如何填寫簽證中的申請表呢？ 在邀請外國人來華簽證申報(bào)表中：

“被邀請人情況”欄必須打印。被邀請人“國籍”和下面的“簽證地”須用英語填寫。外商系首次來華時(shí)，“來華事由”欄要詳細(xì)填寫有關(guān)該公司的性質(zhì)、經(jīng)營范圍等情況，以及如何與該公司結(jié)識的，本次來訪的主要目的等內(nèi)容。對于辦理二次和半年多次往返的申報(bào)，“來華事由”欄要寫明最近半年來華共有多少次和本次要申請多次往返的充分理由。“邀請單位擔(dān)保意見”內(nèi)容大致如下：

茲有我公司****國客商******（護(hù)照號碼為******）于200*年*月來義烏進(jìn)行合法正當(dāng)?shù)纳虅?wù)活動，停留時(shí)間為**天，我公司擔(dān)保客商在此期間不產(chǎn)生違反法律的行為。“在華停留天數(shù)”最長為25天。

對于“簽證地”與“國籍”不一致的客商，要求在每一份材料中附上該客商在“簽證地”之國的居留證復(fù)印件，并注明“這是某某在某地的居留證。”，由邀請單位蓋上公章。

辦理多次往返的，要求企業(yè)前半年已邀請?jiān)摽蜕涛濉⒘蝸砣A，并在每一份材料中附上該客商的每次來華簽證記錄、海關(guān)出入境記錄和貿(mào)易額憑據(jù)。“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)簽名”欄，企業(yè)法人代表或其委托領(lǐng)導(dǎo)須親筆簽名（企業(yè)經(jīng)辦人不可擅自代簽，也不可以蓋領(lǐng)導(dǎo)簽字章），后蓋公章。

“聯(lián)系人”要填寫企業(yè)經(jīng)辦人自己的聯(lián)系方法（為不耽擱您的寶貴時(shí)間，最好寫上手機(jī)號），而且要表中所寫的“聯(lián)系人”本人去金華取簽證通知，不可委托快遞公司取。護(hù)照的復(fù)印件必須包含如下四項(xiàng)內(nèi)容：

1、外商的姓名全稱；

2、國籍；

3、護(hù)照的有效期；

4、護(hù)照的號碼；

如果有身份信息，必須是商人身份，不可是與商務(wù)無關(guān)的身份。

雙方購銷合同要求是由外商簽字、我方企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人簽字并加蓋公章后生效的合同或售貨確認(rèn)書等材料的復(fù)印件，以證明雙方之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系。

各種附件不可以使用感應(yīng)傳真紙，感應(yīng)傳真紙上的內(nèi)容必須經(jīng)復(fù)印后，方可使用。各企業(yè)邀請外商來華，由各企業(yè)外事專辦員到義烏外僑辦辦理。以上小小資料，供參考！

一般邀請函有國外客戶要來參觀公司索要,還有政府邀請函是政府邀請一些人士進(jìn)行政治活動所發(fā)出的信,一般來說，公司的邀請函就可以讓客戶辦visa了。至于那些要你出據(jù)地方政府有關(guān)簽證的, 就不要理他了.辦了邀請函后,你公司要對他在中國的不法事情付有相應(yīng)的法律責(zé)任.辦理的步驟是：準(zhǔn)備客戶的營業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件一份和護(hù)照的第一頁 你們公司要準(zhǔn)備： 營業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件一份 申請報(bào)告一份

一、申請邀請函的中國企業(yè)資格

1、在我省依法登記的法人企業(yè)（注冊資金在50萬元人民幣以上）（以下簡稱邀請單位），可申辦邀請與本單位有實(shí)質(zhì)業(yè)務(wù)的外國人以商務(wù)（f字）簽證入境。

2、注冊資金不夠的單位，必須出具與有申辦資格單位的合同或擔(dān)保函；沒有出口權(quán)的單位，必須出具與有出口權(quán)單位的合作合同。注：以上期限以合同期限為準(zhǔn)。

二、備案，初次申辦商務(wù)(f字)簽證通知表需提交的材料（一式兩份）

1、如實(shí)填寫：“邀請單位申辦《被授權(quán)單位簽證通知表》備案表” [附件:申請單位備案表.doc]

