我是一只可愛的小烏龜，生活在三年（5）班的教室里。在這里，經常能聽到小朋友的歡聲笑語，生活過得挺開心的。

一天晚上，一個“巨人”撬開三年（5）班的教室大門，走近我的身旁，把可怕的“魔爪”伸向我，只聽見“啪”的一聲，我就被甩到了半空中，我想，如果掉下去，非摔成肉醬不可！??我被他帶回了家，他一會兒用鉛筆戳我的頭，一會兒又扭扭我的尾巴，弄得我渾身癢癢，難受極了。

第二天早上，“巨人”去上學了，他把我放在口袋里，我拼命地掙扎，卻掉進了干枯的噴水池里。真是剛出狼窩又入虎口啊！我看著

中班體育活動《小烏龜歷險記》

平度經濟開發區實驗幼兒園

活動目標：

1.初步掌握手腳著地屈膝爬行的動作要點。

2.能協調地手腳著地屈膝向前爬行，提高身體的協調性和靈活性。3.喜歡模仿小烏龜爬的姿態，體驗玩爬行游戲的快樂。活動重點：

正確掌握手腳著地屈膝爬行的基本動作。活動難點：

身體能協調、靈活的向前、向側爬行。活動準備

1、墊子4塊、拱門4個、跳繩8根，城堡標志、小鳥玩具各一個，舒緩的音樂。

2、場地布置：從左至右依次擺放墊子、拱形門、跳繩、城堡標志，共4組。活動過程：

一、準備活動：

教師引導幼兒模仿小烏龜做伸縮頭、手，蹬腿等動作，進入活動。

二、創設情景，探索爬的不同方法，練習手腳著地屈膝向前、向側爬行。

1、創設情境，引導幼兒模仿小烏龜，自由探索不同的爬行方法。

2、請個別幼兒示范幾種爬法，讓幼兒之間互相學習。

3、教師示范手腳著地屈膝爬行動作并講述要領：頭抬起，膝蓋不著地，一側手腳撐地，另一側手腳快速向前爬行或向側面移動。

四、放松活動：
