成長(zhǎng)的蛻變
尊敬的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),親愛(ài)的小伙伴們:
大家下午好!我叫….,很高興能有這樣一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)和大家分享我成長(zhǎng)的蛻變。經(jīng)過(guò)整整五天的新兵營(yíng)培訓(xùn),我們迎來(lái)了結(jié)業(yè)的這一時(shí)刻。在這里,我要非常感謝各位培訓(xùn)老師對(duì)我們的悉心教導(dǎo)。這五天的培訓(xùn)時(shí)間說(shuō)長(zhǎng)不長(zhǎng)說(shuō)短不短,卻讓我成長(zhǎng),讓我蛻變!有一句話是這樣講的:“世界上沒(méi)有無(wú)緣無(wú)故的愛(ài),也沒(méi)有無(wú)緣無(wú)故的恨。”同樣的,實(shí)現(xiàn)成長(zhǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)蛻變也是有其因果關(guān)系的。我想,我這五天的成長(zhǎng)和蛻變是源自于領(lǐng)路教育文化當(dāng)中的堅(jiān)持所帶給我的力量!
我依然清晰地記得10月10號(hào)上午,我獨(dú)自一個(gè)人背著個(gè)包來(lái)到了紅星國(guó)際會(huì)展中心找工作。心中滿(mǎn)懷著期待,希望今天能夠有伯樂(lè)看中我。可是,當(dāng)我還沒(méi)有走進(jìn)展館中心就發(fā)現(xiàn)外面的廣場(chǎng)上早已熱鬧非凡,這不是人們說(shuō)話的聲音,而是機(jī)器發(fā)出的聲音。原來(lái)這是一些機(jī)械公司為了招攬人才把機(jī)器都搬了出來(lái),令我感到非常驚訝!更加令我不可思議的是展館里面的展臺(tái)全部是招聘機(jī)械類(lèi)的人員。我頓時(shí)心灰意冷了,感嘆了一句:我的運(yùn)氣有這么差嗎?
我不忍心就這樣回去,我又順著廣場(chǎng)的小路來(lái)到了副展廳。果不其然,這里才是我所要來(lái)的地方。我瞬間就明白了什么叫做:“山窮水復(fù)疑無(wú)路,柳暗花明又一村”。來(lái)到了入口處,別人都不讓我進(jìn)去,非得讓我在門(mén)口填一個(gè)表。我說(shuō)我找份工作你至于這樣為難我嗎?還讓我跨個(gè)門(mén)檻。沒(méi)有辦法了,我只好從了他們,把表給填了。進(jìn)去之后,我尋尋覓覓,找了半天才看到了一個(gè)搞教育培訓(xùn)的。我當(dāng)時(shí)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)的眺望著公司的招聘信息,足足看了有三分多鐘。這時(shí)候,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)地跑過(guò)來(lái)一個(gè)漂亮的女孩,她微笑著向我介紹說(shuō):“你好,我叫..,你是想找教育培訓(xùn)的工作嗎?”我說(shuō):是的。她趕緊拉著我到展位前坐了下來(lái)開(kāi)始攀談。我是被她的熱情所打動(dòng),最后走的時(shí)候她說(shuō)下午在公司有一場(chǎng)宣講會(huì),要我記得一定去參加。我當(dāng)時(shí)就答應(yīng)了她說(shuō):我一定按時(shí)到。沒(méi)想到她說(shuō):準(zhǔn)時(shí)就是遲到,所以你要提前到。聽(tīng)了這句話我頓時(shí)愣了半天,這個(gè)公司還真有點(diǎn)意思,我還真的要去看一下。
就是這樣我與領(lǐng)路教育相遇了。當(dāng)天下午總共有二十多位小伙伴參加宣講會(huì),我也是抱著了解了解的心態(tài)去感受霸道學(xué)姐的成長(zhǎng)記。這一聽(tīng)還真是了不得,讓我更加有了想進(jìn)一步了解領(lǐng)路教育的欲望。宣講會(huì)過(guò)后,就是面試,很榮幸當(dāng)天晚上我就收到了要參加培訓(xùn)的通知,當(dāng)時(shí)我就長(zhǎng)舒了一口氣,我知道我成功了。
第三天來(lái)公司培訓(xùn)的時(shí)候還剩下十八位小伙伴。面對(duì)這么多的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手,我當(dāng)時(shí)心里忐忑不安,心里在想,這次的戰(zhàn)斗肯定非常激烈,非常殘酷,我能堅(jiān)持到最后嗎?隨著培訓(xùn)的逐步展開(kāi),我發(fā)現(xiàn)在我們這群小伙伴當(dāng)中可謂是臥虎藏龍,每一個(gè)人都非常優(yōu)秀,很有才華。有會(huì)魔術(shù)的,有會(huì)舞蹈的,還有學(xué)播音主持的等等。我當(dāng)時(shí)捫心自問(wèn):我能堅(jiān)持到最后嗎?隨著培訓(xùn)一天比一天深入,也有人在中途就選擇了退出,選擇了放棄,這對(duì)于我來(lái)說(shuō)是一個(gè)不小的影響,我開(kāi)始反問(wèn)自己,我會(huì)和他們一樣選擇中途放棄嗎?我能堅(jiān)持到最后嗎?就在這懷疑與日俱增的時(shí)候,一首歌的出現(xiàn)讓我有了底氣。這有歌的歌詞是這樣寫(xiě)的:當(dāng)我每次抬起頭,看到你溫暖笑容,感謝你帶給我力量,我們并肩向前走。當(dāng)我每次低下頭,感到有一些無(wú)助,就會(huì)想起你曾告訴我,要堅(jiān)持再堅(jiān)持。這歌詞給了我力量,同樣是兩個(gè)肩膀扛一個(gè)腦袋,別人能夠堅(jiān)持到最后我憑什么做不到。事實(shí)證明,當(dāng)我現(xiàn)在站在這個(gè)舞臺(tái)上的時(shí)候,我已經(jīng)做到了。但我知道這不是終點(diǎn),而是我在領(lǐng)路新的起點(diǎn)!