2、企業(yè)法人身份證復(fù)印件或護(hù)照復(fù)印件（簽名、辦公電話及手機(jī)號、加蓋企業(yè)公章）；

3、專辦員（必須是邀請單位員工）身份證復(fù)印件（簽名、辦公電話及手機(jī)號、加蓋企業(yè)公章）；

4、邀請單位企業(yè)營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本復(fù)印件（上已通過年審、加蓋企業(yè)公章）；

5、專辦員授權(quán)書，邀請單位必須出具授權(quán)書給單位專辦員（法人簽名、加蓋企業(yè)公章）（材料均用a4紙復(fù)印紙?zhí)峤唬牧喜磺宄蛸Y料不齊全視為無效）以上要求從2010年7月1日開始，任何邀請單位都必須備案。

三、審批流程

首先，根據(jù)外商來華目的，合資格的企業(yè)將申請資料送到順德貿(mào)促會辦理；然后，經(jīng)順德貿(mào)促會初審后，再送到省貿(mào)促會審批；最后，省貿(mào)促會把邀請函的正本寄回順德貿(mào)促會，由順德貿(mào)促會通知并轉(zhuǎn)交申請企業(yè)。

四、申請資料

（材料均用a4紙復(fù)印紙?zhí)峤唬牧喜磺宄蛸Y料不齊全視為無效，文件一式兩份）

1.《外國人入境審批表》一份；同一邀請單位每次邀請的外國商人一般不得超過2名；不得邀請未成年人入境。（[附件:外國人入境審批表.doc][附件:審批表填寫說明.doc]）2.《申請報(bào)告》（由邀請單位以單位信箋紙打印、蓋章，說明來華（穗）目的、在華（穗）行程和相關(guān)承諾及擔(dān)保事項(xiàng)）；這是具有法律效力的申請報(bào)告，必須按原有格式，只能根據(jù)申請公司的具體情況作出相應(yīng)的公司、人員、姓名、電話、公司地址等修改。（[附件:申請報(bào)告.doc]）

3.邀請單位企業(yè)營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本復(fù)印件（上已通過年審）；

4.邀請單位銀行資信證明（內(nèi)容包括：公司全稱、注冊帳號、是否有效、是否有經(jīng)常往來、是否有存款）；

5.外國人有效護(hù)照復(fù)印件（必須清晰可見姓名、出生日期、國籍、護(hù)照號碼、護(hù)照有效期等信息，且護(hù)照有效期須在半年以上）；6.被邀請人單位（個(gè)人）銀行資信證明（英文證明內(nèi)容包括：公司全稱（個(gè)人姓名）、注冊帳號、是否有效、是否有經(jīng)常往來、有多少存款等）。7.被邀請人以往來華出入境記錄（最后一次來華出入境記錄）。被邀請對象尚在我國境內(nèi)的不予受理。

須經(jīng)常來華（三個(gè)月以內(nèi)兩次以上進(jìn)入中國境內(nèi)進(jìn)行商務(wù)活動的）的外籍商人，申請資料必須提供最后一次來華的出入境簽證記錄。不予提供者，我會不接受申請。

如被邀請人屬首次來華，外國公司出具的在職證明掃描件（須用外國公司信箋紙出具該英文證明，內(nèi)容包括該外國商人在該公司所任職務(wù)、護(hù)照號、來華目的、出入境時(shí)間、旅費(fèi)是否足夠等，加蓋外國公司公章及相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人簽名）；邀請單位出具與外國公司商務(wù)往來證明（有效經(jīng)貿(mào)合同，真實(shí)的商務(wù)往來email原件的打印件）。

（2）用新護(hù)照申請時(shí)，需同時(shí)提供舊護(hù)照復(fù)印頁及舊護(hù)照來華簽證記錄。

（3）從2006年9月12日起，已停辦理尼日利亞籍商人來華邀請，何時(shí)恢復(fù)辦理，請留意網(wǎng)上有關(guān)通知。

7、所發(fā)簽證通知表及邀請函僅具有建議權(quán)，供被邀請外國商人向我駐外國各大使館、總領(lǐng)館申請來華商務(wù)簽證，最終是否獲得簽證及簽證有效期、出入境次數(shù)由我駐外國各大使館、總領(lǐng)館決定。邀請單位每次邀請人數(shù)不超過2人，不受理外國商人前來簽發(fā)單位申請。
