期末考試前一天，她來(lái)求我說(shuō)“請(qǐng)你給我講解一下行嗎?這次我很想考得好一點(diǎn)。”我開始給她講解，不一會(huì)兒便草草收?qǐng)觯傺b沒有察覺她迷茫的眼神，一溜煙兒地跑開了。不出所料，這次她又考砸了。兩個(gè)月后，新學(xué)期依始，傳來(lái)她死于血癌的消息。我沒有完成那項(xiàng)小小的任務(wù)，無(wú)人知曉。但我卻不能原諒自己。她的眼睛令我難以忘懷，仿佛在責(zé)問我，“你為什么不愿多幫助我呢?這對(duì)于你來(lái)說(shuō)，并不費(fèi)事。你為什么不能理解我對(duì)你的信賴，而讓我?guī)е纯嗪瓦z憾離開這個(gè)世界?”

我當(dāng)時(shí)才八九歲。但從某種意義上講，這件事成了我生活的新起點(diǎn)。因?yàn)槲议_始體會(huì)到“責(zé)任”二字的意義，并盡心盡力地學(xué)著完成自己的義務(wù)。我也逐漸領(lǐng)會(huì)了這個(gè)神圣字眼的深刻內(nèi)含:人與人之間的彼此需要和信任、合作和依賴正是人類社會(huì)存在的基礎(chǔ)。

之后，我在生活中又經(jīng)受過多次失敗，但那小姑娘之死所引起的懊悔，心里卻不曾再現(xiàn)。想到自己做每一件事都能盡職盡責(zé)，一種滿足之感便油然而生。

此事及類似的多起事件改變了我，完善了我。當(dāng)我長(zhǎng)大成人，我開始領(lǐng)悟周圍發(fā)生的一切變化。我發(fā)現(xiàn)，從某種意義上說(shuō)，社會(huì)跟我一樣，正處在一個(gè)自我完善的時(shí)期。新建筑、新商品、新款式一天一個(gè)樣。新思維、新信息、新技術(shù)層出不窮。即便萬(wàn)里相隔，人們?cè)谵D(zhuǎn)瞬之間即可相互交談。社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越演越烈。

人們?cè)絹?lái)越強(qiáng)調(diào)個(gè)性和創(chuàng)造性。越來(lái)越多的人因工作努力而受到獎(jiǎng)賞。這就是當(dāng)今的時(shí)代，一代新人由成長(zhǎng)邁入成熟的時(shí)代。這是我們這一代人接替父輩治國(guó)安邦的時(shí)代。然而，我們也面臨很多間題。

據(jù)悉，壞人在光天化日之下作惡，周圍的群眾居然袖手旁觀，無(wú)動(dòng)于衷。我還聽說(shuō)，目前我國(guó)尚有100萬(wàn)兒童連小學(xué)也上不起，而巨額資金卻拿去舉辦奢侈的宴會(huì)和購(gòu)置豪華的轎車。

我們常常買的是劣質(zhì)藥品，或名曰藥品實(shí)為一文不值的廢物，非但不能除病去痛，反而會(huì)使

病情加重。在某些人看來(lái)，世上金錢最寶貴，只要能賺錢，不惜犧牲道德和責(zé)任。

因而，這個(gè)時(shí)代賦予我們的是更強(qiáng)烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和效率意識(shí)，使我們更善于批判性地思考和創(chuàng)造性地行動(dòng)。

此外，這個(gè)時(shí)代要求我們這一代人必須認(rèn)清自己肩負(fù)的歷史重任，下定決心，采取行動(dòng)，解決上述問題。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)，歷史一直在我們這一代人身上培養(yǎng)著這些品質(zhì)。現(xiàn)在，歷史呼喚我們挺身而出，以實(shí)際行動(dòng)向全民族及全人類證實(shí)我們的拳拳愛國(guó)之心和大無(wú)畏的英雄主義。