It refers to any form of dipping, whether the body is put completely under water or is only partly dipped in water;they thus speak of immersion as being either total or partial.The term “immersion” is used of a form of baptism in which water is poured over someone standing in water, without submersion of the person.When
“immersion” is used in opposition to “submersion”, it indicates the form of baptism in which the candidate stands or kneels in water and water is poured over the upper part of the body.The normal form of baptism for the first centuries—until at least the twelfth
century—was immersion.However, when a person could not be immersed, baptism by aspersion or affusion was performed.Affusion
Affusion(affusio)is a method of baptism where water is poured on the head of the person being baptized.The word “affusion” comes from the Latin affusio, meaning “to pour on”.The most common use, however, was for ill or dying people who could not rise from their beds.It was consequently known as “baptism of the sick.”
Affusion became the common practice in the church around the 10th century.Baptism by affusion(pouring)was certainly in practice in Apostolic times, being prescribed by the Didache.Aspersion
Aspersion is a method used in baptism as an alternative to immersion or affusion.The word is formed of the Latin aspergere, 'to sprinkle', of ad, 'to', and spargo, 'I scatter'.In addition, aspersion is performed as part of certain rites to remind people of their baptism, such as the renewal of baptismal vows performed by the Roman Catholic Church on Easter.And concerning baptism, baptize this way: Having first said all these things, baptize into the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, in living water.But if you have no living water, baptize into other water;and if you cannot do so in cold water, do so in warm.But if you have neither, pour out water three times upon the head into the name of Father and Son and Holy Spirit.In the West, baptism by aspersion and affusion slowly became the common practice in later centuries.In aspersion, an aspergillum may be used to place the water on the skin.The Roman Catholic Church regards baptism by aspersion as valid only if the water actually flows on the person's skin and is thus equivalent to pouring(“affusion”).Submersion
The word Submersion comes from the late Latin(sub-“under, below”
+ mergere “plunge, dip”)and is also sometimes called “complete immersion”.It is the form of baptism in which the water completely covers the candidate's body.Submersion is practiced in the Orthodox and several other Eastern Churches, as well as in the Ambrosian Rite.It is one of the methods provided in the Roman Rite of the baptism of infants.

