上午好，老師和同學們，很高興在這里進行我們的演講。我們的主題是關于美國職業籃球聯盟（nba）。下面開始我的報告 good morning everyone!it’s nice to be here for our speech。our subject talks about national basketball association ,which is short for nba.then let me start my report.? our report contains six parts: ? 1 the founding and development history of nba;? 2 the management of nba;? 3 nba teams;? 4 the all star weekend;? 5 the legendary star of nba;? 6 the cheerleader nba成立于1946年6月6日。成立時叫baa，即全美籃球協會，是由十一家冰球館和體育館的老板為了讓體育館在冰球比賽以外的時間，不至于閑置而共同發起成立的，成立baa的初衷是為了讓體育館在冰球比賽以外的時間不至于空閑冷場，但是實際上背后真正的商業理由是：當時二戰剛剛結束，人們需要從緊張的氣氛中解脫出來，體育和娛樂正是人們的消費熱點，當然也是投資熱點，因此，聯盟的成立的目的不光說是一項競賽，當然還是投資一檔生意。發展：1.1946年6月6日，成立時叫baa，即全美籃球協會 ,11支球隊；2，1949年，美國兩大籃球組織baa和nbl合并為“nba” ,17支球隊；3.1976年，吞并 aba ,22支球隊；4.2004年，夏洛特山貓隊加入，球隊達到30支。nba之所以成為現在籃球領域的第一大聯盟，和它成功的商業戰略是分不開的。尋找合作伙伴，造星運動，產品外延，全球化推廣等是他們常用的戰略 聯盟的組織管理制度，主要在聯盟和俱樂部之間進行，他們之間互相有金錢聯系。聯盟的收入包括：轉播費，聯盟標志產品銷售，聯盟衍生產品開發，全球推廣活動，俱樂部的收入則由球衣等紀念品銷售，球衣廣告，場內廣告，球票銷售等 the alliance has a set of organization and management system,which has money contact with the clubs.第二部分

這是nba球隊的地理分布圖，總共30支球隊，除了多倫多猛龍隊在加拿大外，其他的都在美國本土。30支球隊被分為東西部，兩個賽區，每個賽區都有15支球隊。比較有名的像洛杉磯湖人和休斯頓火箭隊屬于西部賽區，而波士頓凱爾特人和邁阿密熱火隊則屬于東部賽區。

this is an nba team geographical distribution, a total of 30 teams, they are located in the united states in addition to the toronto raptors in canada.30 teams are divided into two parts, east and west , each division has 15 teams.there are some teams well-known to us such as the los angeles lakers and the houston rockets belong to a western conference, and the boston celtics and the miami heat belong to the eastern conference.nba賽程主要包括常規賽、季后賽和總決賽。我們前面說過，nba共有東西兩個半區，每個半區又分為3個賽區。同一賽區的5支球隊每兩支球隊相互要打4場比賽，分為兩個主場和兩個客場。同一半區的兩支球隊要打3～4場比賽，這由nba總部視比賽的看點來決定。不同半區的兩支球隊打兩場比賽，分別是一個主場和一個客場。在整個常規賽開賽之前，為便于磨合球隊，nba會安排一些熱身賽，被稱為季前賽，他的成績不計入球隊常規賽季的成績。在常規賽之后，東西部各3個賽區的第1名和常規賽成績較好的其他5支球隊分別進行季后賽，季后賽采用7戰4勝制，直到決出東西部冠軍，最后再由東西部冠軍進行總決賽。nba schedule includes regular season, playoffs and finals.as we know,nba has 2.5 district, each half of the district is divided into 3 division.one division of 5 teams in each of the two teams will play 4 games each other, two home and two away.two teams in half of the district will beat 3 to 4 games, the order of games decided by nba headquarters according to the point.different half area of the two teams will play two games, one home and one away game.in the regular season before starting, in order to facilitate the running team, nba will arrange some warm-up match, it is known as the preseason, its grades are not included in the regular season.after the regular season,the first of three divisions from east and west play for the playoffs along with other five teams recording well.the playoffs adopt to four out of seven innings until eastern champion and western champion, and finally to the championship finals.這個是去年的nba季后賽對陣圖

好吧 開始第一個主題

夢想 關乎字義 百度百科給出這樣的解釋 夢：睡眠時身體內外各種刺激或殘留在大腦里的外界刺激引起的景象活動 想：內心活動所產生的欲望 夢想：意指夢中懷想、理想等。

結合以上說法 夢想 也就是不切實際 空空幻想 想必 在座各位都有夢想或都有過夢想。曾經各位家長你們追逐 引以為傲的夢想如今實現了嗎 ? 如今回想是否覺得可笑 或是 惋惜的。

大部分可能因為各種各樣的問題出現而終止[1] 甚至是忘卻了 曾經的夢。

夢想，讓宇宙的呈現充滿了力量與可能性，人類因夢想而獲得更高目的的存在 而現在 你們身邊的我們 正是可以不惜一切 為了我們的夢想放手一搏的年紀 即使被打擊 還有背后的你們撐住我們。所有我們必然也是必須抓住這個機會。

記得語文來上課的時候 談到 夢想這個詞 老師說 你們小時候 都夢想 考北大 啊 清華啊 現在 你們高三了 有途徑 可以去上北大清華了 當時 下面 很多人都在笑 說這怎么可能 開什么玩笑 說真的 我當時 不知道為什么 有些難受 我心里想如果老師這句話是在 16班或17班說(也就是1中的零班)下面的學生絕對不會笑 因為這本就是他們的目標 所有我最討厭別人說不可能。

