒切絲。

3.炒鍋上火，加入花生油燒熱，放蔥絲爆鍋，加入干辣椒炒香，再加入青紅椒絲、土豆絲，炒至八成熟時加入精鹽、味精調 味，再淋上香油和香醋，炒熟即可。

2、紅燒茄子： 把茄子洗凈去掉頭尾，切成滾刀狀，泡在清水中，撈起瀝干水后灑少許淀粉拌勻。蔥去頭尾洗凈，切成段。豬肉洗凈切片，剁成泥后，加1/2湯匙醬油、1湯匙生粉、1/2湯匙油和1/3湯匙雞粉拌勻，腌制10分鐘入味 倒3湯匙油進鍋燒熱，倒入肉末炒散，直至肉色變白后撈起待用。繼續加10湯匙油，爆香蔥段，放入茄子開大火快速翻炒，加5湯匙水炒至茄子出水變軟，約5～6分鐘。倒入之前炒好的肉末炒1分鐘后，灑1/3湯匙鹽、1/5湯匙雞粉和1/2湯匙醬油調味，就可起鍋啦!

3、魚香茄子：

原料：

茄子 2條, 肉絲少許.姜, 蒜, 蔥, 辣豆瓣醬, 醋, 糖.制法：

1.將茄子洗凈瀝干，切成小圓段備用。大蒜洗凈切末、蔥洗凈切成蔥花, 姜切末備用。把醋, 糖, 芡粉放入碗中, 加水備用.注意: 碗中先放糖, 再放醋.醋放到和糖一樣平.2.將油加熱后，放入茄子段炸軟成金黃色時，撈起將油瀝干。

3.將姜, 蒜, 蔥爆香后，倒入肉絲，再倒入炸好的茄子拌炒一下，再加入碗中 的調料拌炒, 即可盛入盤中。

4、青椒炒雞蛋：

做法：1.把青椒用清水洗凈，去籽切成細絲。將雞蛋打在碗里，用筷子攪散開。

2.鍋內放油，燒熱，將蛋汁倒入，炒好倒出。

3.往鍋內倒入余油，燒熱，放入蔥花熗鍋，隨著放入青椒絲，加精鹽炒幾下，見青椒絲翠綠色時，放入炒好的雞蛋、味精，翻炒均勻，用香醋烹一下，即可出鍋。

5、地三鮮

材料：土豆 1 個 ,茄子 2 個 ,青椒 1 個

調料：烹調油、醬油、糖、鹽、蔥花、蒜蓉、生粉、高湯各適量

做法：

1、茄子和土豆去皮，切成滾刀塊;青椒手掰成小塊。

2、鍋中到入多一些的油，七

成熱時，先將土豆塊放入，炸成金黃色，略顯透明時撈出備用.。

3、再將茄子倒入油鍋，炸至金黃色，加入青椒塊即一起撈起.。

4、以少量熱油爆香蔥花及蒜茸，加高湯、生抽、糖、鹽、茄子、土豆和青椒塊，略炒.。

5、加入水生粉大火收汁即可

6、干煸豆角

用料：扁豆400克，肉末150克 調料：干辣椒4個，老抽1大勺，榨菜末、花椒、蒜粒、鹽、味精各適量 做法：

1、扁豆兩頭撕去老筋，掰成兩節，洗凈，控干。

2、燒熱250克油，放入扁豆，炸到扁豆表皮起皺時，用笊籬撈出控凈油。

3、另取鍋燒熱，用1大勺油爆香肉末、干辣椒、花椒、榨菜、蒜粒。

4、倒入老抽、扁豆翻炒，扁豆熟透時關火，放鹽和味精，炒勻即可。

7、雞肉炒菜花

用料：雞胸肉、菜花 調料：蔥絲、姜末、大料、食用油、料酒、鹽、雞精、蠔油、粉芡 做法：

1、雞胸肉洗凈，切成片用鹽料酒食用油腌一會，再用粉芡抓勻。

2、菜花洗凈劈成小朵，坐開水鍋，下鍋焯一下，撈出過涼水，控凈水備用。蔥切絲，姜切末，蒜切片。

3、另取炒菜鍋，放油，油溫熱了

把大料放入，再放姜末，把雞胸肉也放進鍋中滑炒至肉變色盛出備用，然后再把蔥絲姜末放入炒出香味，放焯好的菜花翻炒。

4、放料酒、雞精、蠔油，把滑好的雞胸肉也放進鍋中，快速翻炒，放鹽，翻炒，出鍋裝盤。

8、粉蒸肉

用料：五花肉一塊 調料：八角一顆，蔥少許，姜若干片，料酒少許,辣椒，花椒若干，大米，紫米若干，老抽，生抽，雞精，糖，豆瓣醬 做法：

1、五花肉切片。

2、把肉用料酒，蔥，姜，八角腌上。

3、腌上肉以后，準備辣椒，花椒，大米，紫米。

4、把準備好的3放鍋里炒。

5、把3放鍋里用中火把大米抄香且變得微黃。

6、用攪拌機把炒好的3打碎。不要攪得太碎。顆粒大些易可。

7、把6倒入腌好的肉里。加入老抽，生抽，糖，雞精，少許麻油。拌勻。

8、最后加入一大勺豆瓣醬。再加少許水，使粉濕潤。

9、蔥花炒雞蛋：

烹制方法

材料：雞蛋、蔥

調料：鹽、油.蔥洗凈去掉蔥白，把蔥青切成蔥花，放進玻璃大碗里.打入四只雞蛋，將玻璃大碗傾斜成45度，用筷子順一個方向，將蛋和蔥花快速攪拌，打至蛋液呈黏稠狀。.把鍋燒熱，直到鍋內的水分全部蒸發，燒1分鐘左右，放6湯匙油入鍋，轉動鍋讓油鋪滿整個鍋面，然后改成小火，再澆入蛋液。.順一個方向快速翻炒蛋液，大約1分鐘后，蛋液會凝固起來，這時趕緊起鍋，免得炒蛋過