讀《穆斯林的葬禮》,是一種心靈的洗禮。穆斯林,伊斯蘭教的信徒。他們信奉真主,積善承德,祈求死后能進(jìn)入“天園”,那里是他們的家,那里是他們靈魂的歸宿,自從真主降臨人間之日起,無(wú)數(shù)虔誠(chéng)的子民們便給自己樹(shù)立了一種信仰,“萬(wàn)物非主,唯有真主”,在人生的旅途上艱難跋涉,求索。
信仰是一種美,它使人的精神有了依托。時(shí)間跨越六十余年,歷經(jīng)三代人的悲喜人生,家國(guó)的興衰.....以我貧瘠的語(yǔ)言實(shí)在難以概括作品的全部,然而,書(shū)中的某些值得回味的東西也許能說(shuō)明些什么:美,情,人生的戲劇性,虛空觀......作品寫(xiě)“美”:寫(xiě)人們?nèi)绾巫非蟆懊馈保质侨绾我徊恍⌒脑崴土恕懊馈保瑢?xiě)美的人,美的玉,美的心靈,美的愛(ài)情;作品寫(xiě)情:恩情,愛(ài)情,友情,親情交織纏綿,耐人尋味;人生的成功與失敗往往源于某種共同的東西,當(dāng)你發(fā)現(xiàn),你的最初追求恰恰是你失敗的原因時(shí),人生又是多么不可思議!主人公一生為玉,為其生,為其死,冥冥中仿佛有種力量在操縱著人世的一切,這是否暗含了作者的虛空觀呢?
好的作品不在于它是否意旨分明,而在于它是否給讀者留下了充足的思考空間。而這,《穆斯林的葬禮》做到了。讀罷,意猶未盡。無(wú)論是為其中凄美的愛(ài)情也罷,還是為那些深蘊(yùn)其中的哲理。“一位西施,萬(wàn)千情人”,我想,每個(gè)人都能在其中找到心靈的共振點(diǎn),體味到心靈洗禮后的純凈與酣暢。真誠(chéng)的向大家推薦這本曾榮獲第三屆茅盾文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)的好書(shū)。

清明洗禮
嚴(yán)冬在春風(fēng)中消退,歲月在奮斗中遠(yuǎn)去,不知不覺(jué)中又是一年清明節(jié)!有一種美,飄逸在浮云上,深埋在古壘下,這是一種可以吸引靈魂的美,它——深藏不露;從我記事開(kāi)始,每年清明節(jié),母親就讓我換上嶄新春裝,帶著紙錢(qián),領(lǐng)著我上墳去。我們家去世的人都埋在村邊,那兒離我家不遠(yuǎn),要轉(zhuǎn)好幾道彎。記得小時(shí)候,我總是很高興去上墳,因?yàn)槟赣H在墳前一燒紙錢(qián),就管不著我了,我便跑滿(mǎn)野地到處玩,直到母親把我拖上。不知從什么時(shí)候開(kāi)始,我去上墳不再又玩又鬧了,而是要仔細(xì)去體會(huì)這清明節(jié)給人們的洗禮。
清明節(jié)的真正意義不僅是對(duì)祖先和英烈的緬懷紀(jì)念,而且有著對(duì)生命的珍視與尊重,對(duì)人生價(jià)值的思考與升華。因此,統(tǒng)一的儀軌制度和形式,具有十分重要的意義,而這樣重要的禮儀制度往往被忽視甚至以為越簡(jiǎn)化越好,從而使得蔑視生命、人欲橫流之風(fēng)甚囂塵上。
雖然我只是長(zhǎng)城公司一名小小的員工,但我真誠(chéng)的呼喚各大節(jié)日禮儀制度的盡快建立,因?yàn)檫@對(duì)中國(guó)文化發(fā)展建設(shè)意義重大。

《成長(zhǎng)的書(shū)香》,這是一本令我震撼的讀物!它的確散發(fā)著非同一般的書(shū)香味,看完這本書(shū),我仿佛接受了一次心靈的洗禮!
