碩士生申請提前攻讀博士學位實施辦法（試行）

西交研[2008]73號

第一章 總 則

第一條 為了進一步提高我校博士研究生的生源質量，選拔我校優秀在校研究生攻讀博士學位，根據教育部有關文件精神，特制定本辦法。

第二章 申請與審核

第二條 在校碩士生申請提前攻博方式攻讀博士學位研究生的基本條件如下：

（1）已經基本完成了碩士學位課程學習的本校全日制統招在讀碩士研究生（MBA、單考生除外）；

（2）綜合素質優秀，具備較強的科研潛質和創新精神；（3）課程考核優良，且無重修記錄。

第三條 符合第二條基本條件的在校碩士研究生于每學期第8周前向申請學科（專業）所在學院提交下列申請材料：

（1）西安交通大學在校生提前攻博申請表，申請表從研招網下載空間處下載（http://gs.xjtu.edu.cn/zhaos/download.php）；

（2）所申請學科（專業）科技發展的綜述性報告；

（3）碩士課程成績單，成績單須經學院成績管理負責人簽字并加蓋學院成績專用公章。

第四條 委托培養的在校碩士研究生，須經原委托單位同意。第五條 學院對申請表和有關材料原件審核后，組織專家進行資格考核，重點考核申請人的綜合素質、科研潛質和創新精神。

第六條 各學院必須對所有擬錄取為提前攻博的研究生應進行公示，并于每學期第11周之前將申請材料及匯總表報送研究生院招生辦。

第七條 研究生院審批后以書面形式通知申請人，獲得批準的人員于下學期正式轉為博士研究生。

第三章 培養與考核

第八條 對于第二或第三學期申請提前攻讀博士學位的碩士研究生，獲得批準后，按照碩博連讀生的培養方案進行培養和中期考核。中途由于各種原因無法完成博士階段學習者，經研究生院批準后，按照原碩士專業的培養方案進行培養，并在規定年限內完成學業。

第九條 對于在第四學期至第六學期申請提前攻讀博士學位的碩士研究生，獲得批準后，在該學期內完成碩士研究生培養方案條件下，可申請碩士學位論文答辯，通過者準予畢業，并授予碩士學位，從下學期開始博士階段學習。對于未獲得碩士學位者按照碩博連讀生的培養方案進行培養。

第四章 其他

第十條 各學院應根據本辦法制定詳細的申請程序，并在學院主頁中公布，指標分配時要統籌碩博連讀、提前攻博、直接攻博、公開招考四種方式。總招生人數不得突破學校下達的指標。第十一條 錄取委托培養的人數，不得超過本次錄取提前攻博人數的10%。

第十二條 每位博士生指導教師應在學院分配的指標之內招生。第十三條 各學院和指導導師在招收提前攻讀博士生的工作中，必須認真考核，控制質量，擇優錄取，不得弄虛作假，徇私舞弊，保證該項工作公平、公正、公開地進行。

第十四條 本辦法由研究生院負責解釋，自公布之日起試行。

第四篇：英文申請信

英文書信格式：

英文書信通常由下列五個部分組成：

A 信頭（Heading）包括寫信人地址和寫信日期，通常寫在信箋的右上角。在比較熟識的朋友之間的通信，寫信人的地址常可略去。地址的寫法通常是由小到大，如：門牌號、街道名、市（縣）名、省名、國名（郵政編碼通常寫在城市名之后）。這同中文書信的地址寫法完全相反。日期寫在地址的下方，可以寫1～3行。通常有下列兩種定法：（a）月、日、年（美式）：如August 15, 200__（b）日、月、年（英式）：如15th august, 200__，月、日的后面用逗號,年份后面不用標點。

B 稱呼（Salutation）指寫信人對收信人的稱呼，如Dear Xiaojun，寫在日期下一兩行，頂格寫，稱呼后面可用逗號，也可用冒號，一般用Dear…或My dear…開頭。

C 正文（Body）這是書信的主體部分，即寫信人要表達的內容。正文一般在稱呼下方隔兩行處開始寫，正文的首行左邊一般留約5個字母寬的空白。

D 結束語（Complimentary Close）它是書信結尾的恭維話，相當于文中書信最后的“祝好”、“致禮”之類的話語。如 “Best wishes”等

E 簽名（Signature）簽名通常簽在結束語下方的中間偏右的位置，即使是打寫機打出的信件，最后仍需親筆簽名，簽名由寫信人和收信人的關系和親疏程度而定，一般只需寫名不寫姓，但若用了較莊重的結尾套語，此時可簽全名。在簽名的上方可根據寫信人和收信人的關系寫Sincerely yours/Yours sincerely（用于長輩或朋友之間），或Respectfully yours/Yours respectfully（用于對長輩或上級），注意開頭字母要大寫，末尾要用逗號。申請信

申請信寫法：

開頭：說明寫信目的(申請原因)，信息來源，對所申請工作或學校的認識，自己的打算。主體：著重介紹自己的背景(教育情況，工作經歷，興趣愛好，特長等)。求職信先介紹工作

經驗，要突出個人能力及工作業績；求學信要重點介紹自己受教育程度。總之，要努力使自己的介紹引起對方的興趣。

結尾：表達自己的愿望，如希望得到面試機會等，語氣要自信而堅定。

一、英文求學申請信的格式和正文內容(Application for Admittance)

英文求學申請信與普通信函的格式一樣,包括信頭(寫信人的地址和寫信日期)、收信人的姓名和地址、稱呼、正文、結束語和簽名.求學申請信一般包括如下內容:

1.簡單介紹個人的情況,包括學歷、工作經歷、研究經歷等;

2.說明所申請的專業和希望入學的時間;

3.請學校寄入學申請表和有關資料;

4.請學校介紹入學條件和要求;

5.若申請經濟資助,可要求學校寄經濟資助申請表;

6.信中要寫上申請人的通訊地址和電話,以便對方回復.二、英文求學申請信的寫作要求

1.應符合英語信件的格式,表達方式符合英語習慣;

2.申請人的語氣要自信而不傲慢,禮貌而不卑微,即不卑不亢,恰如其分;

3.應寫得簡明流暢,言簡意賅.三、英文求學申請信正文部分的行文技巧

正文部分一般可以從三個方面組織內容:

1.用簡短的開場白明確陳述寫信的目的,即申請什么專業和學位,從何得知申請信息等

入學申請應明確說明申請何類性質或何種學位的課程,準備何時入學等;

2.主體段用來概述自己的情況,包括年齡、專業、學歷、資歷、特長、興趣等,旨在給
