上述四項材料為一份材料，您需要提供共三份材料。(部分國家有特殊要求，請點擊“邀請有關國家商人來華最新要求”）請您按次序裝訂好，到外僑辦審核。一份材料由義烏外僑辦留存，另二份材料經外僑辦審核、簽字、蓋章后，由企業經辦人送或特快寄金華市外僑辦辦理。外僑辦的辦理時間為隨到隨辦，3-5分鐘；外僑辦的辦理時間一般為3個工作日。外僑辦辦理好簽證通知后，將電話通知“聯系人”去金華取。
如何填寫簽證中的申請表呢？ 在邀請外國人來華簽證申報表中：
“被邀請人情況”欄必須打印。被邀請人“國籍”和下面的“簽證地”須用英語填寫。外商系首次來華時，“來華事由”欄要詳細填寫有關該公司的性質、經營范圍等情況，以及如何與該公司結識的，本次來訪的主要目的等內容。對于辦理二次和半年多次往返的申報，“來華事由”欄要寫明最近半年來華共有多少次和本次要申請多次往返的充分理由。“邀請單位擔保意見”內容大致如下：
茲有我公司****國客商******（護照號碼為******）于200*年*月來義烏進行合法正當的商務活動，停留時間為**天，我公司擔保客商在此期間不產生違反法律的行為。“在華停留天數”最長為25天。
對于“簽證地”與“國籍”不一致的客商，要求在每一份材料中附上該客商在“簽證地”之國的居留證復印件，并注明“這是某某在某地的居留證。”，由邀請單位蓋上公章。
辦理多次往返的，要求企業前半年已邀請該客商五、六次來華，并在每一份材料中附上該客商的每次來華簽證記錄、海關出入境記錄和貿易額憑據。“領導簽名”欄，企業法人代表或其委托領導須親筆簽名（企業經辦人不可擅自代簽，也不可以蓋領導簽字章），后蓋公章。
“聯系人”要填寫企業經辦人自己的聯系方法（為不耽擱您的寶貴時間，最好寫上手機號），而且要表中所寫的“聯系人”本人去金華取簽證通知，不可委托快遞公司取。護照的復印件必須包含如下四項內容：
1、外商的姓名全稱；
2、國籍；
3、護照的有效期；
4、護照的號碼；
如果有身份信息，必須是商人身份，不可是與商務無關的身份。
雙方購銷合同要求是由外商簽字、我方企業負責人簽字并加蓋公章后生效的合同或售貨確認書等材料的復印件，以證明雙方之間的經貿關系。
各種附件不可以使用感應傳真紙，感應傳真紙上的內容必須經復印后，方可使用。各企業邀請外商來華，由各企業外事專辦員到義烏外僑辦辦理。以上小小資料，供參考！
一般邀請函有國外客戶要來參觀公司索要,還有政府邀請函是政府邀請一些人士進行政治活動所發出的信,一般來說，公司的邀請函就可以讓客戶辦visa了。至于那些要你出據地方政府有關簽證的, 就不要理他了.辦了邀請函后,你公司要對他在中國的不法事情付有相應的法律責任.辦理的步驟是：準備客戶的營業執照復印件一份和護照的第一頁 你們公司要準備： 營業執照復印件一份 申請報告一份

一、申請邀請函的中國企業資格
1、在我省依法登記的法人企業（注冊資金在50萬元人民幣以上）（以下簡稱邀請單位），可申辦邀請與本單位有實質業務的外國人以商務（f字）簽證入境。
2、注冊資金不夠的單位，必須出具與有申辦資格單位的合同或擔保函；沒有出口權的單位，必須出具與有出口權單位的合作合同。注：以上期限以合同期限為準。
二、備案，初次申辦商務(f字)簽證通知表需提交的材料（一式兩份）
1、如實填寫：“邀請單位申辦《被授權單位簽證通知表》備案表” [附件:申請單位備案表.doc]
2、企業法人身份證復印件或護照復印件（簽名、辦公電話及手機號、加蓋企業公章）；
3、專辦員（必須是邀請單位員工）身份證復印件（簽名、辦公電話及手機號、加蓋企業公章）；
4、邀請單位企業營業執照副本復印件（上年度已通過年審、加蓋企業公章）；
5、專辦員授權書，邀請單位必須出具授權書給單位專辦員（法人簽名、加蓋企業公章）（材料均用a4紙復印紙提交，材料不清楚或資料不齊全視為無效）以上要求從2010年7月1日開始，任何邀請單位都必須備案。
三、審批流程
首先，根據外商來華目的，合資格的企業將申請資料送到順德貿促會辦理；然后，經順德貿促會初審后，再送到省貿促會審批；最后，省貿促會把邀請函的正本寄回順德貿促會，由順德貿促會通知并轉交申請企業。
四、申請資料
（材料均用a4紙復印紙提交，材料不清楚或資料不齊全視為無效，文件一式兩份）
1.《外國人入境審批表》一份；同一邀請單位每次邀請的外國商人一般不得超過2名；不得邀請未成年人入境。（[附件:外國人入境審批表.doc][附件:審批表填寫說明.doc]）2.《申請報告》（由邀請單位以單位信箋紙打印、蓋章，說明來華（穗）目的、在華（穗）行程和相關承諾及擔保事項）；這是具有法律效力的申請報告，必須按原有格式，只能根據申請公司的具體情況作出相應的公司、人員、姓名、電話、公司地址等修改。（[附件:申請報告.doc]）
3.邀請單位企業營業執照副本復印件（上年度已通過年審）；
4.邀請單位銀行資信證明（內容包括：公司全稱、注冊帳號、是否有效、是否有經常往來、是否有存款）；
5.外國人有效護照復印件（必須清晰可見姓名、出生日期、國籍、護照號碼、護照有效期等信息，且護照有效期須在半年以上）；6.被邀請人單位（個人）銀行資信證明（英文證明內容包括：公司全稱（個人姓名）、注冊帳號、是否有效、是否有經常往來、有多少存款等）。7.被邀請人以往來華出入境記錄（最后一次來華出入境記錄）。被邀請對象尚在我國境內的不予受理。
須經常來華（三個月以內兩次以上進入中國境內進行商務活動的）的外籍商人，申請資料必須提供最后一次來華的出入境簽證記錄。不予提供者，我會不接受申請。
如被邀請人屬首次來華，外國公司出具的在職證明掃描件（須用外國公司信箋紙出具該英文證明，內容包括該外國商人在該公司所任職務、護照號、來華目的、出入境時間、旅費是否足夠等，加蓋外國公司公章及相關負責人簽名）；邀請單位出具與外國公司商務往來證明（有效經貿合同，真實的商務往來email原件的打印件）。
（2）用新護照申請時，需同時提供舊護照復印頁及舊護照來華簽證記錄。
（3）從2006年9月12日起，已停辦理尼日利亞籍商人來華邀請，何時恢復辦理，請留意網上有關通知。
7、所發簽證通知表及邀請函僅具有建議權，供被邀請外國商人向我駐外國各大使館、總領館申請來華商務簽證，最終是否獲得簽證及簽證有效期、出入境次數由我駐外國各大使館、總領館決定。邀請單位每次邀請人數不超過2人，不受理外國商人前來簽發單位申請。
