我們對英語的通常印象是英語難，從來沒有想象過英語不難，好像不難就不是英語似的。
簡單是陳式英語的最大特色，簡單到很多人會說：這還是英語嗎？這也叫英語？。。
其實人類的語言沒有“難易”之分，只有熟與不熟之分。不信我們可以做一
下嘗試：誰能找出一句很難的中國話來？誰又能找出一句很容易的中國話來？同樣的道理，誰能找出一句很“難”的英語，誰又能找出一句很“容易”的英語來？有人可能會說“good bye,bye bye”很容易?！癿odesty helps one to make progress, conceit makes one lag behind.”這句話難.試問，你不能說這句中國話比那句中國話難，你找不出這樣的例子來。你又怎么能說這句英語比那句英語難呢？所以說，語言沒有難易之分，只有熟與不熟之分。當你以不同的方式對一個英語單詞完成了10幾遍的記憶過程，你想說對這個單詞還不熟都難。我們記單詞就是要“先知其相貌，再進而熟其脾性”，“不管咋說，先混個眼熟”，那以后學起來可就容易多了。
陳式英語簡單到什么程度呢，簡單到沒有任何英語基礎的人都能讀懂，甚至沒有任何漢語基礎的人都能聽懂，當你讀一個句子給一個不識字的人聽的時候，他照樣可以很容易的理解一個單詞 的意思；簡單到陳式英語的四個步驟，任何一個步驟都不會讓人產生一點點難的感覺，雖然你不會有一點點難的感覺，但是卻讓你對一個單詞已經完成了10幾遍的記憶過程。也就是說，當你對初高中全部4000英語單詞都完成了10幾遍的記憶過程，你都不會有難的感覺。當你掌握了初高中全部的4000單詞的時候，你還會說英語難嗎？！
陳式英語就是不難的英語。英語不難才是英語的本來面目。
通過猜、查、讀寫、造句等幾個步驟，對一個單詞進行了多遍的記憶和鞏固復習，能夠讓學生對一個單詞的印象逐步加深。要想達到這一目的，單純的背詞典或一個單詞寫8遍10遍甚至更多，顯然是太機械和枯燥，容易打壓學生的學習興趣；同時由于學生的年齡原因，學習的計劃性差，陳式英語給學生制定出了現成的計劃，學生只要照著做就可以了。

簡單，做簡單的人，在做的大部分人都比我年長，相信理解的也要比我深刻。今年以來，尤其是這段時間，我一直希望能調整自己的狀態，所以也老是在思考一個問題：我怎樣才能做回簡單的自己？
剛好第一次開黨會時提出要求每個人準備一次演講，想來想去不知道寫什么好，所以剛好就把自己所想的同大家分享一下。
在做的很多年輕人，不知道你們有沒有為自己的理想去堅持過一些事，但我有。以前看到比自己年長幾歲的人，畢業幾年后很多都會說“自己的理想被社會的現實所磨滅”之類的話，之前我總
是半信半疑，覺得這種感受應該不會出現在自己身上。但其實不然，現在的我，正細細體會著這種感受。
我是一個比較要強的人，總希望什么都能做的更好，希望比身邊那么一些人強，所以我選擇了走自己想走的路。畢業已經滿三年了，但自己想做的事沒有一件做成了。現在想想，原因還不是出在自己身上，怨不得任何人，只怪自己太急于求成了。
現在回頭想想，自己這三年所經歷的，在身邊的朋友看來，是一種多姿多彩，但作為當局者來說，在收獲經歷的同時，卻無疑伴有不同的辛酸苦辣。所以當今年走完自己心中那幾條想走的路的時候，有那么一段時間，自己完全陷入了惆悵和迷茫當中，完全不知道自己接下來該何去何從。但另一方面，自己卻又不甘心，不甘心這一切的無奈。
簡單，其實也是最不簡單的一種生活態度生活方式，我們可以很輕松的說著我活的簡單，其實呢，簡單的背后也
會承受很多并不簡單的壓力思想，我們表現出來的也許是簡單，但生活并不會像表現出來的那么無憂無慮。
簡單是應該針對自己而不是別人，既然自己選擇簡單就不能要求別人和你一樣，如果做不到只能說明你自己也并不是個簡單的人，通常我們會說我對他多好，可他卻沒有真誠的對我??永遠要記住你對他好是你的一廂情愿，他沒有如你所愿是因為他不覺得你值得他對你真誠對你友好，這個簡單的道理，直到我前幾天看到人家的感悟才知道。
存在就有道理，就是沒明白這道理所以有的時候會感覺委屈，現在看來所有的委屈也只