在實力的面前 任何的不可能都 是 能 在實力的面前 任何的夢想 都是 目標。ps:特大聲的說

我們先會開始 一個15-20 天的訓練計劃 大致是 每天早上4點一中籃球場集訓 天亮 回家 休息

大概也就是 二個半小時

下午集體休息

晚上呢 會到 昌河燈光球場打比賽 因為昌河都是大人打球 我們需要一定的對抗 第二天 早上4點不會變

天亮回家休息

下午 健身房力量訓練

晚上昌河打球

第三天 早上4點不變

下午3點 陶院打球 其他時間休息

第四天 早上4點仍然不變(我認為這是對我隊員的磨練 畢竟這不是旅游 而是修行 我是這

樣認為的)晚上 晚飯后 健身房

往后以4天輪回 雖然艱苦 但絕對是磨練 堅持下來對每個人的實力絕對提升 詳細計劃我會和隊員商討

His name is Yi Jianlian,but fans often call him “A lian”.He was born in Guangdong in 1987,his parents used to be handball players.So he began playing sports when he was just a child.When he was 12,his friends and him joined a streetball match.Although they lost the game,A lian was noticed by a baskerball coach.So he began learning play basketball in that year.In 20xx,he played baskball on the Guang Dong team.Though he is young,he has played basketball on the China Men Basketball Team since 20xx.

A lian was called “The second Yao Ming”by many people,but he feels differently.he is just a 20 year old boy,he doesn’t have enough experience..He is tall and gifted,but he doesn’t strong enough.A lian is under too much preasure.People always comparing A lian with Yao Ming,A lian is not happy,he said he just wanted to pay more attention to playing basketball.

A lian’s favorite basketball player in Duncan,a NBA star.On free time,he likes listening to music and playing computer games,ang he is very friendly to his fans.

You go to those who question your proof that they are wrong,so I'll continue to struggle.After the end of my four years of college,I decided to join the NBA.I went to the NBA,people questioned again,they said Shawn your college is a good player,but you definitely can not be a good professional player,it is very surprising,very shocking it.And how I do it?I looked in the mirror told myself:Now is the time you continue to work hard.

So after twelve years,I stood in front of you,I've won two NBA championships,and I played in great teams there,and I make my dreams come true.I think my story,the most wonderful part is to tell you that is not what I woke up one night I went to the NBA arena,not the case.I have every small step along the way,until today's success,I was squeezed off,someone said I was not good enough,some people say I will never succeed,when my success in basketball,people always want to call me a basketball star,but for my own words in addition to basketball there are a lot of things.

我上高中后漸漸地開始成功,當時有一個籃球運動員叫克里斯·韋伯,他當時是NBA選秀的第一名,所以在我還是高一的時候,我十四、五歲左右我身邊的人都告訴我說,你永遠沒辦法像克里斯那樣出色,因為克里斯很強壯,而且力氣也很大,但是你跑得不快,彈跳力也不行,你永遠也不可能成為他。但是我小時候,已經聽過這種話了,那么我怎么做呢?

他們說:“哦,肖恩,你現在籃球打得很好,但你在大學的時候,應該不會那么出色了,因為你速度比較慢,跳得也不高,而且你也不夠強壯,你的籃球意識也不夠強。”這些話都是我在十二歲的時候,在十四、五歲的時候也聽過。那么我怎么做呢,我也是站在鏡子前,我問我自己,你準備好了嗎?你要去向那些質疑你的人證明,證明他們是錯的,所以我就不斷地奮斗。在我四年的大學結束以后,我決定加入NBA。我到了NBA的'時候,人們的質疑又來了,他們說肖恩你大學的時候是很好的球員,但是你絕對不可能是一個優秀的專業球員,很驚訝吧,很讓人震驚吧。而我是怎么做的呢?我對著鏡子告訴自己說:現在是你繼續努力的時候了。

那么十二年之后,我站在各位的面前,我已經贏得了NBA的兩個總冠軍,而且我在非常棒的兩支球隊里面打過球,而且我讓我的夢想成真了。我覺得我的故事當中,最美妙的一部分是告訴大家,并不是我一夜之間醒過來我就到了NBA的賽場,不是這樣的。我這一路上每一小步,直到今天的成功,我被排擠過,有人說我不夠優秀,有人說我永遠不會成功,當我在籃球方面成功的時候,人們總是希望稱我為籃球明星,但是對于我自己的話除了籃球之外還有很多的東西。

我非常地幸運,我的父母都非常重視對我的教育,但是我有一些朋友和老師,他們會說:“肖恩,你不需要成為一個很好的學生,只要好好打你的籃球就行了。”我說不“不,我不要這樣子,我要成為一個很好的學生。因為我喜歡學習,喜歡看書,我喜歡學習新的東西。”

在我整個四年的高中時間,我的成績只得到了一個B,其他的都是A。

我還記得,我小的時候還踢過足球,當時有很大的一個球場,應該是類似錦標賽的一個比賽,現在仍然記憶猶新。當時我12歲,我非常地緊張,我害怕自己會犯錯誤,但當我帶球跑時總是踢偏,怎么都跑不遠,要知道我面對的是大概六萬的觀眾,我不能面對這樣的場面,我難過地哭了,但至少我努力過、我試過,雖然我可能失敗了,我從失敗中的收獲,可能比從成功中的收獲更大。