我在后臺(tái)正好跟俞敏洪老師碰面，也交流了一下。我問俞老師：你是北大英文系的，你最喜歡的作家是誰(shuí)？他的回答是，海明威。非常有檔次。我想跟大家分享一下，我比較喜歡的一個(gè)作家。他是狄更斯。比較通俗一點(diǎn)（大家笑），容易看得懂，《雙城記》什么的。但是我今天開場(chǎng)想跟大家談他寫的另外一本書，叫做a christmas carol，有人翻譯成《圣誕歡歌》，你們讀過嗎？電影看過嗎？電影是講一個(gè)小氣財(cái)神的故事。因?yàn)榄h(huán)境的影響，讓主人公變成了一個(gè)自私的、小氣的、苛刻的財(cái)神。圣誕節(jié)的前一晚，有三個(gè)靈魂來(lái)拜訪他。最后一個(gè)靈魂叫未來(lái)，帶著主人公去看他個(gè)人在人生結(jié)束時(shí)發(fā)生的一些事情。主人公看到后，覺得如果再這么下去，人生結(jié)局不幸。他醒來(lái)之后就下定決心，決定剛才發(fā)生的事情那個(gè)是個(gè)奇跡，至于你信不信，反正我信了，從此之后，他決定改過自新，做個(gè)善人。

今天分享這個(gè)故事，是“給未來(lái)的你”，希望你能看到未來(lái)你能成為什么樣的人。有人可能會(huì)說(shuō)，我未來(lái)稱為什么養(yǎng)的人，開復(fù)怎么會(huì)知道呢？其實(shí)我不是確切地知道每個(gè)人未來(lái)會(huì)怎么樣，但是你們要相信我，在過去的十多年里和大學(xué)生的交流，在創(chuàng)新工場(chǎng)，google、微軟這三個(gè)地方我們所雇傭的每個(gè)員工，我們招聘的每個(gè)畢業(yè)生，來(lái)申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目希望得到投資的每位年輕的創(chuàng)業(yè)者，在微薄上留言的每位求助者，他們都是二十來(lái)歲，在他們的身上我看到了未來(lái)的你。所以今天我想跟大家分享一下，如果今天是9月2日，2015年，我跟在座的各位會(huì)談什么事情，你們心中的困惑又是什么，你們要發(fā)展成為的人在2011年的今天還有什么不滿意的地方。這就是我想跟大家探討的：2015年的你可能會(huì)成為什么樣的人。

我的演講一共分4個(gè)部分。1.首先我認(rèn)為，有可能2015年你會(huì)成為一個(gè)迷茫困惑的人。

在創(chuàng)新工場(chǎng)去年做校招的時(shí)候，我們?nèi)チ?5所高校，找到了頂尖的計(jì)算機(jī)系畢業(yè)的學(xué)生，發(fā)出了200份offer，然后我一一打電話，看他們是否愿意加入創(chuàng)新工場(chǎng)，來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)創(chuàng)業(yè)。在說(shuō)服他們之前，我不想誤導(dǎo)任何的學(xué)生，所以我的第一個(gè)問題總是會(huì)問：你有沒有想過，在你人生的未來(lái)，創(chuàng)業(yè)是否是你想做的一件事情。當(dāng)時(shí)我的想法是，既然是頂尖學(xué)校的頂尖學(xué)生，這個(gè)問題總應(yīng)該想透宗應(yīng)該知道答案吧？如果你不想創(chuàng)業(yè)，我可能就不希望你太努力地來(lái)創(chuàng)新工場(chǎng)，因?yàn)橐苍S你會(huì)在一個(gè)大企業(yè)或者政府里得到更好的發(fā)展。但是，我們還是得到了許多回答。常見的回答有：

——啊？你真的是開復(fù)嗎？是真的開復(fù)嗎？

——是的，我想跟你談?wù)剟?chuàng)新工場(chǎng)對(duì)你的邀請(qǐng)。在談offer前，我想先知道，你是否想過創(chuàng)業(yè)的事情？

