考研英語作文的分值從 20分增加到了30分，總詞數達300詞左右，由此看出，寫作能力的考察已成為考研英語的重點。要想突破作文高分，就要在以下幾個方面做好充分準備。了解命題規律。2.掌握寫作技巧。3.背誦相關范文。4.有針對性的寫作練習。

內容上 : 1991-1996 年的命題主要集中在人際關系，生活方式，娛樂，教育，健康等方面；1997-2007年的命題主要關注社會熱點，如：企業的虛假承諾，獻愛心，子女教育，贍養老人，偶像崇拜，自信等。

形式上： 1991-1996 年的作文為直接命題并給出要點； 1997-2004 年的作文為給出圖表（圖畫）及提綱要點，要求對其進行描述分析； 2005-2007 年的作文在圖表作文的基礎上增加了約 100 詞的應用文寫作。由此看出，英語實際應用能力的考察已經開始受到關注。以下我們將對應用文寫作進行具體分析。

A.信頭

寫信人地址（由小到大）；寫信日期

B.信內地址

收信人地址（包括姓名和地址）

C.稱謂

私人信件稱呼較隨便，常以名（first name）相稱；正式信件必須以姓相稱，如 : Dear Prof./Mr./Miss /Mrs.如果收信人是女性且不知道其婚否，則稱 Dear Ms.稱呼之后用逗號；不明確收信人性別時，用 Dear Sir / Madam;不明確收信人時，可用 To whom it may concern;稱呼相同職業的收信人，可以用 Dear colleague

D.正文

正文要簡明扼要，段落清楚。

E.結束問候語

第一個詞的首字母大寫，結尾加逗號。私人信件可用 Yours, Love.正式信件可用 Yours sincerely, Sincerely yours, Yours truly, Truly yours, Yours respectfully, Respectfully yoursF.簽名

寫信人署名。正式信件要在打印的簽名之上加上親筆簽名

申請信寫法：

開頭：說明寫信目的(申請原因)，信息來源，對所申請工作或學校的認識，自己的打算。主體：著重介紹自己的背景（教育情況，工作經歷，興趣愛好，特長等）。求職信先介紹工作經驗，要突出個人能力及工作業績；求學信要重點介紹自己受教育程度。總之，要努力使自己的介紹引起對方的興趣。

結尾：表達自己的愿望，如希望得到面試機會等。要自信而堅定。

模版：