我愛(ài)這本書(shū)。那質(zhì)樸真誠(chéng)的每一字每一句,讓我心曠神怡;那充滿(mǎn)著真情實(shí)感的散文詩(shī)篇,令我心潮澎湃??哦,我的心如漲潮的大海一般,久久無(wú)法平靜。
這本書(shū),讓我懂得了什么叫“愛(ài)”。首先,我理解了什么是“大愛(ài)無(wú)言”。一個(gè)字、一句話、一個(gè)動(dòng)作、一次微笑,甚至什么都沒(méi)說(shuō)、沒(méi)做,都能讓人深深感動(dòng),這就是愛(ài)的力量!當(dāng)奶奶做了一頓可口的飯菜,這是愛(ài);當(dāng)爸爸給你一個(gè)肯定的點(diǎn)頭,這是愛(ài);當(dāng)媽媽給你一個(gè)甜美的微笑,這也是愛(ài)。同時(shí),我又知道了愛(ài)的方式。原來(lái),愛(ài)家鄉(xiāng)、愛(ài)祖國(guó),不一定要轟轟烈烈的,只需要你飽含著真情,深深地喜愛(ài)故鄉(xiāng)的人、事、物,這就已經(jīng)足夠了。當(dāng)“神舟七號(hào)”航天飛船飛向太空時(shí),我們因?yàn)樽鎳?guó)的日益繁榮昌盛而熱淚盈眶時(shí),這是愛(ài);當(dāng)我們看到家鄉(xiāng)的座座樓房拔地而起時(shí),我們?yōu)楣枢l(xiāng)的日新月異而歡呼雀躍時(shí),這也是愛(ài)。再者,我理解了愛(ài)的范圍,當(dāng)?shù)揭粋€(gè)陌生的地方,有熱心人為你指點(diǎn)迷津時(shí),我們感受到愛(ài);當(dāng)看到一個(gè)陌生人扶著盲人過(guò)馬路時(shí),我們感受到愛(ài)。愛(ài)就在我們身邊,愛(ài)無(wú)處不在!總而言之,讀了這本書(shū),我對(duì)愛(ài)有了全新的理解。愛(ài),原來(lái)就像一杯咖啡,每個(gè)人都可以用不同方式去品味,每個(gè)人也都會(huì)品出不同的味道來(lái):香、甜、苦、澀、濃、淡??說(shuō)也說(shuō)不清。
這本書(shū),讓我理解了什么叫“美好”。在書(shū)中,作者經(jīng)常會(huì)贊嘆:“這多美好啊!”即便沒(méi)有這直白的話語(yǔ),從字里行間,我也體會(huì)到了書(shū)中那股美好的氣息。看了這些生動(dòng)的散文,我沉思了很久,原來(lái)世界是多么美好啊!每天能夠和同學(xué)們一起學(xué)習(xí)、嬉戲、打鬧,這就是美好!高興時(shí)、煩惱時(shí)可以和伙伴們聊聊天、談?wù)勑模黄鸱窒砩钪斜c樂(lè),這就是美好!每天碰見(jiàn)各種各樣、形形色色的人與物,遇見(jiàn)平平常常或稀奇古怪的事情??這也是美好!我突然發(fā)現(xiàn),身邊的每一樣?xùn)|西、每一件事情、每一個(gè)人,都閃耀著光彩!啊!我們生活的世界多么美好!我感到異常的高興!
這本書(shū),也讓我感受到大自然的魅力!大自然,它創(chuàng)造了聲音。小鳥(niǎo)的“嘰嘰喳喳”、母雞的“咕咕咕”、還有小鴨的“嘎嘎嘎”等等。這都是充滿(mǎn)著一種與生俱來(lái)、獨(dú)特的靈性!是大自然所賜予的!大自然,創(chuàng)造了顏色。看,綠茵茵的草坪、金燦燦的稻田、還有許許多多五顏六色的奇花異草!想想看,在沒(méi)有大自然給予我們顏色的日子里,白茫茫的一片,毫無(wú)生機(jī),生活也沒(méi)有了光彩。大自然,充滿(mǎn)著神奇。當(dāng)你看到金黃的菊花一舒一展地盛開(kāi)時(shí),你開(kāi)心地笑了;當(dāng)聽(tīng)到樹(shù)葉沙沙作響時(shí),你想象到是樹(shù)葉在歡歌;當(dāng)清涼的風(fēng)兒佛過(guò)你臉盤(pán)時(shí),你仿佛聽(tīng)到春天在你耳邊呢喃??啊!我們的一切,都是大自然賜予我們的,我們有什么理由可以不熱愛(ài)大自然,不感激大自然呢?大自然真的好美麗、好偉大、好神奇!

我在這篇文章中,用了許多的感嘆號(hào)!因?yàn)椋遗d奮、我高興、我激動(dòng)、我震撼了!我接受了一次心靈的洗禮,我擁有一顆純潔的、純真的、天使般的心了!《成長(zhǎng)的書(shū)香》,你讓我明白了太多了!讓我明白了大家無(wú)言、大愛(ài)無(wú)疆;讓我明白了美好無(wú)所不在;讓我明白了平凡中蘊(yùn)涵著真情;讓我明白了大自然充滿(mǎn)了魅力;讓我對(duì)生活有了神奇般的熱愛(ài)!
《成長(zhǎng)的書(shū)香》,相信每一個(gè)讀過(guò)這本書(shū)的人,都會(huì)像我一樣,接受了一次終身難忘的心靈的洗禮。