——這時(shí)80%的回答是，不知道，沒想過。

其實(shí)這就是一種迷茫。80%來(lái)創(chuàng)新工場(chǎng)申請(qǐng)工作并成功得到offer的人都沒有想過創(chuàng)業(yè)是否是你自己的道路，這一點(diǎn)就是一種迷茫。這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)還是頂尖學(xué)生的迷茫，我在網(wǎng)上看到更多的同學(xué)的發(fā)問，比如專業(yè)不對(duì)口，不知道想做什么，不知道自己愛做什么?? 今天我想跟大家將的是，你們這大學(xué)四年，有一件事要做好，就是認(rèn)清你自己，要弄清楚你自己想要成為一個(gè)什么樣的人。而且特別要知道你的興趣在哪里，你的天賦在哪里。在你考慮這個(gè)事情之前，首先要知道你要清空的過去的一些錯(cuò)誤的理解就是：這個(gè)事情跟別人認(rèn)為你是誰(shuí)，或別人想要你成為誰(shuí)，絲毫沒有關(guān)系。你周圍的人，無(wú)論是同學(xué)、老師、家長(zhǎng)，他們都不知道你想成為什么樣的人，甚至他們想要你成為的人很可能根本不是你自己真正想要成為的人。所以大學(xué)四年，其他都可以再學(xué)，但一定要找到自己的興趣和自己的天賦。為什么天賦如此重要？你想，如果我們非要把比爾·蓋茨硬變成一個(gè)音樂家，硬要他去作曲，他能去成就微軟嗎？如果你把貝多芬這樣一個(gè)人硬要他去編程，他有可能成為比爾·蓋茨嗎？肯定不是的，天生我材必有用。每個(gè)人都有自己的天賦，你至少虧欠你自己的是讓自己找到自己的天賦。這樣你才能夠把你自己的潛力發(fā)揮到極致。另外我深深相信，找到自己的興趣也一樣重要。甚至更重要。因?yàn)橐粋€(gè)人如果自己做的事情是自己喜歡的事情，那么他吃飯、睡覺、洗澡都在想著這個(gè)事情，最后他不成功都會(huì)很奇怪。那該怎么去找興趣和天賦呢？我給你們的建議也很簡(jiǎn)單：多嘗試。多嘗試那些自己可能有興趣的東西，無(wú)論是選修課程還是實(shí)習(xí)工作，無(wú)論是參加社團(tuán)或者去網(wǎng)上求知。重點(diǎn)是你要給自己分配時(shí)間，努力去找到自己的天賦和興趣可能存在的地方。還有，不要很刻意地去說(shuō)，我未來(lái)要去做某一件事情因此我要很功利地去學(xué)某一個(gè)知識(shí)系統(tǒng)，因?yàn)檫@樣做的話你可能就錯(cuò)失了你心中真正最愛做的事情。喬布斯曾經(jīng)說(shuō)，我們?nèi)松媾R各種選擇，應(yīng)該追隨我們的心。喬布斯還說(shuō)，人生中的一些經(jīng)歷都像是一個(gè)個(gè)點(diǎn)，在人生未來(lái)某個(gè)階段，我們都有機(jī)會(huì)把這些點(diǎn)串聯(lián)起來(lái)，當(dāng)你還沒有畫出你的曲線的時(shí)候，不要苛求每個(gè)點(diǎn)都在正確的位置，否則你可能就沒有真正追隨你的心。

我來(lái)演講前，看了下我大學(xué)里選的課，發(fā)現(xiàn)有三種：一是選之前覺得可能有興趣的，選了以后發(fā)現(xiàn)非常枯燥，上課都在睡覺，實(shí)際沒有興趣的，包括經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)，美國(guó)政治，歐洲文學(xué)，歐美文學(xué)，藝術(shù)經(jīng)典，音樂經(jīng)典，這幾個(gè)都是我發(fā)現(xiàn)原來(lái)自己沒有興趣的。但是，我一點(diǎn)都不后悔花了時(shí)間選這些課，因?yàn)檫x之前以為自己有興趣，選之后明白自己沒興趣，就讓人生的選擇劃掉了一個(gè)，能多劃掉些選擇，這樣的elimination也是一件好的事情。第二種是，上了幾堂課，做了幾次作業(yè)，就發(fā)現(xiàn)你愛上了它，這個(gè)感覺特別好，而且不可能第一次就撞上，我也是選了那么多發(fā)現(xiàn)自己不喜歡的課，才發(fā)現(xiàn)撞上了自己喜歡的課，也就是計(jì)算機(jī)。還有第三種可能發(fā)生的是，學(xué)完以后發(fā)現(xiàn)很有意思，但是不知道以后有什么用。這沒有關(guān)系，就像喬布斯所說(shuō)的，這些都是一個(gè)個(gè)的點(diǎn)，也許你的人生未來(lái)有一天會(huì)把這些點(diǎn)串起來(lái)。比如當(dāng)時(shí)我發(fā)現(xiàn)，我對(duì)哲學(xué)很有興趣，學(xué)了沒用，又不可能做哲學(xué)家，但我今天寫的書和文章，如果有絲毫的哲理在里面，還是要感謝當(dāng)時(shí)學(xué)的哲學(xué)。當(dāng)時(shí)還學(xué)了中國(guó)文學(xué)，聽起來(lái)也很荒謬，這個(gè)學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)的人學(xué)文學(xué)干什么，就是有興趣嘛，那畢業(yè)了有用嗎？沒用，但是我這幾年出了5本書，至少還有兩本非常暢銷。如果沒有學(xué)中國(guó)文學(xué)，很可能也不會(huì)有成為業(yè)余作家的李開復(fù)。另外也有一些其他課程對(duì)我也很有幫助，比如英語(yǔ)寫作、國(guó)際關(guān)系，這些在google的四年確實(shí)蠻用得上的。這些選課的決定，當(dāng)時(shí)做的時(shí)候并不是刻意的。當(dāng)時(shí)就覺得上一上。第一種發(fā)現(xiàn)不喜歡的，就扔掉，第二種是愛上的，就馬上去追隨它，第三種是喜歡但是沒用的，那就先留著，以后終于會(huì)把它串起來(lái)。