是自己的一廂情愿造成的，怨不了別人，我喜歡簡單，所以我選擇簡單，簡單永遠是自己的選擇不能去要求別人！
朋友，必須是心里互相認可接受的那才算，真正的朋友才能有所要求，當然還不能無理，朋友是可以依靠的像家
人，如果只是玩伴只是爬友那最好還是簡單點，別要求，沒人有義務有責任對你負責對你友好，你做的是你自己覺得該做的，別人也一樣。
這觀點也不知道對不對，反正我就是這么理解的。
做簡單的人就是讓我們從冗繁忙亂的生活中，從復雜迷離的社會中走出來。讓我們在藍天白云的簡練中忘卻煩惱，讓我們對自己說：“天下本無事，庸人自擾之”，然后心平氣和地從一大堆瑣事中理出頭緒。
做簡單的人就是要抓住生活的核心，過一種高效率的生活，而不為生活繁瑣刻板的一面所禁錮。做簡單的人不是對工作敷衍了事，不負責任，而是分清主次，一針見血地深入實質，精益求精。從某種意義上講，做簡單的人正是善于從主體上把握事物的脈絡。
做簡單的人就是不世故，不虛偽，不自欺欺人，不故作高深，不在錯綜復雜的關系網中作繭自縛。做簡單的人需
要真誠，需要坦率，需要求實，需要勇氣，需不斷舍棄那些心靈的累贅和種種執迷，不去計較個人的得失，以一種博大的心胸去容納一切。
做簡單的人是以自己的行動對我們生活詞典中一些最偉大的詞匯做最簡潔明了的注解：愛、幸福、希望、家、生、死、陽光。有時這一切僅在一個淺淺的微笑、一句簡短的問候、一次及時的撫慰中就足以體現了。
做簡單的人不是變得幼稚，更不是一種退化，而是在經歷人生的風風雨雨后對生命作更高層次的回歸。做簡單的人并不是要我們頭腦簡單，不做思考，而是要我們洗凈心靈的積垢，保持心靈的簡約與寧靜，不為紛繁所擾。簡單的人不一定是旁引博證的哲人，卻能是一個洞悉世界的智者。認識世界不只靠博聞強記和繁瑣的推證，而那些熟稔rěn自然、超然頓悟的大師往往是一顆簡單純樸之心的人。
做簡單的人是一種無所失落的選

英語——不是你想的那么簡單
通過這幾節課的學習和討論，令我感受最深的就是英語并不是一種簡單的語言，它的每一種形式的出現都有充分的理由，只是這種理由并不是每個人都能看明白的。下面我將從兩個方面來說明這個觀點。
自從上初中以來，我們就開始接觸完形填空這種題型，用英語說叫cloze。以前只是知道這種題要求我們在通讀短文的基礎上，把空缺的單詞或詞組選出來。而通過學習，我了解到完型填空的設計是基于格式塔理論的。格式塔理論認，人的大腦里儲存著已有的知識和完整的知識體系，當人們感知外部事物和對信息進行加工時，這些已有的知識和完整的知識體系會有意識貨無意識地起作用。格式塔理論還認為人們在感知不
完整的事物時，在內心深處總是傾向于將其補全，使之成為一個完整體；整體是由部分組成的，而整體大于各部分的簡單相加。而完形填空正是一種需要補全，使之完整的語篇材料。這對我今后在教學時的啟示就是，要告訴學生根據格式塔理論來解答完形填空的題，即利用上下文推斷出空缺的信息，借助文章意義的層次推進來預測情節的發展。
另一個重要的知識是規范和偏差。它告訴我們在使用英語時不要總是用一些常規的表達，會顯得文章平淡無味，而要有所創新，有所創新的英語會帶給讀者一種張力。比如駱駝牌香煙的廣告，i walk a mile to catch the camel。表明上看就是我走一英里去追趕駱駝，而實際上駱駝牌香煙在這句話里出現兩次，除了句尾的camel，walk a mile連讀也會產生一個camel。這一理論給我教學上的啟示就是要培養學生看出英語表達背后的意思，進而學會欣賞英語這種語言獨特的美。因為英語并不是它表明看上去那么
簡單，而要根據它的背景文化或語境來得出更深層次的理解。只有這樣學習才能使自己各方面的能力都有所提高，在閱讀時能夠更透徹的理解作者要表達的意思，在寫作時也要應用一些創新的報答，使自己的文章更有深度。
我們要學會欣賞英語的美，尤其是在文學作品里，好的英語都不是表面那么簡單的，而透過表面，去欣賞英語背后的美，是我們要具備的能力，也是我們將來成為英語老師后要重點培養學生的能力。
