星期和日期寫在左上角，天氣寫在右上角

日期格式用月日年（美式）或日月年（英式）都可以

1.年、月、日都寫時，通常以月、日、年為順序，月份可以縮寫，日和年用逗號隔開。例如：december 18, 2003或者dec.18, 2003。

第五篇：初中英語教師實習日記

“臺上一分鐘，臺下十年功”真的一點也沒有錯。對于初入教學的我在今后的實習中一定要事前充分的準備，只有這樣才可以保證在課堂上有話可說，否則怕是要中途卡殼或者進行不下去了。

實習日記(一)20xx年 9月8日 星期四

實習第一天，新鮮感是有的，但沒有想像中那樣激動;只是突然就緊張忙碌起來了...看到校園里一張張或天真稚嫩或玩世不恭的面龐，讓人不禁想到當年的自己。其實老成也不一定是裝的，到了某個年齡的人自然而然就有了些許俯視的姿態，但絕非傲慢。

之前聽去郊區農村實習回來的朋友訴說條件的艱苦，再看看這里，很知足了。校園很干凈，這是盤錦市唯一的朝鮮族學校，有朝中。還有朝小。因為我家就住這座城市。所以上下班很輕松，一切安頓停當，我們學校過來的主任、指導老師及實習生們和校長、各主任一起來了簡短的座談會，給我們講了實習期間的安排以及對學校環境的介紹，都很熱心。然后教務主任就要了份實習生名單要當場給我們分配班級，有些出乎我們指導老師的意料，因為既有即歐小學也有初中，指導老師本想根據我們個人的能力分配。因為我是日語專業所以分配到了初一二班。還給我們分了辦公桌。

上午我代班級的班主任沒來，下午課前我自己去找了。在1班教室門口，我跟班主任簡單介紹了下，她就說那也跟同學們見見吧，我有些矜持走了進去，同學們之前應有所耳聞，給了我很熱烈的掌聲，問我姓什么教什么，看著下面期待好奇的那些臉龐我笑著一一答復。開場有些活躍我之前準備的幾句漂亮的臺詞都沒用上，還是自然些好呢!這樣更真實也更容易接近。今天不是正式上課今天是開學第一天。明天開始正式上課，今天就是先熟悉一下學校環境和老師和同學。然后去了，初中辦公室，我們都一起聊了聊。有兩位老師都中年人看樣子很有經驗的樣子，又是一陣竊喜，這樣我能學到很多寶貴經驗了，他們對我很熱心。我主動找班主任要了份學生名單，手抄了份，這樣先對名字有個大概印象再對號入座會更容易些。很佩服我的日語老師了，給我們教了兩三天就都能叫出我們全班的名字很是厲害。就這樣今天就回家，準備明天上戰場。

實習日記(二)9月9日 星期五

明天是教師節，首先想提前祝周老師教師節快樂。呵呵，自己現在是一名實習老師，那也祝自己教師節快樂吧!

根據學校安排，今天主要有兩個會議：學校英語組每周星期五三四節教研活動和下午的教師節表彰大會，根據學校的要求我們實習生也參加會議。

上午的教研活動是由高老師主持的，高老師是英語教研組組長，在會上作了發言。會上，肯定了魯巷中學英語組在全區的成績，同時也對學校面臨的挑戰進行了分析，要求老師們再接再厲。另外，學校每年有主辦英語優質課比賽，要求老師們也積極報名參加。在我們其中的一位實習生動聽的英文歌聲中會議結束了。

下午的教師節表彰大會是全校老師都參加，我們實習生也受邀參加。出席大會的領導有洪山區人大代表、洪山區教育局領導、魯巷中學校長等領導。會議的主要內容有兩個：一是表彰上優秀教師，二是祝全體老師教師節快樂。

作為一名實習生，首先很感謝學校對我們的重視，自己也深受會議的精神所鼓舞。

實習日記(三)9月12日 星期一

不知不覺已經實習了一個星期了，自己已經習慣了每天的實習工作。

每天早上7：20我會到班，督促同學們及時交作業、做清潔，7：40早自習開始我才會回到自己的辦公室。我會了解每天的英語課程安排，每天下第一節課我會主動去周老師辦公室幫忙批改作業，他們的英語作業主要有字帖、抄寫、聽寫、學練優和英語試卷。我主要是負責字帖、抄寫本和學練優作業的批改，同時也會和周老師對學生作業存在的問題進行交流。周老師每天早上都會對前一天所學的內容進行聽寫，聽寫不過關的學生中午會被留學，要求學生錯的單詞每個抄寫20遍句子每個抄寫5遍然后中午放學找我和周老師重新默寫，錯的寫對了才去吃飯。雖然留學不好，但是可以體會到周老師對學生的高要求。

周老師工作做得很細，每項學習安排都有一張對應的表格。聽寫、背誦、考試成績都有相對應的表格，詳細地記錄了學生的分數和完成情況并根據這些表格及時指導學生改正、提高。

每天的第八節課后放學時間是學生們最激動地時刻，都迫不及待的想回家，教室亂哄哄，周老師總會來到教室提醒學生各科作業，安排好值日最后放學。

實習日記(四)9月14日 星期三

今天的英語課分別是第二節和第六節，周老師的安排是第二節講新課“starter unit 3 what color is it? ”和第六節復習“starter unit 1-3 ”。

根據課本首先代入了What color is it? — It’s?，將不同顏色的單詞red、yellow、green、blue、black、white、grey、pink、orange、purple代換練習。注重對單詞發音規則的理解，引導學生準確發音。第二步聽錄音，跟讀錄音。第二部分是對英語字母S—Z的學習。聽課小結：不斷在課堂上發現學生的不良習慣，及時糾正，注意學生發音嘴型，發現學生發音錯誤要正確地進行引導，鼓勵學生不僅在課堂上還是生活中都要大膽、大聲說英語，注重課本知識在實際生活中的應用。