我知道在座的許多同學(xué)說(shuō)，你是站著說(shuō)話不要疼，你在美國(guó)換專業(yè)選課之類都很輕松，我們?cè)谥袊?guó)可不是這樣的，很多是被限制的。確實(shí)中國(guó)有很多限制。但我跟你分享一個(gè)創(chuàng)新工場(chǎng)工友的故事。有一個(gè)很能干的工友名字叫尚若輝（音），他畢業(yè)于一個(gè)排名非常靠后的大學(xué)，幾乎最后，沒人聽過那所大學(xué)的名字，因?yàn)楦改赣H說(shuō)你學(xué)會(huì)計(jì)吧這個(gè)好找工作。但他學(xué)了才發(fā)現(xiàn)，沒有興趣，掛課，但他在網(wǎng)上瀏覽時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)，居然有一個(gè)方向叫用戶體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)，他特別感興趣，怎么父母沒告訴，怎么高考時(shí)沒這么一個(gè)選擇。但他沒想這么多，就在網(wǎng)上交了各種相關(guān)的朋友，在網(wǎng)上上了各種課程，在論壇里發(fā)問，跟國(guó)內(nèi)外的朋友交流，然后就發(fā)現(xiàn)自己原來(lái)有這方面的熱情，也有這方面的天賦。然后居然發(fā)現(xiàn)自己在這個(gè)領(lǐng)域打工，半年之內(nèi)賺了4萬(wàn)塊，他的設(shè)計(jì)讓人贊不絕口。但就在他發(fā)現(xiàn)非常開心的時(shí)候，悲劇發(fā)生了，以前只掛一兩科，這個(gè)學(xué)期他掛了4科，因?yàn)樗麗凵狭俗约旱呐d趣。他跟父母做了溝通，他畢業(yè)以后不做會(huì)計(jì)，但他也盡力提升成績(jī)，至少達(dá)到畢業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。父母看到這孩子在他感興趣的領(lǐng)域還是不錯(cuò)的，就沒有要求他了。他也就一邊讀書把成績(jī)提起來(lái)，一邊在新浪找到了一個(gè)兼職的工作，之后又在創(chuàng)新工場(chǎng)找到了一個(gè)兼職的工作。然后一畢業(yè)就在創(chuàng)新工場(chǎng)投資的知乎團(tuán)隊(duì)哩，成為了整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的用戶體驗(yàn)負(fù)責(zé)人。所以當(dāng)你找到自己的最愛的時(shí)候，你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)你會(huì)想魔術(shù)一樣發(fā)揮出自己的潛力。

再次分享一下喬布斯的一段名言：2005年斯坦福說(shuō)：不要被信條所束縛，最重要的是擁有跟隨直覺的勇氣。你的內(nèi)心和直覺多少已經(jīng)知道你真正想要成為什么樣一個(gè)人。任何其他的事物都是次要的。

如果你對(duì)未來(lái)迷茫，希望你能把我時(shí)間，找到自己的天賦和興趣，這樣才不會(huì)迷茫。2.成為應(yīng)試機(jī)器的人。

知道自己的迷茫還是有希望找到興趣的，但成為應(yīng)試機(jī)器的人就更嚴(yán)重了。在創(chuàng)新工場(chǎng)每年收到幾萬(wàn)份簡(jiǎn)歷。常常，打開一份簡(jiǎn)歷我都不得不搖頭。比如，某人，男，英語(yǔ)四六級(jí)平均成績(jī)80分，刻苦努力，三好學(xué)生，等等，幾乎每一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)歷千篇一律地都是用這些成績(jī)數(shù)字來(lái)描述一個(gè)人，而且是用在應(yīng)試體系里的數(shù)字來(lái)描述一個(gè)人。這樣的人是沒有一點(diǎn)吸引力的。難道你在大學(xué)四年教育之后，只能給我這些數(shù)字嗎？你是否成為了應(yīng)試教育培訓(xùn)出來(lái)的一臺(tái)機(jī)器？你的特點(diǎn)在什么地方？除了你的分?jǐn)?shù)之外，你是不是可以告訴我你學(xué)懂了什么？你在學(xué)到的地方有沒有好的創(chuàng)意，你是否知道你學(xué)的東西有沒有用處？你在課堂學(xué)的東西能發(fā)揮出來(lái)嗎？