老。

廚神貼士

1、炒蛋時，鍋一定要燒得很熱，這樣炒起來蛋會嫩滑點，鍋不熱炒蛋容易失敗。

2、進過冰箱的雞蛋，要先拿出來放一小時，再拿來烹調。

3、炒雞蛋忌加味精，若加入味精，加溫后味精會掩蓋雞蛋本身的鮮味。

4、如果食用過多雞蛋，會導致代謝產物增多和增加腎臟負擔，每天吃1～2個雞蛋就行了。

方法一

說明：西紅柿炒雞蛋人人會做，但是要做的好吃，難。主要是由幾個誤區，等會我會詳細說。材料：西紅柿，雞蛋

配料：植物油，鹽。注意，西紅柿炒雞蛋不用放雞精或者味精，因為西紅柿炒雞蛋是吃一個“鮮”字，而西紅柿炒雞蛋的時候就有形成鮮味的物質析出，不需要再放提鮮的味精或者雞精。這也是做這道菜的時候不放蔥姜蒜的原因。

制作方法：

1。西紅柿切成塊，要大小不一，什么形狀無所謂，雞蛋打開放入碗中，打勻，放入少許的鹽。

2。鍋內放入適量的油，等油熱了的時候，倒入雞蛋液，注意這個時候，雞蛋液會自然的凝固，不要動，等到這個雞蛋液都凝固的時候，用飯鏟從雞蛋的邊緣輕輕進入，將雞蛋翻過來，煎一下，等兩面的顏色都呈現金黃的顏色時候，把雞蛋從鍋里取出來，這個時候鍋里面應該還有一些油，把西紅柿翻進去，翻炒幾下，由于西紅柿里面含有大量的水分，會有水份析出，這個時候把炒好的雞蛋放進去，放入少許鹽，翻炒幾下，出鍋。ps：有人喜歡做的時候，放一些水進去，本人不推薦，其實西紅柿里的水份完全夠用了，不用放水。還有，現在的西紅柿質量不好，炒出來的菜不甜還有些苦味，出鍋的時候可以適量放一些白糖。

11、絲瓜炒雞蛋

原料：絲瓜 雞蛋

調味料：油，鹽，料酒，蔥花。

1.將雞蛋2-3顆，加入小量食鹽，料酒。攪拌均勻備用。

2.將絲瓜去皮切片或切丁備用。

3.猛火將炒鍋加熱入油，待油溫升高倒入雞蛋炒熟盛碗備用。

4.猛火將炒鍋加熱入油，待油溫升高倒入絲瓜炒熟，加入已熟雞蛋同炒，后按個人口味加入鹽，蔥花翻炒小會即可起鍋食用。

基本材料 肉泥20克、茄子200克、香蔥10克、生姜10克。

調味料：花生油500克、鹽10克、味精5克、白糖3克、生粉20克、麻油5克、雞湯50克、老抽王10克。

制作過程：

1、茄子去皮，切大粗條，香蔥洗凈切段，姜切米。

2、燒鍋下油，油溫120度時下入茄條，炸至金黃撈起。

3、鍋內留油，下入姜米、肉泥、茄子、雞湯、鹽、味精、白糖、老抽王，用小火燒至汁濃時再用濕生粉勾芡，淋麻油即成。

13、金牌蒜香骨

基本材料 原料：豬肋骨

調料：海鮮醬，沙茶醬，老抽，生抽，蠔油，味精，白糖，干辣椒，蒜茸。

1、豬肋排改刀成12厘米的長段，用清水漂去血水

2、用調料腌制2小時以上。

3、油燒到二成熱，把排骨放入鍋中，油溫由低至高慢慢炸制，至肋排成熟、外皮結殼取出瀝干油。

4、再在鍋中放入蒜茸、干辣椒炒出香味，再放入肋排稍炒，加上調料，裝盆即可。

1、煮水餃時，在水里放一顆大蔥或在水開后加點鹽，再放餃子，餃子味道鮮美不粘連;在和面時，每500克面粉加拌一個雞蛋，餃子皮挺刮不粘連

2、燉肉時，在鍋里加上幾塊桔皮，可除異味和油膩并增加湯的鮮味

3、煮骨頭湯時加一小匙醋，可使骨頭中的磷、鈣溶解于湯中，并可保存湯中的維生素。

4、燉雞：洗凈切塊，倒入熱油鍋內翻炒，待水分炒干時，倒入適量香醋，再迅速翻炒，至雞塊發出劈劈啪啪的爆響聲時，立即加熱水，再用旺火燒十分鐘，即可放入調料，移小火上再燉20分鐘，淋上香油即可出鍋;應在湯燉好后，溫度降至80～90攝氏度時或食用前加鹽。因為雞肉中含水分較高，燉雞先加鹽，雞肉在鹽水中浸泡，組織細胞內水分向外滲透，蛋白質產生凝固作用，使雞肉明顯收縮變緊，影響營養向湯內溶

解，且煮熟后的雞肉趨向硬、老，口感粗糙。

5、煮肉湯或排骨湯時，放入幾塊新鮮桔皮，不僅味道鮮美，還可減少油膩感。

6、燒豆腐時，加少許豆腐乳或汁，味道芳香

7、將綠豆在鐵鍋中炒10分鐘再煮能很快煮爛，但注意不要炒焦
