結合以上說法 夢想 也就是不切實際 空空幻想 想必 在座各位都有夢想或都有過夢想。曾經各位家長你們追逐 引以為傲的夢想如今實現了嗎 ? 如今回想是否覺得可笑 或是 惋惜的。

大部分可能因為各種各樣的問題出現而終止[1] 甚至是忘卻了 曾經的夢。

夢想，讓宇宙的呈現充滿了力量與可能性，人類因夢想而獲得更高目的的存在 而現在 你們身邊的我們 正是可以不惜一切 為了我們的夢想放手一搏的年紀 即使被打擊 還有背后的你們撐住我們。所有我們必然也是必須抓住這個機會。

記得語文來上課的時候 談到 夢想這個詞 老師說 你們小時候 都夢想 考北大 啊 清華啊 現在 你們高三了 有途徑 可以去上北大清華了 當時 下面 很多人都在笑 說這怎么可能 開什么玩笑 說真的 我當時 不知道為什么 有些難受 我心里想如果老師這句話是在 16班或17班說(也就是1中的零班)下面的學生絕對不會笑 因為這本就是他們的目標 所有我最討厭別人說不可能。

第二篇：我心目中籃球球星

我心目中的球星

他可以毫不避諱的說自己兒時的偶像是喬丹，他在錄像里觀察喬丹的每個動作并試著模仿。但同時他也可以大聲說道“不做下一個喬丹，我只做我自己！” 是的，這就是科比，一個有著多重人格的人。自我，與天下為敵；囂張，永不服輸；任性，特立獨行。他，一個孤獨的王者。有人說，他只是一顆劃過天際的流星。但在我心中，他就是那顆不滅的恒星。

1、對墻點撥球

方法：每人用一個球，在原地運球中練習正面對墻點撥傳球，側面對墻點撥傳球，背對墻點撥傳球。注意：單手對墻點撥，不能雙手拿起對墻傳球。

2、對兩墻兩手點撥球

方法：每人用兩個球，面對墻角屈膝下蹲在原地運球中，練習左右手交替或同時向側對墻點撥球。

注意：開始時輕點，熟練后再重快點撥。

3、兩手點兩球 方法：每人用兩球，在原地運球中練習左右手同時或交替對墻點撥傳球。

4、單手抓球彈起

方法：單手托球，利用五指快速收攏將球彈起。注意：指根以上觸球，指尖抓起有彈性。、5、球滾手臂

6、手指頂球旋轉

方法：兩腳左右開立，屈膝，單手屈肘托球于

9、行進間跨步急停拋接球

方法：兩腿開立比肩寬屈膝，左手持球向右前方拋起，同時左腳利用交叉步的方式邁跨右腳的斜前方，同時右腳順跨左腳的右側，此時用右手將球接住。然后換右手拋球左手接。同時利用跨步急停，左右手交替拋接，左右腳交替跨步急停。

注意：球拋高低適當，跨步急停穩定，熟練后可加轉身練習。

10、雙手向前上方拋球接跳步急停接球 方法：雙手持球于腹前，兩腳開立寬于肩，練習開始，雙手向前拋球，邁一步后跳起急停兩腳同時落地把球接住。再拋，跳停接住連續進行。

11、對墻傳球，轉身接球

注意：球要傳好，轉身平穩。

12、接從墻面反彈球

方法：兩人一組，接球者距墻3米左右站立，做好接球準備。持球者站在接球者背后。練習時，持球同學將球對墻傳出，接球者迅速判斷球從墻面反彈方向，在球落地前將球接住。

注意：傳球者在傳球的力量、方向上不斷加以變化，以使接球者在移動、判斷，反應接球等方面得到鍛煉。練習一定次數后交換練習。

13、原地運起靜止不動的球

方法：原地半蹲，把球放在地上靜止不動，如練習時用手指手腕力量拍擊球，利用球的反彈作用將球拍起，然后再慢慢將球按拍成“成球”。連續進行，一定次數后換手進行。

注意：

用擊打球的力量。②手指手腕充分放松成鞭打動作。③擊打后立即離開。

14、直臂對墻拍球

方法：右手持球于頭上右前方，利用指腕力量對墻進行拍按球。

注意：練習時由慢球到快，兩手交替練習。動作熟練后，可變換球的落點，例如向左、向右、向

15、直腿坐地體側運球

注意：用力收腹保持直角坐勢，伸直兩腿，做此練習。有壓腿柔韌性之功效，要學生毅力頑強地進行，有一定難度。

我在密歇根底特律的平民家庭長大,我的父親是一個言語不多的人,他是個商人,我父親告訴過我很重要的一點,也是我從他身上看到的,父親教會我,每天都要為夢想竭盡全力。那就是每天他起床穿戴衣服之后,他會告訴他自己,無論你是生病了還是你覺得勞累了,但是他總會竭盡全力。

很多人認為我是某天醒來發現自己突然長到2米05,我可以打進NBA也是很自然的事兒,但沒有人認識到成為NBA球員靠的是恒心和毅力。其實我在整個追夢的過程中都是靠恒心和毅力才使自己最終進入NBA。當我12歲的時候我身高是1米8,當時就像鉛筆一樣的瘦,沒有一個女孩愿意跟我約會或者跟我接吻,因為她們覺得我長得很好笑。有天我跟小伙伴們聊天,我告訴他們說有一天我會到NBA賽場上去比賽,你們猜他們什么反應,他們嘲笑我,他們嘲笑我的夢想。

我上高中后漸漸地開始成功,當時有一個籃球運動員叫克里斯·韋伯,他當時是NBA選秀的第一名,所以在我還是高一的時候,我十四、五歲左右我身邊的人都告訴我說,你永遠沒辦法像克里斯那樣出色,因為克里斯很強壯,而且力氣也很大,但是你跑得不快,彈跳力也不行,你永遠也不可能成為他。但是我小時候,已經聽過這種話了,那么我怎么做呢?