所以，第二點(diǎn)我想建議的就是，不要成為應(yīng)試教育的機(jī)器。在座的每一位，都是應(yīng)試教育的受害者，你們經(jīng)過了12年的應(yīng)試教育，今天應(yīng)該劃上一個(gè)句點(diǎn)。我希望你們能逆轉(zhuǎn)過去教育對(duì)你們所做的一切迫害，開始真正的學(xué)習(xí)和思考。有關(guān)思考方面，一共有三種大學(xué)四年里你必須學(xué)會(huì)的學(xué)習(xí)的能力，這三種能力可以幫助你從應(yīng)試的殼里飛出來(lái)：

第一種能力是自學(xué)的能力，這個(gè)特別重要，這點(diǎn)做不到，一切其他的大學(xué)教育都是白學(xué)了。讀中學(xué)的時(shí)候，老師會(huì)一次一次重復(fù)當(dāng)時(shí)上課的內(nèi)容，但是進(jìn)了大學(xué)以后，老師只能充當(dāng)引路人，學(xué)生必須積極主動(dòng)地去探索學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)踐。在這四年中你一定要從一個(gè)被告知知識(shí)的人，到一個(gè)能學(xué)會(huì)自己學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)的人。要能做到這一點(diǎn)，你必須要有理解的能力，不能只有背誦的能力。這包括了舉一反三的能力，知其然也知其所以然，要能夠無(wú)師自通，給你一本課本，你能把它看懂，做到這些，你就擁有自學(xué)的能力了。那你可能要說(shuō)，我從何開始才能具備自學(xué)的能力呢？唯一一件必須學(xué)會(huì)的事情，就是學(xué)會(huì)問為什么。因?yàn)樵趹?yīng)試教育里面，只要學(xué)了“什么”就可以及格了，就可以背誦了，就可以考試了，但是在大學(xué)里面，你不能只學(xué)“什么”，一定要學(xué)“為什么”，當(dāng)你理解了一件事情為什么是如此的，你才能再次把它推出來(lái)，你才能舉一反三，無(wú)師自通。隨時(shí)都要問為什么，上課問，去論壇問，上網(wǎng)問，問同學(xué)??一定要打破砂鍋問到底。這個(gè)時(shí)候你才真正懂了，學(xué)到了。第二種能力是從理論到實(shí)踐的能力。你學(xué)的每樣知識(shí)，不要知識(shí)知道這個(gè)公式是什么，理論是什么，而且要知道在真實(shí)的工作中有什么用。因?yàn)槟氵M(jìn)入社會(huì)才會(huì)知道，以前學(xué)的會(huì)計(jì)、統(tǒng)計(jì)、哲學(xué)、文學(xué)之類，可能都不是你老板認(rèn)為你最需要的知識(shí)。有人說(shuō)：其實(shí)在大學(xué)里學(xué)到的真的有用的知識(shí)，只是你一生中要用的5%而已。所以更重要的是你要知道這些知識(shí)怎么能夠應(yīng)用起來(lái)。老師教了你怎么寫英文，你要知道怎么把這個(gè)英文應(yīng)用到比如說(shuō)寫一個(gè)公關(guān)稿上。再比如，老師教了你怎么編程，你要理解這個(gè)編程怎么轉(zhuǎn)換成商業(yè)價(jià)值，成為一個(gè)移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品。這些都需要你在學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)多問一個(gè)問題，就是“有什么用”。我記得我女兒小的時(shí)候非常反對(duì)學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)，認(rèn)為像指數(shù)之類的東西都是沒有用的。直到有一天，我告訴她會(huì)用指數(shù)，你就可以計(jì)算你的銀行有多少錢。我問他，你如果有100塊錢，每年10%的利息，10年以后你會(huì)有多少錢。答案居然不是200塊錢的時(shí)候，她就突然有興趣了。她說(shuō)，哇，怎么會(huì)有這么多錢？她想知道為什么。這時(shí)我就告訴她，指數(shù)是有用的，要學(xué)會(huì)融會(huì)貫通，知道怎么實(shí)踐。

