英語申請信

1.Introduction(概述)

申請信的類型：求職信（畢業(yè)求職，簡歷）、申請就業(yè)、申請調動工作、辭職、報考國外大學等信函。其格式與普通書信格式一樣，需有事由標題、信頭日期、信內地址（封內地址）、稱呼、正文、結尾客套語（敬語）、簽名等欄目。注意求職信中，寫信人必須將自己的詳細地址、電話號碼寫在日期之上方，以便對方與你聯(lián)系。稱呼要得當。申請信要簡單明了，常分開場白（opener）、正文（body）和結尾（close）三個部分。開場白不用客套話，應開門見山，說明你的寫信原因、興趣等。注意如系求職信，正文應強調自己的學歷和工作經歷。如系申請其他事項，應著重說明理由。如系求職信，結尾段應表示希望參加面試；如系申請其他事項，結尾應提請關注和早日辦理。結尾敬語之前常加上“I would appreciate your early reply.”（如蒙早日賜復，則不勝感激）之類的客套話。