第三種能力叫做critical thinking，就是批判式思維。每一件事情都有多方看法，不是只有一個(gè)非黑即白的答案。不同的人有不同的意見，每一個(gè)意見都值得了解，都值得珍惜。不要被教條鎖住，要學(xué)會(huì)用不同的觀點(diǎn)來(lái)看問題。這里我也想講一個(gè)創(chuàng)新工場(chǎng)的工友王俊煜的故事，他是北大元培班的高材生，然后進(jìn)入了google，google是一個(gè)很了不起的公司，但是這個(gè)公司是非常強(qiáng)烈的工程師文化，每做一個(gè)產(chǎn)品都想著這個(gè)技術(shù)能夠多酷，能夠多困難，能夠多難讓競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手抄襲，但是比較少去想，用戶要這個(gè)東西有什么用。王俊煜也是一個(gè)特別喜歡做用戶體驗(yàn)的人，特別在乎用戶的感覺，而且深深地了解，一個(gè)產(chǎn)品不論技術(shù)有多難被抄襲，如果用戶不喜歡還是不會(huì)去用的，他在google的時(shí)候就多次和人發(fā)生爭(zhēng)執(zhí)，在google的時(shí)候因?yàn)槭枪こ處熚幕穆曇粲袝r(shí)候就會(huì)被淹沒，但是他執(zhí)著地提出他的想法，至少在兩款產(chǎn)品上提供了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)，并從這個(gè)過程中學(xué)到了很多東西，然后加入了創(chuàng)新工場(chǎng)，成為了豌豆夾這個(gè)產(chǎn)品的共同創(chuàng)始人，做出了非常好的產(chǎn)品，今天豌豆莢可能是創(chuàng)新工場(chǎng)投資的所有產(chǎn)品里，用戶評(píng)價(jià)最高的一個(gè)。這證實(shí)了，我們不能只用一個(gè)方法來(lái)看問題，一定要尊重不同的觀點(diǎn)。怎么樣培養(yǎng)這個(gè)critical thinking呢？我建議你們以后碰到一個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)的時(shí)候，不但要學(xué)會(huì)問“為什么”，還要學(xué)會(huì)問“為什么不？”為什么一定是這樣，為什么不可能是那樣？這樣可以讓你更深的了解，有不同的方法來(lái)看問題。我女兒以前參加過辯論社，她問爸爸，我辯論一個(gè)問題的時(shí)候，應(yīng)該怎么選擇。我給她的建議是，你永遠(yuǎn)要選

如何跟你的朋友培養(yǎng)友情，我建議你們?cè)谧x大學(xué)的時(shí)候一定要交幾個(gè)要好的朋友。因?yàn)榇髮W(xué)的友情往往是那種不變質(zhì)的，可以受益一輩子的。希望你能將心比心，能像好朋友對(duì)待你一樣對(duì)待好朋友，成為你的好朋友的好朋友。分享能讓痛苦減半，分享能讓快樂加倍。希望你們能在大學(xué)四年交到這么一批好朋友。

第二，我也希望你能很好地培養(yǎng)自己的表達(dá)能力，就是口才。不要認(rèn)為自己很聰明就很好、能夠思考就足夠了。希臘哲人說(shuō)過，一個(gè)能夠思考的人如果不能表達(dá)，等于一個(gè)不能狗思考的人。

另外我在網(wǎng)上看到美國(guó)一個(gè)創(chuàng)業(yè)家tim westergren，是很著名的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司 pandora的創(chuàng)世人，他說(shuō)：如果我作為一個(gè)創(chuàng)業(yè)家，我能從上帝那里要求一樣禮物，我會(huì)挑選口才。

如果一個(gè)創(chuàng)業(yè)者想要成功，他必須影響他周圍的人，比如投資者、顧客、用戶。一個(gè)有口才的創(chuàng)業(yè)者，可以更好地發(fā)掘公司的員工，可以讓員工理解自己的愿景，可以激發(fā)你的員工的斗志和潛力。當(dāng)然只有口才是不夠的，但是我很驚訝我見到的每一個(gè)創(chuàng)業(yè)者都有這方面的才華。而口才不是在學(xué)校里任何課程可以學(xué)到的。所以口才、表達(dá)非常重要。
